I had been looking for a 2019 Ford Fusion Energi since late 2019. I was chasing inventory and hit a half dozen Ford dealerships around the city. While everyone was nice, the interactions with the staff were always transactional. When I finally spoke with Pierre @ WIFL, I had found someone who was looking to work with their client. I had a couple of cars to trade in, and he was a delight to work with. When it came down to brass tacks, I had the opportunity to work with Jeff, the sales manager, who smoothed out all of the numbers. From start to finish, the experience was not just what you look for, but what you hope for when shopping for a car. In the end, I got a 2020 Fusion Energi for less than the 2019. I highly recommend that you swing by WIFL and talk to Pierre and Jeff and see how they can be partners in your next purchase.

Car Servicing

​Skip the service department at Ford Lincoln West Island. They turned me away from performing an important repair on my car because it was "too low" to fit onto their lifts. By "too low" I'm talking the same height as an unmodified Lincoln MKZ. Do they turn away MKZ owners, as well?

Clearly this dealership is averse to touching any car with even minor modifications done to it, even if the client is going to pay out of pocket. They gave a weak (and false) excuse and a manager didn't even come explain it all to me, himself. A service guy just handed the keys to me and told me to go to ​a non-Ford repair shop to get it fixed. I've also had many other issues with this dealership in the past, with under inflated tires, under torqued wheel lug nuts, rude service agents, and service agents promising to call me back and never doing so.

They just left me on my own with a car in an UNSAFE state!

I went to a Ford dealership in Laval, and they didn't even flinch. They said my car's ride height wasn't an issue, and they successfully repaired my car without damaging it. All future service visits will be with this dealership.

Ford Lincoln West Island lost a good customer over a silly technicality that another Ford dealership has now capitalized on. I will be sending a formal complaint to Ford Canada, as well. As I find the repeated poor behaviour from this dealership, unacceptable.

Nice dealership, nice cars, manager eager to make a sale and explained well the benefits of buying the vehicle I was shopping for, dealership tried hard to close the deal, excellent follow up, unfortunately loyalty factors with my existing vehicle made it a better deal, however the vehicle at Ford Lincoln was much better. Having had a better budget would of definitely purchased a Lincoln .

Beware, owners trying to buy back bad reviews. Would explain why so many good reviews on here. While I had a very bad experience buying a new truck in 2017, a fleet director took over the transaction and tried to smooth the deal and asked me to give him a chance to make things right. I went forward with the purchase and this spring I reached out to him again to order a new truck. Many challenges, delays in the delivery of the truck, delivery promises that kept being delayed and all they could say is it's out of their hands. The deal really got sour after I announced I had found a private buyer for my current truck (who was offering me over $6000 more than WIFL). After a few unpleasant exchanges regarding parts cost but mostly about how I was putting mileage on my current truck and I should lower my expectations on the trade value. I decided to walk away and I wrote a negative review. Didn't take long that I received a phone call from one of the owners. He mentioned once the truck comes in he will contact me, work the numbers and then I can decide if I still wanted the truck or not. He asked me to take down my review, and that he would take care of me once the truck arrives if I took it down. Well my truck finally arrived this week. 4 months after being ordered and 2 months later than initial delivery date they had communicated with me. While the numbers on the truck were decent, it was still only the current Ford promotion of Ford Employee Pricing and he matched the trade value I was already getting from a Third-Party. I asked for after market parts which I thought he would make me a deal on them, It didn't happen. Parts and labour were still very expensive. While I had originally agreed to the deal, this morning I pushed back trying to negotiate on parts. That didn't go well as I received a call from the owner, not to try to resolve a conflict with a client, but simply to tell me they had decided not to deliver the truck to me. All dealers are running short on truck due to this pandemic, WIFL is no exception and they would rather sell the truck to someone else than try to resolve a conflict. They could care less about their customers, as long as they have a sale. I would say, they do care about negative reviews as they tried to buy my silence. Very disappointed by this business.

An excellent place. Courteous staff. I deliver freight across North America in a full-size Transit van. I normally cannot make an appointment in have to arrive at these dealerships hoping they can take me in. I'm usually a little overdue for an oil change. Not only did this dealership have time to get me in... But they got me out faster than the time they originally thought. A five-star experience all the way.

Pre-sales was ok. Hard to negotiate they try to play up how hard it is to get these vehicles, purchased just a few days (like 2) before the ford employee event, so paid thousands more than required, wish I had known. My financing account number was not on the paperwork, and after a few voicemails no callback to get that number so I can sign up online. I would not recommended this dealership if you are not an awesome negotiator and are good with high pressure sales tactics (which I am not, so obviously that is on me), and they seem to give 0 cares about you once you have signed, which after spending close to 60 000$ feels not so good.

Good service from sales but very bad service from mechanical!.
I bought a car from them last September, afternoon inspection the sales representative told me they have to put new set of brakes on all wheels. At the day I went for pickup, I noticed they didn't do the brakes at all. The sales representative contacted mechanical department and told me they forgot the job. I had to wait another few days for them to reschedule the job.
Fast forward to now just over a year and I have ridden the car about 25000km, the rear brakes are completely gone !!!, both pads and rotors!!!
The garage manager told me probably West island Ford Lincoln used cheaper parts, and the worst thing is they didn't do the job properly, the caliber was not adjusted properly so the pad and disk always touched!!! That is why the brakes only lasted 25K.
Don't use their mechanical service!!!

Unfortunately, the last visit for service was very good except for the courtesy vehicle. the last two times I came in for service after asking for a courtesy vehicle when I called for an appointment, I was told that there were no vehicles available and I would have to go to Enterprise. enterprise provided good service and were very polite but the issue is that it added one hour to my visit that was not planned for. I specifically asked for an early appointment and in both cases I had to cancel meetings.

I have only great things to say about this Ford dealership. The owner is fantastically nice, the service beyond professional and friendly. I love everything about them. The way they remind you by text of your periodic service appointment, the speed at which they handle your car, the waiting area with gourmet coffees and snacks and wifi so you can work while waiting. I can tell you, however, that I have been trying to sort out what to do with my late father's lease for over a month now and getting the most basic of information is like pulling teeth. Nobody takes responsibility, you just get directed to another email address or phone number. I have been very dissapointed by my recent visit to the dealership on sources. Firstly went in to try and negotiate new lease on either Ford Explorer or Ford edge. Met with a sales rep...and never had news. After repeated attempt spoke with assistant manager...he never followed up with proper emails. Then came to the dealership for service, I had a burnt headlight. I had taken a maintenance plan with my current Ford Explorer. At the time I was told that the service contract covered me for the duration of my lease. The service clerk was very quick to tell me that was not the case...and that my initial warranty finished on the 2nd of December I was there on the 15th of December. He made no effort to see if there was any way to please me....even though I took the additional service plan.
Not only was I most unimpressed with the attitude of the service clerk. But I made myself known to the sales assistant manager that I was interested in discussing an offer for a new lease. He let me sit in the waiting room while he was serving another client. Not once did he come over to see if i was interested in making an appointment or give me an idea of how long he would be. Finally when he was done over an hour later...I had to go to him. He claims he sent me documents. I never received them. He did finally resend.. and have not heard from him since.

Moral of the story: I will never purchase another service contract from Ford.
I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
