Over promised under delivered. Bought a cx-5 about a month ago. I asked if the cars comes with 2 keys and i was told yes it does. But no 2nd key after 3 weeks for calling and asking for it. Rear floor matts were missing i asked and i was assured that they will put matts in before I get the vehicle delivered to me but 3 weeks later no matts. When they delivered the car the rear tail light was out which should have been fixed in there "150 points inspection ".
Don't recommend dealing with mazda P.A.

My son and I came in recently looking for a used truck . The salesman was outstanding the truck was excellent. If there was an issue it was they where too popular . Sadly when it came time to close the deal the salesman we were dealing with was serving the previous customer and likely resulted in not being able to finalize deal . Still overall excellent 👌

I had a great experience with Rally Volkswagen and Rally Mazda. Kevin, the salesman from volkswagen, was able to get me a 2021 Mazda CX30 from the partnered Rally Mazdas' lot. He was very thorough with the million questions that I asked. He was very professional, patient and not pushy at all! He demonstrated everything about the vehicle and explained it very well. I love my vehicle, it was exactly what i wanted. Again, it was a great experience, I was highly impressed.

Traded suv in and was a bad deal. Then after I traded the vehicle another payment came out on the vehicle I no longer ownWhich shouldn’t have happened. Vw Canada still hasn’t reimbursed my money. You call to talk to them and no one ever is available either. Poorly organized and careless company.

I was looking for Rally Volkswagen and stopped into Rally Mazda for directions.
I had bought a car from Rally VW years ago and was extremely happy with their customer service as well as the car. So I had intended on purchasing from them again but I stumbled across a Mazda CX-5 in the showroom that was even a better fit for me than what I was looking for at Volkswagen.
I am a 50+ guy who places great value on customer service and was completely satisfied with the product and staff at Rally Mazda.
Matt Knows his stuff about the vehicles and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions after I left.
I would highly recommend the short drive to Prince Albert from Saskatoon to deal with great people.
After calling Mainway twice for parts help I gave up and called Rally. If you're in Saskatchewan and looking for help with replacement parts for your Mazda don't even waste your time with Mainway you'll learn more about what you can buy for your car online. Rally off the bat was more professional, knowledgable and helpful in securing a cv Boot kit I needed

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Mazda recently. Didn't have much free time, but with only a couple lunch hours they were able to get me into a brand new vehicle with the budget I was on where everyone else told me I couldn't. And they didn't have to do anything shady either. Got a great interest rate, and added benefits for my brand new Mazda cx-3. Ask for Tarren or Matt as they provide excellent service and can have you out of the dealership in your new car in only a couple hours.

We were greeted at the door by Tarren Russell and he offered us water and coffee to start off the conversation. He went through the entire process with us of purchasing a new car, showed us all the options that you could get to go along with the new car, treatments that were extra, etc. He then explained all the options on the car and showed us how they worked. He set up my phone to synk with the car. He then directed us where to go to get a licence plate and when we returned, he mounted it on the car. We were really impressed the car was so clean and full of gas. We would highly recommend Rally Mazda to our friends.
Well so far not to sure what to make of this place as I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was told they'd get a new one in for me asap and I'm one week into my vehicle and still haven't received a call about them replacing the windshield, for the time being like 2.5 stars for the condition the vehicle was in when it was sold to me... I'll update my review if Rally Mazda gets back to me before the end of the week.
A part covered under warranty went in my new Mazda. Upon speaking with Jacqueline I was informed I should have the work completed elsewhere and be reimbursed by Mazda, upon following her directions I dropped off the old part and she made a copy of the receipt and told me I would receive my reimbursement via cheque through the mail. After 2 months had passed I contacted Jacqueline and inquired about my reimbursement, she told me that Mazda is slow at returning refunds at the moment, and pointed out there were other customers who had been calling in regards to their payments. Another few months went by and I contacted Rally Mazda and asked to speak with Jacqueline, I was informed she had resigned to work at another car dealership. I explained the situation to the employee and was met with skepticism and was, in not so many words, called a liar, because they had no record of my interaction with Rally Mazda.
Our family purchased a Mazda. The blower went while under warranty. The dealership told us it would be covered and a cheque would be mailed out. It's been over a year, and now Charlie Gareau General sales manager is telling us they will no longer honor the warranty. Do not deal with this dealership!!!! Shop else where
I absolute love Rally Mazda in Prince Albert. I bought my truck through Rally Auto Max but I get my servicing done at Rally Mazda and all of the men I've dealt with are so helpful. They've done nothing but treat me like gold. I call with simple issues and they are always willing to help me. I once had a cracked rim and my extended warranty ran out 2 days prior and they footed the bill for me. I had troubles with another company and they have helped me so much. Their patience with me is outstanding. I am always so thankful for their help. Anytime I have an issue with my truck, I call them right away and they guide me to either fix it myself or they take care of it. I've never experienced help like that from any other dealership/service area. Thank you Rally Mazda, I will always recommend them!

We had a great experience with Rally! We were moving home from overseas and needed a car within a few days of landing. They were great with communicating via email and had almost everything ready when we arrived, we just had to pick a car! Everyone was helpful and not pushy at all. We will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade.
I had a very positive experience with Rally Mazda in Prince Albert in February. Josh Gyoerick helped me browse for CX-5s, and though I went around to a few other lots, I was happy to return and settle on one from Rally. Their sales staff is not on commission and I never felt pressured into a sale. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

I spoke to several people in the Internet department, Derick and Luke helped me to locate the exact car I wanted (took us a couple days, because I wanted it to be EXACTLY what I wanted). When I arrived I met with Joe G. - I havent had a hassle free car buying experience before, I have heard about it, but never experienced it until now.
