I just want to let everyone know that the Kelowna Mercedes Dealership is the absolute best Mercedes dealership we've dealt with. The guys in parts that I deal with (Jaime & Lance) are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I deal with Chris on the service side and he is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He seems to know everything inside and outside about these vehicle and I really appreciate the way he cares about my car.
Had to have my car towed in because of a flat tire. Sam and James made the experience fantastic. They were efficient and went the extra mile to even have my car delivered to my workplace, so I didn’t have to be inconvenienced, during my work day! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Our salesman Greg Fleming was very thorough in showing us the car, he was very honest and overall genuine nice young man. When it came down to purchasing the vehicle, everything went so smooth. I had commented on a couple of very minor issues with this used vehicle, and was contacted immediately by the General Manager, Sam Koloti. He ordered a missing owners manual and booked me for a service appointment to resolve the other issue at no charge.
Everybody that I came in contact with were very professional.

A factory warranty was offered, but then rescinded after being told that the car (2014) was too old. Later received an email, stating that it was, in fact available. Confirmed the next day by the finance manager, who had raised the price by over $400. That was resolved quickly.
I'm happy with the car except for a rather poor job of detailing (somewhat dirty inside, loose door panel, residue from old wheel weights left on rims after replacement with new tires.) Would have been five stars without these issues.

Bought a used van here a while ago. Had issues with it, manager said he would fix it but never did. I called several times and phone calls were not returned. Maybe it's changed by now but I would not purchase a used vehicle from them again. My opinion was that they were much more concerned about sales numbers than the actual customer, which might be not exclusive to this dealership.
One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Brian Malmas was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Their Finance manager Michael Waterston was very personable providing us with the information on warranties etc. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Terrible leasing staff!!! Do not lease a vehicle with them as the staff in the financial department are horendous. They make it extremely difficult to do anything with your insurance, including renew it, because they don't send you the paperwork you need or have to chase them for weeks to get it. They are extremely rude when you need to contact them. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 CLA 45 AMG from Sam at Kelowna Mercedes-Benz. We did a lot of research on which car we wanted to purchase and crossed shopped several other options. We have had the CLA 45 for about 3 months and are very pleased with the car. It is everything we were hoping and more. I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to give a well earned shout out to Sam and the team KMB. I've bought my share of new vehicles and this was easily the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. They delivered what was promised. They dealt with us in professional friendly manner with good communication from beginning to end. Sam is excellent at his job.
