Never purchase any of their products or warranties. They claim the warranty covers everything, but after paying $3500, you get nothing. After a couple of months, they conveniently forget their promises. They don't bother fixing simple issues in the car before selling, showing a lack of concern for their clients. .

Just took delivery of my Outlander PHEV. Very happy with the entire sales team; Stephane, Jean-Pascal, Bernard and Jessica. Never felt pressure to purchase this or that extra. Well explained and presented. Looking forward to a long relationship with Mitsubishi. Despite the delay because of the color I wanted, was still a lot better than a one year or more wait at other dealers for an EV or hybrid.

Bought a used car from them... The seller promised I would get winter tires on mags or rims... I didn't... I had to wait 2 weeks for them to do some repairs, finally when I pick it up the repairs was not done. The car wasn't cleaned at all, neither inside nor outside. The winter tires was in dirty wet bags and just thrown in the trunk (without mags/rims).

They promised they would call back with a a new date for the repairs , they didn't call back. When I went back and told the director of customer service he listened and took notes of everything that needed to be done... When I went back to leave my car he didn't remember what was supposed to be done, I had to remind him again.
Scratches to be fixed bumper to be repainted, antenna to change... Finally they didn't change the antenna, the bumper was painted only on one side, I had to wait a week to get my car back.

Really bad customer service, I won't back from then again

I just bought the 2023 Outlander phev in march and i already had to bring it to the garage because there was a defect and the washer fluid was constantly leaking.
Also, I was told the doors would not lock if the keys were in the car and it happened twice. The second time my dog was inside the car and almost died of heat. How can you putchase a BRAND NEW car and have these type of issues???

Brand new Mirage, 5000km & the check engine comes on, (I'm a 40+ year retired Mechanic) long story short, I find a defective vvt solenoid.
Call the dealer & send my daughter to change it. The "technician says it just needs an oil change, (oil is full & clean & has another 2500k to go), So I argue with him, no go, so he does the oil change, guess what@$^&
Then he says we need to change the vtt solenoid 😑, I demanded a refund on an oil change not needed 103$! For a young girl that needs her money...
I Argued & was transfered to person in charge, answering machine & never called back. Idiots! Technicians found in a cereal box*** robbers! Do not go to Mitsubishi St Jerome! Don't know how they can sleep at night.

Went to see a car with 7000km. Car had no gas, unlock doors didn't work, radio didn't work among other things. Pricing wasn't transparent and I got figures written down on pen and paper.... Really not up front. I told them to call me with more details for financing and never heard back. Very unprofessional!

Went to pick up a used car they were selling. They advertised it as a 2014 Mazda 3 GT with 7,000 km on it. They were offering it at a decent price so I put a deposit and went to check it out.

I arrived and no one knew I was coming (despite having emails and a call to confirm). They show me the car and guess what, the battery is dead.

They said it was sitting for 1 week and remote starter drained the battery. He boosted it and the car went nuts. Fell into limp mode, complete loss of power of the engine, barely driveable. Figured I'd let the battery charge but the situation was getting quite scary when the power steering pump kept cutting and overboosting, causing the steering wheel to shake and move on it's own!

This is how they sell cars! This is how they treat their clients. Avoid this dealership!

The staff could also care less. I walked in the dealer and had to walk into their office for them to talk to me on the first meeting......again avoid!!
