Avoid! They will waste
Your time! they seam like laid back guys... they are , so laid back they don’t seam to do or check anything. I asked how much the suv towed the salesmen had no idea and never even found out but More importantly we looked at one car for hours gave them what ever information they asked for and they didn’t check our credit or financing or give us options. we said we wanted it they said “congratulations we could pick it up Sunday or Monday”, we emailed to ask if we could pick up the next day and the salesmen Dave started making excuses. First saying the bank was being slow then 18 minutes later changing it to there is an issue with our credit and they have to ask a manager what to do on Monday adding “ we would have this issue at any dealership” ... why not check this and tell us on day one when we said we could buy it outright we just didn’t necessarily want to as financing would leave us with more Money in our savings. Our time and our whole weekend was wasted as a result of this.

Went to test drive some electric cars. Ali was super helpful and welcoming, he let me try everything that I wanted. Then he suggested that for my needs a PHEV would work better. I tried it out and loved it! I took a couple days to think about it and there was no pressure, just a pleasant experience. I came back a few days later and took it for an hour long test drive just to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. I was happy with everything in the end. Purchased a PHEV and couldn't be more excited! I could not recommend Ali more! Funny guy really personable.

Even though Wolfe Mitsubishi is an hour's drive from our home and there are other closer dealers, we have bought three Mitsubishis from Wolfe because of the positive sales experience and the excellent experience we have had with their service department. Our recent purchase was unexpected, but necessary, and was going to be a bit of a shock to our budget.
Neither one of us reacts well to high pressure sales so we were not looking forward to the haggling and up-selling that can happen on the car lot but Ali Sattar very quickly determined what our needs and our budget would be and showed us two cars, each of which met our needs in slightly different ways, talked about the advantages of each of them, and then gave us the space to make up our minds. He was available and quickly and easily clarified things when we had questions and was very willing to have us look at more cars - but there was no need. The fact that he has an easy-going personality and a pleasant sense of humour made the whole sales process enjoyable rather than intimidating.
Lance, the sales manager, quickly and efficiently worked out the costing details and Mike, the financial advisor also did an excellent job. We drove away, very happy in our new (to us) car.

In my experience the service department here is second to none. The prices are always surpringly reasonable and I've been offered to split up major services to help keep individual transaction costs more manageable. They have been very transparent, for example, recently I brought my 2010 Outlander in for an oil change and alignment but the problem was worn tie rod ends, so before they proceeded with repairs they sent me a quick video of the issue on my vehicle and a request to proceed with repairs. Love my Mitsubishi, happy to have a great place maintaining it for me.

I sent emails to every Mitsubishi dealership in the lower mainland inquiring about vehicle options that would fit my needs. Most dealerships responded by telling me to come down and take a look at the lot. Shawn responded by actually suggesting options and providing details on vehicles that had my requested attributes! He even sent a video with his sales manager promising to beat any offer. When I showed up to look at the vehicle, Shawn gave the most thorough walk through of the Mirage SE that I ever encountered. He spoke about the construction of the frame, the layout of the engine, and even pointed out where each airbag was located. No other sales rep had as much expertise or was as forthcoming with information when I asked questions. Shawn and his sales manager walked me through the price breakdown and details of their offer. It was a refreshingly transparent and honest experience compared to negotiations at other dealerships. Ultimately, we struck a good deal and I've been happily driving my new vehicle for a little over a week now. If you're looking for a new vehicle, save yourself the headache and contact them first.

While picking up a friend who had dropped his vehicle off for servicing, I noticed a tech moving a customer vehicle without wearing gloves or a mask inside the cabin of the vehicle. While I did not see how they handled my buddy's vehicle personally, it concerned me about how the inside of his vehicle would be handled. With the current spike in COVID-19 cases, he and I had to sanitize everything down inside the cabin after the fact to feel safe.

They seemed to take care of his car well enough mechanically, but it's concerning to me that they don't seem to be taking the COVID-19 situation seriously.

Bought our first Mitsubishi RVR in 2015. Cannot say enough good things about the sales team, service manager, (Rhonda), and the service technicians. I no longer own the 2015 RVR because the last time we brought it in for servicing Todd offered us such a good trade in we couldn't say no to a new 2018 RVR.
Last night we attended a clinic put on by Wolfe Mitsubishi for newer owners who may have questions about their new vehicles now that they have driven them for a while. Rhonda and Shelby gave us lots of information and tips, while the technician, Curtis, walked us through a typical brake job. Curtis is a natural teacher, not just very knowledgeable but able to convey that knowledge in a clear and concise manner.

The customer service here is impeccable. Not only that; the people that work here are not trying to harass, scam, or trick you into buying a car at all. They genuinely want you to leave with a car you can afford. Being someone whom has witnessed so many individuals who are tricked by salesmen into contracts they can’t get out of (and I’ve seen this happen at almost every Honda and Toyota dealership in surrey) I really appreciate this. I’m 19 and a student. I have a minimum wage job and I wouldn’t know to save my life if I’m being scammed into buying a car. Im so thankful I walked into this dealership and not another one. After a harrowing experience trying to buy a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV in Nanaimo we decided to return to Wolf (where we bought a Subaru several years prior with the same great experience). The buying process was night and day. Todd and Dave were a pleasure to deal with, open and upfront, they did what they said they would. They brought our attention to the usual accessories, insurances, extra warranties etc but were not at all pushy and were open to pointing us in other directions when what was on offer did not meet our needs or budget. If an issue arose, they immediately let us know. I would strongly recommend this place and I will certainly be recommending my friends and colleges try them too. This is more like what buying a 40-60k car should be like.

PS: Wolf, if ever you think of pushing your sales team to lie cheat and be pushy, like many other dealerships, don't! The only reason I didn't immediately return to your dealership is the distance. Dealt with Lance, and we ended up with the car we really wanted. It was sold pending pick up and from my understanding wolfe went above and beyond to help out the other people get into this car. Lance arranged a back up deal with me in the mean time. Wolfe continued to try and help the other buyers but it did not work out on their end. checked in for my regular SUV maintenance, staff are super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Car wash and vacuum are always free so I avail them every time I come visit. Parking is hard at times but fortunately someone is always leaving the parking lot and I take their spot but for the next guy I usually see them double park and wait. Ronda and Shelby are my favorite staff they are always helpful and informative in giving the information about the work done on my vehicle and what I should expect on my next scheduled maintenance. They also have a cozy waiting area where you can watch cable TV, connect to their free wifi, read car magazines or just have coffee or tea which is also free. Washroom is clean and tidy which is just beside the waiting area making it a plus. Overall good experience every time and most of my maintenance are free of charge especially for recalls and some minor issues I am having with my vehicle. They also offer free shuttle service if you intend to do other things instead of waiting so that you can do errands or need to be somewhere. Their drivers are courteous and super nice. I have two Mitsubishi vehicles I bring here for maintenance and I am always happy with the service I get and I highly recommended them.

I have to admit -- this place is great when you have your first interaction with them, however after we bought our car, things seemed to progressively get worse over time. Somewhat recently during inquiry/negotiation for a trade-up to a newer/better mode, they got a bit snippy and confrontational. Additionally, they never seem to have loaner cars (despite advertising free loaners the entire time) and also sometimes forget to knock off the oil cost for "Oil Change for Life" customers at service appointments. But their service work and team, however, is highly skilled and professional and probably the best in the Lower Mainland.

I don't know if it's an actual downward trend in the admin/sales staff mood, their post-sale approach, or just a series of bad days, but it's starting to feel less and less like a welcoming environment.

I am an out of town buyer from Calgary. I had been searching Alberta for a Volvo XC90 V8 model with all of the options. I couldn't find it in Alberta so I widened the search to include BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Wolfe Mitsubishi had the best deal on the 2010 Volvo XC90 V8 and it had very low kms. I contacted them online from their website and requested more information.

Since the first contact, everyone was prompt and professional. When I was ready to make the purchase, I still had some reservations since I would be coming from out of town. They reassured me that they would hold the vehicle and I would have every chance to inspect it and make my final decision. They offered to pick me and wife up from the airport. Everything seemed right so I took the plunge and booked the flight.

Their manager picked us up from the airport and brought us the dealership. The Volvo was all prepared and ready for us to see. My wife and I took it for a test drive. We spent a lot of time checking every feature in great detail. They did not rush us at all. The sales person helped answer all questions that came up. Everything was as they described it so we decided to finalize the purchase.

It was quick and painless to fill out the purchase paperwork. The business manager was friendly and helpful. They helped make arrangements for temporary insurance and registration. We are from Alberta so we are not familiar with ICBC. We finished all of the paperwork and loaded up the Volvo for the drive back.

All and all I can say that they are a great team at Wolfe Mitsubishi. We received a great deal on the Volvo and they went above and beyond to make sure that the process was smooth and enjoyable.
