Bought a F150 two years ago. They played around with the numbers so I lost my Costco discount of $1,000 with mumbo jumbo fitting of a snake oil salesman which I found out after I signed the contract.
You need to take your lawyer and accountant with you to deal with these crooks.

Have not received better service nor had a car be running so well after 6 years, my 2011 FORD Escape is now at 225K but running as good as new. Nav Kotecha constantly goes above and beyond and does a great job managing his staff, they make sure customers are well taken care of from the early morning until late at night at all times of the year. A good dealership makes all the difference in the world and helps avoid the hassle of taking your car to other servicing companies at which I've always had bad experiences.

5 stars to Chad and his team in Body Shop! My F150 was in a collision and they helped me out in the best they can. I had no insurance and they knew I was paying out of pocket, so they tried to save whatever parts that can still be used. I told Chad I need my car in a week because I don't have the budget to pay rentals that long, so he rushed the work but still quality is there. Everything is perfect and hassle free.
I brought my Ford Escape in for servicing. My service representative, Hafiz, welcomed me right away. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Tony, my awesome mechanic!!.....btw, who is the best in Canada....no joke, was there and , as always, gave my the best service as he always has. This is the best dealership in the GTA. The service department is busy, but exceptionally efficient. Navin K., who is in charge of service, is knowledgeable and courtesy. It is not the top FORD dealership in Canada by accident.

Absolutely the best staff. I bought my vehicle from another nearby dealership. I brought my car to the selling dealer about a dozen times to repair a problem that was under warranty. The other dealer couldn't correct the problem and treated me very poorly. When I got fed up with the selling dealer, I brought my vehicle to Yonge Steeles. The staff listened to my concerns and corrected the problem, first time. They made me feel like they valued my business.
Got my oil change at Ford Yonge and Steeles location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The waiting room has nice comfortable seats and tv and coffee. Also like the free shuttle service option. Only reason I gave 4-star is the wait times due to high volumes .. Otherwise, great service!
This is my first purchase of a Ford product and, Vera Kricic, has in her very knowledgeable and positive way helped me to decide on a 4 year lease of a Ford Edge.

I made the appointment to service my vehicle and was very clear with what needed to be done. When I get there, they tried to get me to come back as I wasn't clear with was it was my truck needed done thus they didn't allot enough time. After sorting that out , they tried to get me to leave my vehicle overnight which I could not as I don't live in town. So when it came time to pick up my vehicle at 10pm (they close at midnight) my truck was blocked in by 4 other vehicles thus they couldn't get my truck out.
I have never had one single positive experience with the service department or sales department. When I ordered my brand new truck, they estimated 9 weeks but it took 6 months for the truck to get here. No apologies, no reasoning and acted like we were impatient when we asked for the status of the car.
They make it really hard to remain loyal to the Ford brand.
