We took an appointment for yesterday at 3PM to look at a range rover car.We took the appt a week ago. So we checked yesterday morning and they said its available and the dealer said to us she is waiting for us. So we went there by 3.15 with 2 little kids and after coming they said the car got sold away in the morning. They shud have at least called us and informed us so that we wud not have traveled this far. We traveled 2 hours to look at the car and finally went back. Very very unprofessional dealer. Will not visit them again. I heard couple of reviews the same way. I think they do this to bring customers and later let them buy another car. But this is not the correct way of doing business by telling lies to customers. We went there with 2 little kids and not easy to travel that far with 2 kids. Very unprofessional
Typically we buy vehicles, but decided to give leasing a shot. We love the idea of driving a new vehicle all the time... picked up my ‘22 Outlander today and couldn’t be happier! It is a fun, spacious and well designed SUV— and the new look is fabulous. Very much appreciated all of the extra care and professional service that we received at Victoria Mitsubishi! Super friendly and approachable staff— top notch all around.
I am now on my third Mitsubishi from this dealership. I decided to shop around this time. Went to a couple of other ‘dealerships’ in this city and I went back to Victoria Mitsubishi. No sales tactics, no high pressure salesmen, a no bull manager and an easy going atmosphere makes this an all round pleasant experience. Hats off the Justin Sotkowy in finance who worked tirelessly to get the right financing that I wanted! And Eric my salesman was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted and answered all my questions with ease. Do not go to other dealerships unless you go here first. Also, Mitsubishi makes some of the best vehicles on the road with the best warranty on the market. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste time going to others. It’s the happiest I’ve been in quite awhile.
Really solid, no-pressure sales from Eric. Whole sales team was great and went above and beyond. Bought and paid for the car and showed up the next day to pick it up and sales manager had said they were knocking more money off the price because we qualified for a Mitsubishi rebate we didn't know about. That kind of honesty and attention to service is really appreciated.
All in all a fantastic buying experience at Victoria Mitsubishi. Tyler was able to source me the vehicle I wanted from a different dealership, bring it in, put a great warranty on it and have me driving away within 48 hours. The finance side of things was easy and strait forward as well. I would absolutely recommend coming here for your car needs. Top notch!

Buying the mitsubishi outlander is one of the best purchases i have made. so happy with the car. But the reason i write this review is because i was totally blew away with their customer service after purchasing. took the car for regular check up, the people here are so helpful, they really do their best for my interest so that i pay the least cost. the guy have save me hundred of dollars by spend time look into my record.
The staff are fantastic, Dave in sales really took the time to make sure I got what I wanted..and at a great price! It was a fun experience, one I thought would be intimidating but these guys made me feel right at home.

These guys are amazing! They got me a great vehicle at an amazing price and with 0% financing. Now, 6 months later, I’m still getting white glove service, my salesman organized my service, got me a loaner car and I didn’t even need to step foot in the dealership. Lastly, I got a full service for half the price of an oil change the discount oil change shops in town.

Another very positive car buying experience. Shannon, Tyler and John were helpful in quickly procuring a vehicle that suits my needs, and putting together a deal that was fair all around. Mitsubishi's warranty is one of the longest available. Highly recommended. I previously owned a 2017 Outlander, and this time I purchased a 2020 RVR.
I moved from Victoria to Vancouver in 2016. Since then I realized that the Service department of Victoria Mitsubishi is the best one among all the Mitsubishi dealerships that I have ever been to. Shawn and the other receptionist (sorry I could not remember the name) were very nice and willing to help. They really respect you and treat you as customers, not like the staff in some of the other dealerships who treat you like a fool.
I went in to ask about getting a new key for my Mitsubishi and right away was treated like a criminal. Once they realized I had the vehicle with me, the young man was still brusque but went out and got the VIN from my vehicle then quoted me $500 for one key. Not impressed with the attitude or demeanor. Husband and I were planning on trading our vehicle in and getting an RVR but will NOT be getting it from here.
I am writing this on my own free will. I had a very bad experience at another dealership and was forced to purchase a vehicle that I did not want. I was referred to Victoria Mitsubishi by my friend. All I can say is WOW I was greeted by friendly staff and met by a wonderful sales Person Eric Grills and he took the time to understand and listen to my story and all he could do is show empathy and concern for me. Eric took down the information on what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and started the wheels in motion with amazing Sales manager Tyler with the the 2 of them they found the right fit for me along with the right price.

People always says dealerships rip you off, but I don’t see that here. The prices here are good. When it comes down to it, I want someone who knows what they’re doing working on my car. The customer service is excellent, they don’t push services on you, and they don’t do work on different parts of your car without permission. They politely tell you what is going on, and what might be a problem in the future, the way it should be. As long as these factors stay present, I’ll be going back for everything and anything.

This is a place that I am not comfortable sending my wife to get a key duplicated. They gave a price of $50 for programming. They told her $350 when she got there. For a simple key cut and transponder programming? One can ebay a fob+transponder and program it from a youtube video for $70. They "saw her coming."

It took a month to go into a dealership after having a bad experience with high pressure sales at another dealership. I 'm so pleased I went to Victoria Mitsubishi and they proved not all dealerships are like that. No pressure, nothing but helpful, and informed advise. When a paperwork glitch appeared the Sales Managers were right there making sure everything was handled smoothly and that we left happy customers. The fact that the managers didn't hide away when a problem emerged is a true testament of exemplary service which flows through all the staff. I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The staff were super helpful and patient. I traded in my gas guzzling van, got $5K in Government rebates and slashed my fuel bill. I wanted to go full electric but the few EVs that can tow are out of my price range. Once I get the trailer hitch installed I will be able to tow up to 1500lbs with dual electric motor 4 wheel drive and the 2 litre gas engine if necessary. Right now I am commuting 60 kms to work, return on less than $3 in electricity with heated seats and air conditioning. I use the included 8hr home charger overnight for $0.12 /Kilowatt hour on our Hydro bill and the fast charger after work at Uptown Mall gives me around an 80% charge in 20 minutes for $2. I use the paddle shifters to "gear down" hills applying 5 levels of regenerative resistance. Thanks.

Bought a Lancer GTS here last year, i was looking at several other similar cars from several other dealerships. What made me buy here was honestly the willingness of the salemen to meet my budget and car needs. They had the best attitude compared to any of the dealers i was looking at and were able to put together a deal i couldn't refuse. They have also been very helpful when looking for aftermarket services.

Tyler was great from our first interaction onward. I usually feel a lot of pressure from car salespeople but at Mitsubishi Victoria I didn't, everyone was down to earth and worked hard to get me into the right vehicle - they even stayed open let to get paperwork and such done.
Tyler really knows the vehicles and trusts in them. He was quick to give me all of the SPECS and comparisons between models/makes which made me confident in my vehicle/purchase decision.

I really enjoyed buying my truck from these guys. All of the staff are friendly and pleasant and I never received any of the pushy, used-car-salesman vibe.
John went out of his way to get the vehicle in tip-top shape inside and out, as well as calling around to get the accessories I wanted (even though it wasn't sold through their dealership).
On multiple occasions, Pasha went out of his way to arrange installations of accessories, even going so far as to pick up and deliver the truck. This was his first sale and I was given the honor of cutting his tie off with a pair of scissors to mark the occasion--a fun atmosphere to buy a vehicle.
From test ride to loan and insurance, they organized it all and I was able to drive off the lot that evening.
I am curious to see how the extended service experience plays out, I will keep you posted...
