Go to any other Dealer in the area. Place is full of people pushing cars that they want to say are safetied. Went to test drive one of the used cars they had on the lot said accident free and clean on ad. But when I got there the bumper is cracked and so is the fog light. The bad about 50% of its paint left from rock chips. It is practically hanging off on the passenger side has a 3/4” gap difference in panel gap, the tires on the back both have curb rash and some big chunks of the tire are missing off the side wall they hit the curb that hard. The back driver side tire is grinding while driving, the alignment is off and there is burnt oil in it and burnt on to the dip stick. Also, it shakes when it's slowing down and does not sound right. When I asked and emailed some questions on if it was gonna be fixed for sale or if that what they called safetied. I know a lot of car dealers will fix up cars to safety after the car is sold.

What I got as a response from Joice at Mitsubishi
“So sorry for my late response. We apologize that this 8 year old, daily driven vehicle has some slight cosmetic issues, but I have talked with my Used Car Manager, cc'd on this email, and he has agreed to get the work done to amend these issues with the originally agreed upon price of $17,998. Also, we have yet to perform the necessary work for safety, as this is usually done AFTER the car is sold and there is a contract and agreement set in place. If you would like to rejoin the conversation about getting you a great, fun, Toyota reliability styled engine vehicle, that is what I am here for.”

I emailed back saying I wouldn’t pay more that 15000$ with the damage that has been done to it already and the lady told me the car was sold but it’s still sitting on their lot and on AutoTrader 4 months later. All I was trying to do was buy a reliable car in cash not one that has been previously destroyed and say there’s nothing wrong with it that’s why I went to a car dealership in the first place.

I was looking to get a decent deal on not a brand new car and was willing to work with them on a price but don’t even try walking through the door if they’re gonna act like kids. If they would’ve said hey there are a couple things wrong with it but we’d fix it I get it be upfront and honest to your customers don’t try and hide everything and tell me it’s fine. but as I was getting told accident free clearly not a reported accident on the car so it does have accidents. Don’t buy from here not worth the hassle been to many car dealers and never had such a childish response from one like here.

Just Reiki A Healing Touch

Service side was great. Sales side didn’t really seem interested in selling me a car either of the times I went in. Not sure if thats the dealership culture or because I was interested in financing an older used car but didn’t feel welcomed at all. I felt like trash to the point where I had to ask someone for help eventually and that salesperson took my info then never called me when the car I asked about was price reduced. Came back again and was told the car was already sold but 3 weeks later it’s still on the website. Ended up going to twoguys in St Catharines and buying a car for cash. Avoid this dealership, they are snobs and if you don’t look like you have money they don’t care about you. Vibes are terrible.

What a pleasant experience !! Ricco was so helpful and very understanding he went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my service. All the staff were super friendly to be honest. The lounge has a coffee machine that is like no other you must try the French vanilla it’s delicious. I had to bring my children and they had so many places for them to hang out and sip on their hot chocolate which is also amazing from the machine. The bathroom was so clean and fresh too. Will definitely return for service when I need it 10/10 recommend.

If you can, travel to another dealership.
From the “sales pitches” to the “promises” of the Sales Manager - it’s a bunch of seedy lies. I was told that all Mitsubishi’s come equipped with a tracker that can be scanned by police in the event that the car is lost/stolen - this makes it sound like it’s a built in feature. No - it was added to my invoice. “Excess Wear package” verbatim by the sales manager Torre told me it would allow me to go up to “70,000 km over the allotted km of my lease” Wrong again. But this wasn’t presented to me until after I signed over my car I was trading in to them, so at that point I’m screwed. Then the cherry on top, they sold me a SUV with tons of scratches on the centre console, when I pointed it out, it was brought back to service “and all buffed out”. Really? It’s all buffed out? You will be hearing from me.

He provided detailed information, solved any and all doubts that we had. He never even tried to push us into purchasing any vehicle from them. We assessed different makes and returned to Mitsubishi mostly because of him and his service. I’m posting this on behalf of my partner who purchased a vehicle from this dealership a several weeks ago. There were ongoing issues with the quality of customer service he received. First, he was told the car needed to be repaired before pick-up but the issue still persists. Upon pick up, there were stains all over the roof interior and handles. I even cleaned a spot with a wipe to see if they were permanent and they were not, confirming their negligence. Finally, he asked for a service record of the vehicle on the day of pick up and it still has not been sent. Too many things were overlooked; I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful first experience with this dealership. I worked with Torre, who proved to be very knowledgeable about performance cars, and made the whole process of trading in to upgrade my Dodge Charger seamless and efficient. He was excellent with communication - I live over an hour away from the dealership and he made sure neither of my trips were wasted. Super personable guy as well, he made the experience fun which I think is really important.

I felt like I got a very solid deal for my trade in and on the vehicle I purchased from them. Torre met my needs to a tee and facilitated a deal that worked well for both sides. There were no hidden fees and I wasn't pressured at all to purchase any add-ons. When I test drove the car it was in mint condition and ran very well.

I would 100% recommend buying a car from this dealership, and specifically to ask for Torre, especially if you're looking at one of the performance-oriented vehicles on the lot!

Really unprofessional people. I called them and Amy the receptionist told me there was no need of appointment and asked me to walk in and I did. After waiting for a long time, I saw other people being taken in who came after me. What perplexed me was all these people were white and I am not! When I asked the reason for delay, I was told we literally got busy in 10 mins and I am in this job for just 6 months and you can see I am super busy too! If this is the attitude in sales when you expect a most welcoming experience, I can't imagine what it would be after they sell you the car! Not picking on this dealership ... the manager was very helpful for what he could do for me...But as far as the manufacturer they invest In very poor Quality body paint.... they do state the paint is covered for 5 years but I stored my car for 6 years before using it ! And my clearcoat is peeling off like snake skin my car is a 2009 but obviously this is an manufacturers defect and Mitsubishi motors will do nothing for me ... I extremely suggest you stay away from purchasing a Mitsubishi since this may happen to you unless you have $7,000 To waste on a new paint job. They already wasted 5 working days for me to drive 1 hours away to repair recalls with two more on the way ... So disappointed in there quality and Mitsubishi motors customer service didn't care at all if I purchased another car from them or not

They loaned me a car until they found the car of my dreams within my budget. It was never done before for one buying a pre-owned vehicle but as I said, David listened and had compassion. He spoke with his manager who kindly agreed to loaning me a vehicle - it stopped my going all over the place looking for a car. I am so pleased with the results. I had a bad experience with one dealer who claimed that they treated their customers like family.....what hypocrisy! Instead, Mountain Mitsubishi treated me like family and it wasn't even their advertising phrase! I have been driving my new Mirage G4 for a few months and it is fantastic. I'm super happy with the fuel economy and all the added features. The sales staff have been incredibly helpful and often went out of their way to make my experience at Mountain Mitsubishi very rewarding. I was searching for a certain colour when I went to the dealership and when they did not have it in stock, they spent quite some time locating exactly what I wanted. I recommend that anyone looking for a car should drop in and talk to the staff.
