I was looking for an SUV, that was had the safety features I needed, as well it is important to me that it be a "green" vehicle to reduce both emissions as well as operating costs, which I found at Cranbrook Mitsubishi:
AWD (S-AWC All wheel control for winter driving) living in the East Kootenay with winter this is a must, as well front collision avoidance, and a really nicely appointed vehicle with heated seats and steering wheel and oh so very comfortable seats and even headlights that "clean" themselves, various driving modes, this is a luxury vehicle with so many other features that other makes do not offer in that price range.
In the last week I had gone to various dealerships and tried their models, My daughter, having purchased a PHEV previously, at Cranbrook Mitsubishi, suggested we go there.
From start to finish Darcy was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, he went through exhaustively on all features of both PHEV's they had on the lot, explaining the various safety features, as well as the many hidden added luxury items and features of this vehicle and there are too many to list.
At no time, where there any pressure tactics, no intrusive questions, which was so refreshing, focusing instead on quality of their product.
At the end of our test drive Darcy even commented on how "Nice it is to meet you, hope to see you again, but if not it, was still great to spend time with you".
I walked away loving the vehicle I had just driven, but had a couple more models to try.
I returned later and spoke with Jordan, on the particulars. I can't say enough, what a patient person Jordan is, explaining the warranty periods (top rate in the industry) the gov't rebate process.
It was then, I knew this was the vehicle for me - they made the whole purchase process so easy!
It was the most relaxing and informative process in the whole week that I had been looking at vehicles.

Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, as I was able to get a different vehicle(brand) higher on my personal list for an good deal, my experience was extremely pleasant. Tom, the sales person I spoke with, listened and comprehended my needs, respected my thoughts and own research, I was not pressured, and I was offered a fair deal for my car I was trading in and the vehicle I was interested in, overall great human/salesman. Highly recommend giving them a call(I'm from Alberta) or going in and working on a deal with Tom anytime your looking to sell or buy, these guys do it right imo.

I am 3.5 hours out of cranbrook and needed my brakes done. I called everywhere where I live and nobody could get me the parts I needed. I called and spoke to Henry. He was SO helpful. Even though I couldn’t make it to his shop to get my brakes done he was still awesome. He got the parts and couriered them to me in less than 48 hours. I can now get my brakes done close to home. Such a wonderful experience! I would 100% recommend cranbrook Mitsubishi!!!
The new service manager Henry seems to have a great head on his shoulders, knows what he is talking about and gets things looked after.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot off Cranbrook Mitsubishi. At first they were wonderful to deal with, excellent sales staff and very helpful. I drove my new vehicle away and within two weeks the steering was wobbling. I took it to my local dealership and they confirmed that the steering was off. I contact Mike and his team and have heard nothing back. I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't safe to drive or I cant sell.
Bought a truck off these guys and have nothing but trouble from the start. Found out it was in an accident which they didn't tell me about. Stay away!

My best friend got a used Ford that was sold as a used unit. Most things are OK. Unfortunately there is an issue with a steady bearing that needs replacing. It has been told to me numerous times it’s a set of “cupped tires”. I even put the car on a hoist at Mitsubishi and observed/audibly heard a problem. The apprentice agreed. Now nothing has been addressed. The part was ordered to solve the situation... however things have yet to be repaired. I don’t need excuses... I prefer results.
Came here looking for an updated 2018+ vehicle. Eric was pushy, rude and barely let me speak. It would be a shame to buy a vehicle from such an arrogant salesman.
I was called asking if I was interested in upgrading my truck. Told them what I'd like. They said they would contact me in a couple days. Now they have takin numerous credit checks hurting my credit.... I had two call backs just to say they'd call me in a couple days. Now i get nothing. Just completely ignored. Can't stand that kinda treatment. If you didnt want my business just say so.

Great 1st service experience on my Outlander PHEV - all my questions answered, reasonable price and extremely helpful staff including the service manager. Vehicle was serviced on time, all things checked and washed as a bonus. FYI, if you have not thought of a hybrid vehicle, check out this PHEV - otherwise you are simply paying too much for fuel.

They did rectify a problem the first two days I had it. The repair was done quickly.

I was in search of a fuel efficient, affordable, safe, and reliable compact car for my fiancée and my soon to arrive baby boy.... and that lead me to the Mitsubishi Mirage. Jordan Flint and Phil Britten in the Sales department were both fantastic to deal with throughout the process of making our deal. Having spent a fair amount of time in the car industry myself, I can tell you that if you are wanting to deal with great car guys that will listen to you and find a way to help you get into a new set of wheels with no BS... these are your guys. The new owner of this dealership, Mike Koch made a point of introducing himself to my fiancée and I while we were there and thanked us for the business... you can tell that his customers are important to him and the rest of his staff, and that they are all passionate about the business they are in. Eric in the Service department has also been great so far with good communication, and everything that was being added to the car was completed much quicker than expected. I previously purchased a used car from this dealer and when I was ready to upgrade I mistakenly came back to the same dealership. I went looking on their website and found one that I fell completely in love with. Kevin still wasted my time with making me test drive it; even when I knew it was the right car for me. While he is a salesman he can sometimes be a little too pushy. They wasted my entire day with paperwork that should not have taken that long. Other people purchasing vehicles were in and out quick; but I spent almost my entire day there from 10am-5pm! Ridiculous!
I will never purchase another vehicle from Mitsubishi ever again.
Kevin is great and super helpful. After much debating and shopping around, I decided to go with Mitsubishi and got approved at an amazing interest rate on the first time buyers program. Kevin didn't shove me into a car I would be unhappy with and really listened to what I wanted. He got Phil on my search as well and they both set to work on finding me something that fit my needs. Phil explained everything in depth and even wrote out comparisons for me so I could really understand and see the differences between the 2 vehicles I was torn between. Not once did I feel pushed into a deal or felt we were moving too fast with Kevin or Phil. I had endless laughs with the whole team at Mitsubishi in Cranbrook.They really made me feel like a family member rather than just a customer. Kevin even bought me chocolate ;)
All in all, I'm really impressed and I feel taken care of. I have an amazing brand new car, incredible warranty and free oil changes for a long time. I'd recommend Kevin and Phil to anybody looking for a new vehicle. They'll go above and beyond to get you into what YOU want.
