New Car (Sales)

Since the new owners took over this is the worst place.. I do not recommend working here or buying a car, they treat they're people like dirt!!!

Used Car (Sales)

Brandon was super nice to me before sales. After the sale, he was not responsive and kind of rude. It is kind of using people. The car was sold to me without mats. I bought my own mats. They lost my new car mats during service and they brought me in some old ones in terrible condition to replace them after one month of making me wait and keep saying we will bring you the mats this and that day.

I am rating the finance guys 5 stars. both Omar and Elias made my first time, new- to-me- car purchase so stress and worry free. they found me the most perfect vehicle on my limited budget as well as fully loaded..even command start all while being in a different city. I recommend these guys if you are wanting a wonderful experience as they make a great team. thanks i just love my car!

When my check engine light came on over the long weekend, it was the last thing I needed to juggle into my busy job schedule. I called and left a message asking if I could get it in for them to look at it. Michael met me at my house at 11pm the next night when I got home from work, ran a quick diagnostic and set my mind at ease. Can’t ask for better customer service than that!! Thank you, Michael!

Excellent service by Guy and his team. I sold my Subaru to this dealer and despite not buying a new vehicle from them, they still treated me like a 5 star client buying their most expensive car. He was very upfront and fair and replied to me quickly. I hope all dealers can learn from Guy and his staff.

Staff here are friendly and accommodating. They were willing to help me out any way they could when Platinum Mitsubishi had be driving an unsafe vehicle. I needed a failed wheel bearing to be replaced (which means the car should not be driven) and was sent driving by Platinum. Bow Mitsu booked me in for as soon as they could and warned me not to drive the vehicle until the issue is resolved as my tire could have FALLEN OFF while driving.
I've come here for other scheduled maintenance before this and have always been pleased.

I came to trade in my vehicle as I was not able to financially afford it due to the COVID19 pandemic. I met Mikael Eusebio who was my sales agent and showed all the different models and pin pointed to a Eclipse Cross. Then went to Guy Gubler for the financial options and negotiations. Finally Elias Fabriss went through all the financing contract to help me get into the new vehicle. All three gentlemans were professional, very accommodating and transparent. They didnt hide anything behind a fine print and I was happy with the car and the finance terms. Highly recommend these guys if you want to get into a new Mitsubishi.

As good a service as you could ask for. Honest people willing to do what they could to get me the best deal possible. They kept in communication with me and put a rush on my order when I really needed it. They delivered as promised. Quality staff and salesman David was exceptional. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle for a fair deal and great service.

Nice staff but just another sale, was not professional. I bought a truck for 32,000$ and when I signed it became 38,000. I found out after not before that they added all these other perks like undercoat and tire care etc. Also I was approved on a very nice payment bi weekly and sat for 4 hours to be told that they had approved me on a truck that was 2 years newer and the one I had come for was a 15’. So I had to adjust my monthly to 745 to accommodate their mistake.....I wouldn’t recommend going here.

The staff here are incredibly hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable and go way beyond to ensure that they earn your business. Got an awesome deal on a 2020 Outlander PHEV. The whole process was incredibly easy and they were very transparent with all info. From the General Manager to the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager to our Sales Rep they all strived to ensure that we were treated well!!

Be careful. Our experience here was all but great. We started off discussion via their website and emails. We were told they would do what they could for our business. Without boring you, I will make it short. Sales person was good, nice, friendly and made connections. Once "Guy" got involved for the numbers for a vehicle we got to a bi weekly we were somewhat okay with. Overnight we crunched numbers to figure out why the bi weekly wasn't lower. Turns out after I went back to see what was going on, the verbal agreements did not line up with what they were doing on paper. Instead of admitting fault, or being kind and trying to "earn my business" as they put it. "Guy" told me how much of a loss the verbally discussed prices would be a for him and argued with me when I told him I can just go elsewhere and probably get a better deal. Sadly, had the approach from "Guy" been any different, we probably would have bought from them. I had to ask twice for my deposit back and when I was handed it "Guy" was non apologetic and just said "here is your cheque". Now I will go out of my way to find a better, worse or comparable deal at a different dealership and yes, I will also make sure it's not affiliated with this one.

*update: The dealership called to apologize with the old “we went above and beyond” along with the “I’m sorry you feel that way”. When I said I would not come back for them to have my business (despite them wanting to “earn” it) he concluded the call with “well, good luck”. His verbal judo skills over word choice was an attempt to make me feel I was in the wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to get their finance people some communication training and manners.

**update. A different dealership offered us $5000 more for our trade in.

High pressure sales. One sales guy was awesome, kudos to him. But the two managers are typical used car salesmen stereotypes come to life. If these were one of my employees they’d be out of there double time. There is a car there that I was serious about but the salesmanship has me saying no way. If it was at another dealership I would probably have taken a step forward. As a customer I do not feel good, or safe, giving them my money.

Bow Mitsubishi is such a great dealership. I had a bad experience with my diamond care warranty coverage and roadside assistance not working for me. I got it towed to Bow Mitsubishi after hours, they have an automated 24 hour drop off kiosk. It's the coolest thing I've seen at any dealership and it made it super simple and fast to drop off my vehicle.

Despite the warranty coverage and roadside assistance hiccups, due to a third party, Bow managed to make time on a busy Saturday to take it for a drive to diagnose the issue. They also called in a second technician on a Saturday to make sure they would get to my car by the end of the day. Everything was covered under warranty and no matter how busy they were, they acted with 100% complete professionalism the entire time. The entire service staff was friendly and professional.

Stuck in Calgary for 2 days and it started off stressful but thanks to Bow Mitsubishi it ended feeling almost like a 2 day vacation.

After going to a few used car dealerships, I came in to Bow as they had several good options to choose from. I told the sales rep, Moe Hackem, what I was looking for and what was in my budget and he grabbed several keys to test drive. They worked with me on a great price and Guy (sales manager) and Elias (finance) were great in closing the deal. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. Would recommend. Their post-delivery service was also very attentive.

I would like to give a big shout out to the staff at Bow Mitsubishi who were all very helpful in allowing me to buy a newer used vehicle. In particular Craig Robertson, he was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Thanks once again to the crew at Bow Mitsubishi.

Well Its been a few days since I picked up my Ralliart. The engine was replaced under warranty without any hassle or issues. Michael and Kris from the service department kept me informed and update with everything almost daily as they got responses from Mitsubishi Canada regarding the warranty claim. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service. Thanks to everyone at Bow Mitsubishi I will be back for service soon.

The original experience was fine. Got conditionally approved for the loan, but after some deciding, I ultimately didn't purchase the vehicle. I walked away from the $500 deposit on good faith. However, a few months goes by and I have noticed that when they did the original credit check, they hard checked my credit FIVE SEPARATE TIMES in a single day.

If you have recently financed a vehicle through Bow Mitsubishi I would recommend looking at your credit history to see if they have made the same mistake. Really glad I didn't give these guys my business now.

Owner of 2012 Lancer Evo X MR
It used to be Hyatt Mitsubishi and their service was horrible and cost so much $$$ for just take my vehicle to check out for maintenance. But after change of ownership which is Bow Mitsubishi, they are so much better. They treated me very nicely and I had an awesome experience with service several times. I highly recommend Bow Mitsubishi service department.

Awesome all around! The shuttle gentleman, Ross, was so kind! One of the product advisors, Tomika, was friendly and spoke with me while I was waiting the last few minutes. The service was quick and they went above and beyond to find a solution for a problem I’ve been having for years when I only went there for a tire change...and I don’t even drive a Mitsubishi...hands down will be doing back. Even just to hang out with the staff there.

It’s the best value your hard money can get for Mitsubishi vehicles at the Bow Mitsubishi dealership in Calgary .
I purchased an Outlander on October 2019 by finance option. It was a breeze with them, being me new to Canada and with dealer’s customer friendly financing options. I appreciate Mr Guy and Mr Elias for their sincere efforts getting a new SUV a reality.

Excellent overall experience. Harrison greeted us within our first few steps onto the lot, brought us inside and was given a short list of criteria for a vehicle. Though we looked at a few he hit the nail on the head with the first. From Jon overseeing the process to Elias in accounting and Kaitlyn receiving payment this was five-star service from a team of professionals. Thanks!
Feel free to mention our name for the referral program when you go in to purchase your new vehicle.

The Bow family went way above and beyond in helping me secure my vehicle this go around. Fighting with banks on my behalf and working with me to get the extras I so wanted. I drove away with the exact vehicle and everything I wanted. I will always be back! as we know I like to change my vehicles!!!

I bought my vehicle in 2015...great experience with Keith in Sales but now after multiple conversations with different sales members they will not leave me alone even though I have asked to be removed from their contact list. I drive my vehicles until they die, none of your sales staff will even be around by the time I buy again. I have just spoken to Al, seems like a nice guy. He has said I will be removed...make sure it happens! Good luck in sales Al.

Frankly, I have always felt very skeptical of car dealerships and generally avoid them at all costs. However, I had received a few recall notices and decided it was in my best interest to book my car in.

From the beginning, Bow Mitsubishi was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I originally booked my car in and then realized I needed to reschedule the day before and they were very accommodating. Once I corrected the date and was booked in, they offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the dealership if I needed it, as well as a complimentary wash.

All work was completed in a short amount of time and I was kept informed. I highly recommend the team at Bow, especially Danielle in Service.

Guy the salesman was honest and not pushy at all. I really enjoyed buying my RVR from him.

Elias the finance manager worked all day getting my loan approved and actually went and bought me A&W while I waited for him to work on it since I missed lunch.

I also won 1,000 air miles on the spin to win wheel.

Overall a great experience.

We received excellent help from the service department. They were accommodating in getting our vehicle into the shop and ensured we were also updated regularly on the status of the vehicle. Once the part came in they ensured the work was done in a timely fashion.

The only reason I have three stars was because I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I did not get a loaner vehicle for the time that they had my vehicle for repairs/waiting for the part (8 days). I spoke to the original dealer that I purchased the vehicle from (northern Alberta) and they too were also shocked. When I spoke to Bow Mitsubishi again, I was informed that the owners have decided to forego having loaner vehicles available to their customers. I was told that the only way I would have a loaner vehicle was if the part was on back order.

Again, the service department was kind and patient in answer all my questions.

Been a long time customer of platinum Mitsubishi. Ended up switching to Bow mitsubishi for their service department. Their service plan seem to be less about taking every dollar possible from you, and you don’t get the gears if you refuse a recommended, but non critical service offer. I much prefer dealing with them for my repair needs.

We bought a $50k 2018 Toyota sienna and we're.straight up lied to about the car among other things.
We knew what we wanted and the car had everything we wanted or so we thought. The salesman (Tyler) told us it had remote start and we believed him. We completed all the paperwork on Thursday and were told we can pick up the car on Saturday. As part of the purchase agreement, they were supposed to replace the cracked windshield, buff up some minor scratches as well as do full detailing for the inside on the car. we didn't want them to rush it, so we elected to pick up the car on Monday. Monday happened to be a stat holiday so we couldn't take out our bank draft. we called Monday to let them know we will be picking up the car on Tuesday. we show up Tuesday around noon to a car that looks exactly as it was before. Tyler assures us it's been buffed and detailed by the shop. I was in disbelief because there were some minor stains on the seat that I know are super easy to remove and I showed him the pictures we had taken at the time of purchase. plus the windshield wasn't replaced. same with some minor scratches that could easily have been buffed out. when I asked for the paperwork to show what had been done to the car, Tyler comes back and says that the shop had been closed over the long weekend so they didn't actually even touch the car. Their excuse was that they thought we were coming at 5pm (no clue why, as we were scheduled to pick up the car the previous day). We live really far from the dealership and have 2kids under 2years of age so we told them it's really tough for us to trek out that far the pick the car up again. they graciously offer to get the car delivered, and asked us to leave the license and registration in the car. When the car eventually got delivered, they had somehow lost the license plate and registration, so we had to wait till they got us a new one. we also had to go file a police report to make sure the old license plate wasn't linked to us anymore.
So we finally have our new car and we're happy to let go of all the inconveniences we faced but apparently Tyler had straight up lied to us about the remote start. The car had no remote start. we contacted the dealership right away but Tyler was apparently no longer with the company.
I've since been in touch with a couple of people including the sales manager (Glen, who was involved in the actual purchase) and am just being jerked around. I've been calling pretty much weekly for months. I'm always told he either needs to talk to someone else or that he'll call me back later. I've given up on getting anything from them but want to warn others against dealing with such an unethical enterprise.

Communication is poor you have to ask a few times or remind them to get an answer or what you want. First time i went there no one came or ask if i need help until i went inside and asked. The person deliver the car to me different than the one sold me the car and was helpful. I have left a messages and send email requesting info about the car but nobody get back to me in 4 days so far

To be honest I’ve never liked bringing my car back to the dealership to get it serviced. I had poor experience two or three times and was hesitant to bring my car there for the two recalls that I needed to get done.

I called and made an appointment and the part was ordered. I dropped my car off the night before and the next day I picked it up.

When I picked it up I walked around the car to make sure there was no additional damage to the exterior and there wasn’t any from what I could see. I got in the car and started it up and looked around the interior. There were some zip ties left on the floor mat and some stripped wires that weren’t cleaned up. Nothing to big, but a little annoying as I just cleaned and vacuumed the car. As I was sitting in my car i notice the trim plate for the radio was loose, but no big deal I just popped it back on.

I was still looking around my cars interior and then notice a new scratch or scuff on the dash. I get out and get a towel with some cleaner and try to clean it, but it’s not coming off. Call it as it is, it was a new scratch on the dash. I didn’t bother letting anyone know and I thought about it for a while, but I just asked my self what is the dealership really going to do? Probably not a lot cause my car is 2006 and so I drove away. I will just live with it.

Today I notice that the SRS light is on. I’m not sure if it was on when I left, but I know it was on when I came in and that the SRS light is to do with the airbag. Maybe it just needs to be reset, I’m not sure. I will have to call the dealership back and ask or try to reset it myself.

Overall it was nice to get the work done, but the Scratch on the dash and the SRS light coming back on give this a poor review.

The best part of the service was booking the appointment. Rick was very professional and followed up when he said he would. No complaints with him.

Hope this review helps.

I do not usually leave reviews but for this young man I had to. He made buying a vehicle stress fee, simple and explained how it all works without lying or having to pressure me. He cleaned the vehicle himself, and did everything he could to make sure my experience was perfect. It is nice to see and refreshing that there are good people out there like him that care. I am currently looking in the market for a new vehicle. I was extremely happy when Tony referred me to his workplace at Bow Mitsubishi. Tony has not only shown me many physically appealing options, but many practical options for my ideal car. Being a student, I need to balance aesthetics with practicality. Although I am not in dire need of a car at the moment, Tony took the time to send me links, future test drive options, and as well as take the liberty to offer assistance in the selling of my current vehicle. Tony offers his kind and caring personality in the word of his sales, which I see as extremely beneficiary in the purchase of a car! As I stated prior, I am in no rush to buy, but when the correct time comes, I will contact Tony at Bow Mitsubishi to pursue this exciting process. I highly recommend this business for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Came in a few weeks ago, must say everyone was professional and kind. Tony took care of me and helped me shortlist some second hand vehicles with fair deals and helped me find the specs i was looking for all within my budget. Also gave a clear overview of all the financing options they had to offer. All in all, great service after visiting other sales men at other dealerships would definitely recommend Tony if your looking for a good experience. Although i decided not to buy a car at the time, i will definitely come back and visit him when i decide to commit to a purchase.

Overall, I am a very, very happy customer.

I came in about a month ago for the first time and my mind was set: I was ready to buy a brand new lancer. I was super excited but upon entering, I was greeted by a salesman, Sam, who was not very professional at all. He was chewing food when he greeted me, talking with his mouth full, and when he took me to his desk, there was food all over the place. That aside, I told him I was very interested in purchasing a lancer and would like to know how much it would be monthly on shortest term with my down payment. Now at other dealers, they’d print me a nice clean quote of all the details of financing. Sam just scribbled some numbers down on scrap paper and told me “if you divide x by x, that’s how much you’ll be paying a month”... he didn’t even bother to use a calculator? I had to pull out my phone and do the math for him. I felt like he wasn’t taking me seriously and was judging me because I was young. I’ve been to many dealers and I have never gotten treated so poorly. Unfortunately I did not purchase the lancer, but a Lexus IS instead. Funny how I was “sold” on the lancer when I was coming in, but the salesman “un-sold” me. Isn’t their job the opposite? I wish I had Keith as a salesman, he seems to get plenty of positive reviews.

One week after purchasing two years old truck I've discovered one defective tire with 40% tread left. After sending an email with attached picture of the defect my sales rep invited me to bring the truck at my convenience reassuring me that the problem will be taken care of. Once I picked up the the vehicle I saw four brand new tires on the truck, I couldn't believe it.

I bought a new 2012 RVR in the fall of 2012. I've had experiences with many dealerships over the years. In my opinion, Hyatt is much better than others. Matt in Sales and Shirley in Service are the two people I feel I can trust. That doesn't mean they are perfect; just that they work hard to do a good job and take responsibility when situations arise that need to be addressed. After two years and many problem-free KM's, I still love my RVR. The 10 year / 160,000 km warranty is the best. I work with the people in the dealership and make sure they know when I am happy or unhappy. So far; so good!

Great sales staff. No pressure environment. They offered me a solid trade-in value on my old truck. They let me load all my army kit into a Mirage for a test drive and I was pleasently suprised at the capable performance of the most fuel efficient, 1.2L engine available on the market. Can hardly wait to get into a vehicle that has such a stellar warranty!
