From the day I purchased my 2016 smart car, there have been nothing but issues. I continue to give this business the benefit of the doubt. But every time something goes wrong. June 92020, after making a phone call on June 4 to make sure that my pre service package I have is still covered. The voice recorded conversation with the service lady confirms that I am still covered. When I get to the location at Mercedes-Benz heritage valley they tell me that my service is no longer covered. So then I talked to Troy the manager and he said there’s nothing he can do. I was shocked considering they said that I was covered. Then I proceeded to tell him that I had 48 months worth of prepaid maintenance. He says nope 36. I said no it’s 48. Confirm it with Doug the finance guy. Doug was unavailable so Troy went and looked himself and found a deal and said yes you’re covered for 48 months but only for service calls for the four years. So now that I drove from Tofield 45 minutes out, I asked him what are you going to do now that all of this has come to light. He says I will give you a 15% off service. I said you’re kidding. Please if anybody is reading this do not take your vehicle to get service there it is nothing but a hassle!

New Car (Sales)

My wife and I purchased a 2018 GLA 45 AMG.

First off, the purchasing experience was to be as expected. Manny Martinez was amazing, above and beyond. After that everyone else we spoke to did not meet our expectations.

The big problem: the control arm on my front driver's side broke. On a car with merely 4300 km on it and all the extended warranty available to me.

It would not have been an issue if they simply covered it by warranty. Instead the service manager advised me to go through insurance and that insurance would chase down warranty if need be. (I later found out from my insurance that this isn't the case I am simply put down as "at fault" and take full blame for the defect not to mention lose my "accident forgiveness perk").
I was pulling into my parking lot when it broke and it caused an estimated $8700.00 worth of damage to my steering assembly and other parts (estimate from the body shop they chose). I have more recently seen the bill $17861.11 in an email from MBHV, more than double the estimate. I am picking the car up today and will confirm the final amount.

My wife's largest concern was that if this had happened 10 minutes earlier while I was on the Anthony Henday, I could of been fatally driven off the road.
They also had 4 or 5 instances where they're decisions led to timely and financial inconveniences for my wife I.

I wrote everything all up in an email and sent it to them, expecting them to do anything at all. Instead I was quickly replied to being told that "upper management' would contact me, and the service department finally provided me with a loaner car on Dec. 12 more than a month later (the control arm broke and they towed it to a body shop on Nov.4th).

Since then, not a single word from anyone about my email. I have tried my contacts in the finance department, in the service department, it seems that no one at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley cares for the concerns of my wife and I- once proud AMG owners. Which is surprising because I was assured it had been forwarded on to upper management

Purchased my second car from this dealership, smooth discussion with sales and the sales manager. Especially my second deal here with their sales manager Calvin. Traded in my previous car and he gave me the highest offer during the time I was selling my car. He keeps things at the highest professional level, and Calvin was very humble to talk to. You would knew in seconds that you found the right guy to talk to in a car dealership. I once brought my close friend to Calvin, he laid out different options and combinations, everything on paper, hand writing, black on white. Trying his very best to get my friend the best numbers based on my friend's situation. Calvin would tried his best to make you the deal you want. BUYER BEWARE - we bought a slightly used vehicle here 2 years ago and it was imported from Quebec. The vehicle had extensive rust damage and started to show through on the body. We took the car to back to Heritage last week and the best they would do was give us whole sale price then roll the amount owning into a new lease. After 3 hours of discussions and multiple offers with the sales rep and manager they gave us their "best offer", which was unacceptable. We went to Mercedes Benz West this past weekend and their first and only offer far exceeded Heritage. Mercedes West is far more superior; they are honest, reliable and they know how to treat customers. My wife and I are professionals who both drive Mercedes, needless to say Mercedes West has our business now. We will never buy another vehicle from Heritage and we will forewarn anyone who intends on buying from them. Furthermore, we will be reporting Heritage to AMVIC.

In response to the message below: the fact that we were only given the option to "trade in" the rusted car you sold us was the issue. The appropriate remedy would have been to take the car, assume the $5k owning on the loan and put us in a new vehicle as requested. But I'm happy you didn't and allowed us to suffer the loss. I have since purchased two new vehicles from Mercedes west and haven't looked back.

Took the car to MB Heritage Valley for a quick check and Manny Munoz with Service Department was more than accommodating and went ahead to order the replacement part for me. From stepping onto the lot to leaving with my new Mercedes Benz, the Service a Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing a car.
To be clear, I've had mostly good experiences but this was far and away superior.
Alex K, the salesperson that helped me find the right vehicle was attentive and never once did I feel pressured. Ethan S, the pre-owned manager was attentive when needed.
The completion of the sale which is most often the painful part of the car buying experience was handled efficiently and professionally by Anastasia P. She provided with me a wide array of choices with respect to warranty, protection etc. Never once was i pressured.

The hand-off was done with clarity and patience by Coco. He made sure I was confident with the wide range of features on my E-Class.

Overall, this experience was excellent. I highly recommend Heritage Valley to anyone looking at Mercedes as their vehicle of choice.

My wife and I recently decided to move out of our GLK into a C350. I checked out various Mercedes dealerships online and viewed their current inventories. The C350 I wanted to see was at Weber's, and as this is a dealership I had not dealt with before, I checked out online reviews. Most gave kudos to the sales/business staff; however, the service department was not always given the same vote of confidence. I made the decision t go to Weber's as the car I wanted to view was there. and I arranged to see the car, via the online chat. I requested some information to be sent, and it was, for my review, before I talked to a salesperson. Arrangements were made to come in and see Corey. While on the test drive with Corey, I explicitly expressed my concerns about the service department. He understood my concerns and assured me that the dealership had taken action to improve that department, as it was a concern for the dealer principals as well. The finance person, Linsey, expressed the same sentiments to me, about the improvements that had been made to the service group, and on the day we picked up our unit, Ashlee, a service consultant introduced herself to my wife and I, also telling us that the service group had made significant strides in regards to quality of service, expediency of service, and over all customer satisfaction. With these three individuals standing solidly behind the product and group that they represent, my wife and I made the purchase. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and I knew the product from my research. This helped making the buying experience much better for me. Overall, Corey (sales) was great, and I would send people to him if they were in the market for a Mercedes, new or used. He was easy to talk to and did not attempt to talk me into purchases when I said I was not interested and he found ways to get me into products that I did like. Linsey (business) was very courteous and professional, and the paperwork work side was handled quickly and efficiently. As I have not had a service done yet, I can not speak to the service group. I see no issues, provided that that group lives up to the hype that Corey, Linsey, and Ashlee have presented to me. I am actually looking forward to that first service.

"THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER" - I had recently started taking my used Mercedes Benz to a few dealerships in Edmonton and ended up at Weber Motors (Where I purchased the first Mercedes from in 2010). The service in 2010 was good overall but my experience in Feb 2014 was "OVER THE TOP" Excellent. Jack, Brad, Aaron, and Brian were the 4 people that I dealt with. They all communicated very effectively, they treated me very well, and made me feel at home from the very start. They were VERY professional and caring in all of their emails, in person visits, and during the delivery of the vehicle. I really felt that they had my best needs at heart and cared more about making a deal that was good for me then normal pushy sales people who just care about the sale. It truly felt like they wanted what was best for me and they proved it to me throughout the entire process and delivered on every promise. They were very easy to deal with and they were 100% honest about everything and very fourthcoming. They were very easy to approach and got back to me promptly on all of my requests. If anyone is to take my advice, drive a Mercedes and buy it from Weber Motors LTD - I am a customer for life. Thank you!!

My Wife and I had been looking to upgrade into an SUV for awhile now and decided on the GLK after test driving EVERYTHING. The sales team was very patient and fantastic in helping us make our decision. I wasnt too excited about driving a smaller SUV but after the purchase this has hands down been my favourite vehicle i have ever purchased. Fuel mileage took around 4-5000 kms to get where it is now. We are getting 1100-1200 kms per tank on the highway! i could not ask for a better experience with Weber and look forward to our next one already.
