Honestly when I got my car here they were great. However now not owning the vehicle I still get called and bugged about trade ins, and recalls. Doesn't matter how many times I tell them I no longer own the vehicle. Followed by "oh we will remove you from our call list". Think I've been told this 3 or 4 times and still getting called. Based on this capability I highly recommend avoiding the dealership even tho the sales team was great to deal with when I had too.

So far so wonderful.....I just bought a car from Mitsubishi, Levern helpled me out with my decision making; he was great....met many others on the team and they were all very friendly and helpful. We are not finished yet, but like I said so far so wonderful.
I would never go back, ever. Brought in an older (2005 Lancer) with the oil light going on intermittently. They had it in for a few hours and basically told me the oil was down 3 litres and that I needed a new engine. (They priced one out for me at $3000.) I said no thanks, paid for the oil and inspection/diagnostic, and drove it for the next 6 months. To my surprise, the car kept running great. Wasn't even a litre down between oil changes. Took it to another shop - Wester's Garage in Tilley, AB. They looked online. Found that there was a specific problem with a sensor on this type of Mitsubishi, and fixed it for a $100 part.
This should have been a simple fix for a Mitsubishi shop to do. Either there was complete incompetence on the part of their service department, or they were deliberately trying to deceive and defraud me. Either way, I would never go back and would never refer this dealership to anyone.

Update!! I went back to see Ryan Tower to see about trading up to a different vehicle. We sat down and looked at my options and what vehicle would satisfy my needs. We found the model that I wanted and he went to work! He found THE EXACT car I wanted, brought it in from northern Alberta and I was in my new to me 2016 Dodge Charger Scat Pack within 4 days! I can not stress enough how much I appreciate all the hard work that Ryan , along with the rest of the staff, put in for me. This is my second car I have purchased through Ryan at Lethbridge Mitsubishi and I would recommend Ryan and the staff at Lethbridge Mitsubishi to anyone!

Sold me a vehicle with "Free Lifetime Oil Changes" only to find out barely a year later they changed the program and you now have to purchase a service in their shop for $55.95 in order to get your "free" oil change.
This is only one of the many issues I had with this dealership.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE HERE.

They never call back (but always say they will). They dragged out my potential sale for nearly 2 weeks, telling me everything was going perfectly fine. My application was supposedly denied, then the manager called back a week after and told me it was not denied, and then never called back after that. They're unorganized, to say the least. They couldn't have me approved for a used car (after 2 weeks) and the next day I was approved THE DAY OF walking into the Hyundai dealership AND got a better deal on a much nicer car. Mitsubishi is the worst dealership in town, I would not recommend for anyone.

Thanks for new ride Brandon but really disappointed in the fact that that Mitsubishi toke advantage of me knowing I'd have the trouble of coming up with 2 months insurance payments.. They helped me with that now I'm left with a new vehicle that I've always wanted but can't enjoy it due to not being able to pay for insurance. Payments are more than double what we told them we were able to pay. They said they would give cash back to cover the difference until we qualify to lower interest, half of what the difference is what we got. Referred a friend that we brought into store with us, they won't give us the referral money they promise. We've been getting all our vehicles from here for 10 years and will never go back. Update: went back in to talk to Blake and were pushed on to sales men. No resolution

Pretty lucky to “stumble” across this crew. Like majority of the people in our generation, we were all punks and didn’t give a care about anything in this world when we were younger. With that attitude, the credit score suffered a lot! I was looking for a vehicle and after many let downs due to other dealerships not wanting to put in the effort to get something done for me I got a call from Adam and Blake. Those two guys are nothing but stand up gentleman. Instead of them telling me they can’t help me or even being shady towards me they asked what would make me happy and I told them and here we are less than a week later with a deal done! I’m impressed. When I thought I could not be anymore “wow’d” Lisa phoned me and went hard to work for me as well to make this deal even better. Bought a car a couple years ago from them, felt like I was overcharged. a year after my purchase I had to talk to the police because my salesman had been stealing from the company. Now I know I was overcharged. Recently tried to find out a price of a truck they had for sale, and they wont get back to me with a price, but keep telling me the will help with financing. I just wanted to know the damn price.
We bought a Lancer last year and we're very happy with the purchase. We were treated very well at this dealership, price was fair,they even recently contacted me to see if I was still happy and if I needed anything like a look at lowering the intrest. I'll give 5 stars,I also like the up beat atmosphere.

From the second we walked in to the second we walked out nothing but 100% top notch service. Showed us the cars, worked within our budget, found us a great deal, no hidden fees, took the time to sit down and explain all possible details, booked our first oil change, had car ready to go with command start added the next day.
