I was looking for a car and happened to see an ad on the website and I was directed to Raj.
Raj was really patient and knowledgeable about the car. I didn't feel like he was pushing anything and felt really transparent which solidified my purchase. If I want to purchase a car in the future or know anyone who wants to purchase one, I am definitely referring them to Raj.
When it came to pricing, I really appreciated everything Alex did for me. Alex and I had constant communication, and I could tell he did everything he could to get me the best rate.

The service shop really up sells and charges customer way more for things they do not need. Doing the oil changes yourself or anywhere else does not void warranty people, as long as it is documented or recorded. No manufacturer's warranty can force you to get your service by the dealer.
Platinum Mitsubishi made my vehicle shopping experience exceptional! I had been in the market for a new car for the past while. None of the previous dealerships seemed to really care about the customer except to forcefully push a car on them, even if it was one I wasn't interested in.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Raj and he provided the service I needed that was thoughtful and considerate. Basically told him my budget, what features I would've liked in the car, and he thoroughly ran through the options for me. Best Mitsubishi Dealership in calgary. All dealerships are.. well dealerships but these guys after some minor haggling got me exactly what I want and I've had the service department actually recommend that I don't do some things as it wasn't necessary aside from pocketing extra money.
I've purchased two cars here (not for sake of not looking almost everywhere else as I live on the other end of town) But the sales staff seemed competent and the financial guys are down to earth and actually give fair financing rates (based on credit) but still fought for a lower interest rate and got it for me.
As mentioned the service department is funny, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they're not hesitant to ask the mechanics and call you back with exact numbers and suggestions from a certified mechanic. Also they don't over charge for services on cars, which is horribly appreciated by me. I usually get run off to local shops that patch stuff up to 'good enough' because of the rip offs I usually get with authorized service centers for vehicles. Not here tho. Fair pricing and good advice to keep your car running.
If your looking for a Mitsubishi, go to this store. Even if you don't like the north end of the city, it's worth the drive and they're competitive even with out of town dealers.

Went in on Wed night and met an awesome salesman. He was to get back to me the next day regarding prices for my trade and the answer on my offer. I went back the next day and he was not there. So I dealt with the sales manager. He told me a different starting price then what I was told, then had no idea about the trade value. We waited around for 1 hour as he went to try and make a deal work. Nothing panned out. horrible customer service.
Went to see Alex Chan based off of a recommendation and couldn't have been happier. I was in a rush to get a new Vehicle, old one was...dying fast. I found a used SUV that fit my needs and Alex was able to assist with a test drive and confirming that the vehicle was in good condition. It was my first time buying/financing a vehicle and he was very informative, ensuring that I understood all the details within the purchase. After confirming that this was the vehicle for me I went to switch over insurance, my insurance company at the time gave me a good quote, but then when I went to switch it over it was suddenly double what they quoted me. After informing Alex I wouldnt be able to afford the insurance he connected me to a insurance company that had a lower rate. I could not have been happier with the assistance provided. Alex went above and beyond and was happy to do so. I even received a follow up a week after to ensure I was still satisfied. GO SEE ALEX!!
My wife Kaja and I bought our first new car today. Was the end of a couple of weeks of research and test drives. We had an idea we wanted to purchase a plug in hybrid but knew very little about the process. We showed up at dealership and met Anthony Nguyen.
He helped us understand the car and process and without asking arranged for us to have a 48 hour test drive. I’ve always struggled with the pressure that comes from buying something with commission and appreciated the space Anthony gave us. The sales staff (Ryan in particular) is so arrogant and has a nasty attitude. I would never give my business to them. I actually went end of the block to Stampede Toyota and got a better deal and incredibly polite service. I would never in my lifetime recommend Platinum Mitsubishi to anyone. No matter how big spread between the bid and ask price is, a sales staff saying "You must be out of your mind" instead of respectfully declining the bid is Platinum Mitsubishi's way of doing business!!!
Do not purchase or bring your vehicle to this dealership for service go somewhere else maybe CMP, Canadian tire or to a reputable mechanic. I had a really bad experience with their service department, they gave me false recommendations for my car and honestly I fell like they are trying to overcharge me for parts and services that my car don't need. Also, they don't guarantee their work or services, I had to take my car back to this dealership and pay again and problem is still not fixed.
You know the feeling when you are driving a unsafe car with family and baby worrying and hoping that it doesn't stop in the middle of the road but you have no choice.
