My son's 2006 Matrix was written off in an accident June 3, 2017. He was second in line at a stop light and was rear ended. He cannot get to work without a car. Public transit would take 2 hours each way. H e has no time to look for a car. Thursday I called Rouge Valley Mitsubishi to see another 2006 Matrix in an attempt to help him replace the lost car. Abdul and Sam allowed me to take the car that same day to my mechanic and have him look it over. It is a good car. I made a discounted offer and Abdul and Sam accepted it. They went out of their way to get the car ready so that we could pick it up Saturday. Turned into a win - win for all. Thank you Abdul and Sam.

I would like to put zero star for this dealership if I could. My husband took his Mitsubishi eclipse 2019 here for 64000km regular maintenance and he was charged $1500, this year he went twice to change oil and totally paid nearly $3000 and the car is in mint condition. That is definitely robbery. We are going to put a complaint to against them. If you want to go there, please watch your wallet.

I recently bought a used 2011 Corolla from Azeem and was very happy with the result. the car had everything serviced , new air filter, battery, oil changed two key fobs, etc. The asking price was very competitive and not worth haggling over. I am not a very good haggler and don't have the time or patience for it.
Overall a very good buying experience and confirmed my decision to buy from a dealer with a reputation to hold up rather than privately or from an independent used car sales lot. I would definitely buy from this dealership again

Mitsubishi Canada contacted me because my Outlander lease contract is coming to the end. I decided to purchase it. They told me to contact a Mitsu dealership, do the Safety, Pay the residual value of the car, Pay the buy out lease fee and thats it.

I coming from midtown Toronto, i leased my car from MidTorontoMitsubishi (they closed the garage) before Rouge Valley Mitsubishi, i contacted the closest to my house :

- on Queensway (operate by Hyunday) : 10 phone call, Went to appointment, left the garage with unsecure feelings. i dont recommend this one. details reason will be post on their google review website.

- the one in Scaroborough : the person in charge didnt call me back after i left a voice message.

Rouge Valley Mitsubishi : One phone call, Book Appointment with Mr Sam the nexr day, i show him the lease car ownership, the Safety paper and the money (interact debit).
30min later : DONE, Clear and Clean Transaction.
They send me the new ownership my mail.

I am very Satisfied with Mitsubishi Cars, the day will come when i will update for a brand new one, i will come here and ask for Mister Sam.

Sales...I really think that the owners of this dealership should re-think their sales staff; starting from the top. I have never felt comfortable dealing with any of their sales staff. They pretend to be paying attention when your speaking, but in reality they are not and that makes you feel so uncomfortable. I don't ever feel at ease speaking with any of their sales staff with the exception of their current finance manager (cool guy). Genuine honesty lies within and when one does not have that quality, it can be so very transparent to certain individuals. The five stars above belong to the Service and Parts departments ONLY.

CVT trans needed fluid change at every 60k on these lancer jatco trans. But since this dealership doesn't have a Mitsubishi Certified Technician, they will tell you that it "doesn't need to be changed ever."

This is clearly a scam since the manual instructs on change the lancer cvt fluid at 60k.

Avoid this dealership for service. I presume many ppl believe their cvts are getting the change they require from here but look otherwise. I only found out because I overheard the mechanic say that only changed the motor oil when the car needed a full inspection.

Steer clear from this place.

Extremely pleased with my experience at Rouge Valley Mitsubishi. I was in the market for a lightly used vehicle but didn't know exactly what. After sending an email Mr. Azeem Abdul contacted me right away to see how he could help. We setup an appointment to test drive a few different cars. The Dealership was very clean (following Covid19 protocols) and all the staff were very friendly. Once I choose my new to me car the purchase experience was smooth and professional. Mr. Azeem went out of his way to get me some additional pictures of the underside of my car as well as stayed late to allow me to pick up the car when I ran late. Something else that was really great about Rouge Valley Mitsubishi was their all in pricing (no additional charge for a safety which is hidden at many lots). Thank you for the great experience. Jim, the service manager was exceptional in solving my intermittent problem that was extremely difficult to diagnose as they had never seen this type of problem before. Jim is a licenced technician which proved to be very helpful. Luckily, my car was not down for the count for too long and replacement parts arrived within a week.

I live much closer to another Mitsubishi dealership but it is well worth the drive to Rouge Valley for their professional team of service, sales and management.

My husband and I were in search of a new vehicle that was suitable for our needs with a growing family; Rouge Valley Mitsubishi dealership just so happened to have a Honda Oddesy on their lot that we were interested in. We met with the car dealer SOL and HE WAS AMAZING. We have never felt so at ease when negotiating for a new vehicle; Sol was very personable, funny, a respectful listener, was greatly considerate of our budget, and even HELPED us negotiate with the financial dealer (SAM; his father and owner of the dealership). In the end, we agreed upon a price where both parties were happy, and now we have a new family vehicle. After the paperwork was drawn up, SOL made the extra effort to provide us with his personal contact number (never been offered this before from other car salesmen) in order to provide us with status updates on our vehicle before pick up! - We knew when our vehicle was going into the shop, that a second key was found, when the final paperwork cleared, and when it was ready for pickup.

We HIGHLY recommend this dealership as the employees surely make a buyer feel very taken care of and valued as a customer. Ask for SOL when you’re there! Special thanks to SOL for making the purchase of our family vehicle stress free; you surely are the BEST cars salesman we have ever met and dealt with! 😁👍

I dropped in here on a reconnaissance mission for my daughter who is in the market for a mini van (something that she vowed never to own in her lifetime and has since realized that a crossover can’t accommodate with a growing family).

Dealer representative Sol was very professional, courteous, and a straight goods person that makes a vehicle shopping experience positive. Stick with the facts about a great product and be tuned in with the needs and wants of the customer.

I took a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX front wheel drive with rear cam, DVD player and seating for 8 out for a road test. Sol explained the features and he provided me answers to questions about a towing hitch, Carfax history, and when this vehicle arrived on the lot.

After sending several photos of the Odyssey to my daughter plus my feedback report, my daughter and son-in-law are on their way to take it to the next step.

It was a great experience dealing with Sol and I would add this dealership to my short list for a future purchase of my own.

He said no problem that they would take a look and get back to me. As I sat there, within 45-1hr the recall job was done and they said they could also fix my airbag light signal. Which they did in a considerable amount of time. I’m am so grateful and happy they fixed my issues and I was able to drive my car without worrying about any hazard lights on. Unlike the people over at Dixie which said they needed to order the part which would take two days and then it would take 3+hrs to fix the recall ONLY. Anyways long story short, I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks again 🙏🏻👍🏼👍🏼

She sadly lost her beloved 2000 Corolla to a distracted driver on August 1 and we wanted to help her get a newer and safer car. After doing some research and looking over Autotrader, I came across a gorgeous 2004 Corolla S that was fully loaded that was for sale at Rouge Valley Mitsubishi. We came by on the Civic holiday to see the car, and then a couple of days later when the dealership was open. Sol came out and introduced himself to us, very nice and not pushy at all. We got to take the car for a test drive and was very pleased with how it ran.

We liked it so much that my daughter put some money down on it to hold it. And the next week, thanks to a dear friend, she was the proud owner of this car. Now 2 months later, she and I have put over 7,000 km on the car and are really loving it.

Went there with a few warning indicators displayed on my dashboard. Initial diagnostic recommended an OEM purchase of $569 for one of the issues. Mechanics were able to isolate a "ground" issue and avoid the OEM purchase. Mr Feeney and staff kept me informed, provided me with options and completed required repairs.

Can not ask for anything more. From the moment I walked in, I was taken good care of. The associate Nafis was very patient and cleared all my doubt I had. This was my first vehicle and I went in for a new lancer. We drew up the papers and he did his very best to provide the best offering. Explained warranty and various options on upgrades. I was introduced to the manager Richard. They both worked with me to come up with the best possible price. They tried very hard to satisfy the customer. Although I didn't walk out with the car, I was so satisfied to return the following day. Today I am a proud owner of a mitsubishi lancer 2014. They knew exactly what I wanted. They left out the sales tactics and gave a customer feeling welcomed. As I write this, just coming back from the dealership. I cross my fingers hoping my preferred color is delivered to me. This is my first review and it was a great feeling I was valued. I look forward to the service centre and their Client satisfaction service. If only there was more to thank both Nafis and Richard. Bought a used 2007 Mazda 6 here back in March, happy with it. Took it in today for an oil change, plus a headlight replacement. Headlights I would normally do myself, but Mazda seems to have been infected by the German philosophy of over-engineering: replacing the bulbs requires removal of the entire front bumper! They discovered that a side marker lamp had gone as well. Great, more money. I figured oil change, headlight (I've seen them priced at around 50 bucks), side marker bulb, and all the labour involved in removing and replacing the bumper, probably around $200 to $250, minimum. Actual cost? $118.83. What? WHAT?! I was planning on tackling the job myself one day, tinkering is a natural 'guy thing'. But at that price it just isn't worth the time and effort. I hate these people for stealing my joy. I love them for saving me money and time. I'll be back.
