I just bought a car from Signature Mazda. Every single person that dealt with me was a pleasure to deal with, from Karen Lee with whom I first had contact, to William Li with whom I cut the deal (a very fair one, I might add), to Erika Yu who did the finance side and Sarah who took me through the car operation when I picked it up. Insurance sorted on the spot by an on-site agent, full tank of gas. I would strongly recommend this dealership - they really do earn your business. I test drove a lot of different marques including Volvo and Mercedes but bought a Mazda - go figure. The other dealerships did not compare to the experience I had with Signature. Top drawer on every level. Thank you all from a very happy customer.
OK, so five months later, I am due the first service. I made an effort to bring the car back to Signature as I know this is an important part of their business model. Excellent service, really excellent. The car was cleaned, service performed, even squeezed in some accessories fitting for me. Price was very competitive. My advice to anyone reading these reviews is to be skeptical of the negative ones for this dealership as they are really very, very good.

Bought a vehicle from Cole and Matt a couple of weeks ago. Both are very professional and provided great, respectful service. Elaine from the business unit was patient and friendly, and sorted out the best financial option for me. Overall a great experience. The only blemish was probably the insurance guy, who was rushing through things and brushing off any question.
I needed a car to replace a total loss and was very tight on time. Avery was very kind and patient in helping me complete all the paperwork on time, and we ended up staying way past the closing hours of the dealership. I really enjoyed how she did not pressure me to buy (since I was already very overwhelmed) and gave an honest opinion on what was a good deal. This dealership also does 24hour test drives where you can just return the vehicle the next day. This helped a lot with my decision and I would highly recommend speaking to Avery.

I had a terrific experience at Signature Mazda! recently bought a 2012 civic from Avery and she was very helpful with helping me make the right decision. The car feels like it is brand new. In the first week I was expecting something to go wrong with the vehicle but I have found absolutely no issues. We got a free complimentary plush panda bear that now lives on the dashboard, and the whole team was very helpful in smoothly setting me up with my new vehicle.

In an age where most people in car sales still won't answer emails with anything other than a "When can we book you in for an appointment?", Matt provided me with all the information I needed prior to visiting the dealership.
Matt was accommodating when I wanted to view and test drive multiple vehicles, and he was understanding when I wanted to take a few days to decide between two different models. He had a great attitude that never once made me feel uncomfortable during the process, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to people looking for a Mazda vehicle in Vancouver.

I felt comfortable in this clean and well organized dealership. The salespeople, such as Cole and Dominic, were amicable and knowledgeable. My only feedback would be to describe the warranty and financial policy a bit more clearly before signing off on the deal. Overall I was content with the experience and they made the process go quite smoothly.

By far the best dealership I've ever been! I was assisted by William through email and I met one of his team Sarah. She was so nice and so accommodating, I'm very glad I went here for car window shopping because I ended up trading my old one here.
The customer service here is exceptional, I highly suggest for you to look for Sarah because she was so good and honest and even til now, I get in touch with her if I have any questions about my new car. This is our second purchase with William and Signature Mazda. We were grateful for his genuine and quick service the first time so we came back. We are very satisfied with the way our sales consultant, Sarah Zhang, assisted us. She is not your typical sales person who would just want to sell their product to simply to gain a commission. She’s friendly and warm, and really took our needs into consideration. We can easily say that we are happy with our new car, and made the entire process smooth and professional.
Heads up on the cost of services via e-mail. Minimize unexpected which, if happens, is very annoying. Run down on service details at counter is good and vital to me. Service rep able to listen in details and be able to discuss with technicians handling the service. Sean is good and my experience is present.

I had always been an advocate for finding private car sales instead of going to dealer. I believed dealers always intended to try and take my money for themselves, up-sell me on a car I didn’t want, pressure me to lease/finance or trade-in a previous car for pennies on the dollar. My friends give me a hard time for going to a dealership for service, but I’ve gone here ever since I bought my car here 10 years ago and haven’t ever thought twice. They have customer satisfaction as a top priority and you really do feel that is true when you visit. They sometimes give you deals when bundling many jobs which is nice.

Highly recommended this dealership to handle all your car arrangements and quality of vehicle is above expectations. One thing to remember is it is a Japanese car which means highest handcrafted design quality you can get in the market.

I went to see her to get more information and I felt she was very polite, friendly and professional.
She explained how this trade works clearly and was easy for me to understand. (English is my second language. ) I also felt very comfortable with her sales. Every time I purchased something big, I felt very nervous, but she never pushed me to purchase. Some of the sales person push very hard to sell their product which makes me very uncomfortable.
I decided to trade with my 2012 Mazda3 and she kept me more happy. This purchase was my third time from the dealer, and honestly she was best person to dealt with. Alice is a super nice girl and patient to help me for upgrading my contract. I can image how hard working on her. On the one hand, when I need to help about my car, I can consult it with her not only office hour but also her off. On the other hand, my contract has closed to deadline soon, and Alice has called me for helping and explained options which have more benefits to me. Besides, she keeps her smile all the time and make me feel more closer to her, so I would love to her helping me. Therefore, I think Alice has talent to be a saleswoman. Hope she can do it better and good luck!
I had great service. Reading some of these reviews show the ignorance and stupidity of some people. Oscar, you expect you warranty to be valid without servicing your car? Google should validate the IQ of people that leave reviews before allowing them to have a say. I went in, bought a car, had no issues, just great service. I would recommend signature all day.
A truly great place to buy a car! We had to come from the interior and they were very accommodating of this. Everything was set up for us before hand, so we were able to buy our car and drive home the same day. We didn't have to wait for anything. They were very on the ball, friendly, 'above and beyond', and everything ran very smooth. We were able to get a price we were happy with, we didn't have to deal with pushy salesman attitudes, and they also gave us very good prices on the 'extras'. They even washed our dirty truck while we were there! The whole experience was great over all. It felt professional, comfortable, and like the customer came first. The location of the dealership was nice too...out of the busy city.
