Bought our 3rd vehicle from Bank St Mitsubishi. My most recent sales person was Sam and he was excellent at helping us find our new vehicle. I had to shop with my youngest with me and the sales department were great at accommodating me with my baby. However, the service department needs improvement as mentioned in previous reviews (ex: no appointments during snow tire season, man at front desk provided inaccurate information on how to clean small rust dots off a white vehicle)

My daughter has a 2016 lancer and called in for an appointment to have transmission shutter looked at and there service team advised they are too busy doing snow tires for 3 weeks. Dealership said to take it to a garage and have diagnose before calling back. No other option provided. Now that's great service for Mitsubishi on Bank St. We had planned on coming out and look at SUV units weekend. We had picked to test drive. Lets just say they will not being getting any sales from this family again, good luck with the service team there. I myself work at a transport dealership, imagine if we said that to one of our customers that we couldn't look at there truck for MAYBE 3 WEEKS. I guarantee my branch manager would be at my desk immediately.

Parts and Service keeps losing parts for my car that are stored in my car.
Addition: After getting serviced last week (and trying to say that I didn't have any of my bolts for my tires), my transmission started acting up. They are trying to claim that I would be on the hook for replacement despite them working on my transmission during the maintenance.

I went in to buy the vehicle I wanted and got a run around with a sales guy telling me "If I am serious he will see what he can do on the price". Really? Seriously? Please take my money - I am here to buy. I came to buy it that day! He asked me for my bank card to prove I am serious... um no! Then gave me a range on a price. A range??? We negotiated and it came back higher than we original quoted. I hate this kind of "I will work for you and go see the manager" lies they tell - they are employees. I went to another dealer and they shipped the car there. Too bad - loss of sale. Two other friends did the same thing and we all didn't like the sexist behaviors that was exhibited. If management is reading this you need to send your sales people on some serious training.
Mike and Landon in the service department are absolutely incredible. I drive a Kia and I would not trust anyone else to take care of my vehicle. Very professional and honest!
Went in to look at a vehicle and dealt with Sam. He was very pleasant and showed me the features of the car in the showroom and during the test drive. However, after researching my options I mentioned to Sam that I was no longer interested in the vehicle. Another sales person, Tony reached out to me and I explained the same thing but this time also asked to be removed from their contact list. Three weeks later I am still getting contacted regarding purchasing a vehicle and have asked again for my name to be removed from their list.

Thanks to Mike, Cory and the mechanics a new engine was put into my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage under warranty. The original engine only had 95k on it when it developed a sound during the extreme cold we have been having.
When I became aware that there was an unusual noise coming from the engine - I used the Mitsubishi roadside service and had the car towed to the dealership. They checked to see if the recalls were up to date and they were. Then they asked, if I had the documents for all my oil changes and repairs that had been done to date. I did.
When I went back to the office I called to check the status and they had already put in a request to Mitsubishi for a new engine because they had already brought it into the shop and diagnosed it. What I found quite impressive is that they told me they even made an audio/videotape of the engine as it was running to send to Mitsubishi to help expedite the process.
The replacement engine was approved and a new engine was then installed. The whole process took just under two weeks.
I'm really happy. They did their part as a service department - but as a responsible car owner - I did my part as well; I had all the regular maintenance work done when it was supposed to be done and had all the bills to go with them.
So ... Thank you Mitsubishi for having a great warranty and 'Well Done' to Bank Street Mitsubishi for doing a great job.

Recently came in with my family looking for a used car we saw online. After the team listened to what we wanted/needed they found us a car that was not only in our price range and fit all our needs but also brand new! The whole experience was absolutely top notch and unlike anything we have ever encountered before. Our salesperson Abdul exemplifies the standard that all salespeople should aspire to achieve. He was attentive, reliable, genuine, personable and knowledgeable. There was not an inkling of pressure or hostility to make a sale. Before coming to Bank St Mitsubishi, we encountered several sales people who not only were aggressive, but dishonest about the details and features of the car. It was refreshing to have someone actually see you as a person rather than a means of income. Additionally, he took the time to guide us through the features of the car and help set it up (something most salespeople don't have the patience to do) to which we are really grateful for because it always is a confusing process having to read the manual and figure it out later. Also we had to do a little bit of service and I am not exaggerating in that I barely had time to take off my winter coat and the job was already done. Absolutely efficient! I hope everyone has a chance to be taken care of by Abdul and the rest of the team at Bank St Mitsubishi.
I went to Dilawri because it was the only place that had a selection of Lancers in my area. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but Chantal was able to understand what I was looking for and led me to a car that I eventually purchased. Throughout the entire process she was unbelievably kind, I felt like I was dealing with a friend, the complete opposite of what I expected from a car saleswoman. She made sure everything was clear and complete. She went out of her way to make sure I everything was easy for me. She even shuttled me to work when they were setting up my remote starter! I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but Chantal is amazing!
The staff that I dealt with at Bank Street Mitsubishi were very courteous, informative & patient. Georges, Chamnan & Mo showed me various used & new models which also included test drives. Financing was easily acquired with Georges help & Chamnan was efficient at showing me many features of the RVR. With Mo leading his staff, this is a very efficient dealership. One star is missing because there is always room for improvement, no matter what role you are playing.
