This had to be one of the most relaxed purchases for a vehicle I've made. Cochrane Nissan is by far the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. The owner Shawn and his employees (especially Richard, Kory, John and Tiffany) helped me out in ways I never thought were possible after hitting a deer and ending up with no vehicle. I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder last year June. Bryan McEvoy attended to me, at first i he was not friendly, but he was very professional and super helpful. I would recommend him and Cochran Nissan. I ended up with my pathfinder in the colour that i wanted. Johnny was also helpful. oh and Lexie was awesome with the financing as well.

We recently bought a new Nissan Rogue in Cochrane. Our sales person Joshua Osmond was excellent, very friendly and polite as were all the people we had contact with. He took the extra time to explain all the features in our new car, which was very much appreciated. It made our buying experience a very pleasant one.
We usually do not write reviews but felt we should this time, so others who may be thinking of doing business with this dealership would see how we were treated. Often when you meet a new sales person there can be apprehension, frequently based on past experience. That was certainly not the case with Josh, who we worked with. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and patient. He explained how their dealership works with respect to sales and service. He made us feel welcome. It felt more like meeting a friend, because of the relaxed atmosphere at the dealership, than we were used to in past vehicle experiences. We were introduced to the sales manager and felt like our business was important for more reasons than just making a sale. They were genuinely concerned for our wants and needs. I actually commented a number of times about how different it felt working with them compared to other times we bought vehicles. Sufficed to say we would highly recommend this dealership and Josh to anyone looking for a better than usual experience when car or truck shopping. Over the past week Gary, the sales manager, has worked hard to find me the right vehicle. Unfortunately, the model I was looking at ended production in 2019 and we couldn't find the right fit. My wife and I are currently mulling over options and will definitely purchase a vehicle at Cochrane Nissan sometime this year. We are very pleased with our used car purchase through John Assef! Great salesman who did get a phenomenal price. The vehicle had previously been listed at another dealership, but the deal fell through and owners were happy to make a new deal by trading in their 2014 Pathfinder at Cochrane Nissan It is in like new condition and the sales sticker from the other dealership was still under the seat for many thousands of dollars more than we paid. Great communication within the dealership. Well cleaned. New windshield. Great offers on warranty. They filled the gas and checked everything. Flawless customer service by the whole staff. ( and I typically would not recommend any dealership )

Our experience at Cochrane Nissan was fantastic. We dealt with Bryan over the phone. At the time we were also talking to other dealerships in Calgary. Bryan was by far the most flexible and willing salesperson we spoke to and so we headed out to Cochrane Nissan to look more closely at what they had. Because Bryan was busy with other customers at the time, we were greeted by Josh who took us for the test drive in the Qashquai. Josh was outgoing and friendly and did an incredible job at answering all of our questions about the car. We then met with John who helped us work through a deal with the car. John helped us understand all of our options when buying the car, was reasonable and understood our needs as a buyer. I would definitely recommend Cochrane Nissan!!
As a family with two young children we decided that we needed to upgrade our current vehicle. We took a trip to the new Nissan showroom in Cochrane... fantastic!! We were met by John and told him what we liked and didn't like, budget etc. He soon found the vehicle for us and we loved it. We booked a test drive in the morning and later that evening every detail had been ironed out without any issues. This was honestly one of the most stress free and pleasant experiences we've had buying a car. No pressure or intimidation just an honest salesman with a great team around him. I cannot recommend this showroom enough and will definitely be back for any future purchases.

I decided to make the drive from Calgary because there were so many positive reviews, and I am now happily one of them. My experience was amazing! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in. Everything that would be happening to my vehicle was reviewed with me before any work began.
Staff regularly checked in on me as I waited to make sure that I didn't need anything. I've had less positive experiences at other dealerships, and was contemplating trading my Rogue in for something else so that I didn't have to deal with Nissan again. This visit was a breath of fresh air.
After the work was finished, every action taken was again reviewed with me and at no point did anyone try to upsell me into any services I didn't want or need. I will without a doubt be returning here for all of my future work on my rogue.

Went to Nissan for a trade in . 2011 Chevy 1500 for a 2010 titan with 160000km . After 10000 km the truck has completely fallen apart, diff is leaking , pinion seals are toast , heater needs replacement , struts are toast. Watch out for these guys they will happily unload a grenade on you ! Buyer beware of hidden fees as well, even when they say there’s no hidden fees read it over and watch out for “car-one” it’s a scam

Had a great experience at Cochrane Nissan. John and Bryan were excellent in putting together a deal which fit my needs and went out of their way to meet the schedule I needed for closing the deal and vehicle pick-up. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was great. Would have been nice to get a better vehicle cleaning prior to delivery, but they were working to meet the delivery schedule that I required. This was my first experience with John and Bryan and I would definitely return for my future needs.

The had no problems matching an exiting offer I revived from in town and went to great extents to make sure I was happy.
This is are third Nissan and we have had little or no problems.
