Worst service in buying a car in my life, spent 5 hours of my life! Salesman & manager were aware of all this and offered nothing!!! Apologies only go so far when you are in any business, I will never buy from them & will let everyone I know about this experience,I have bought many vehicles in 32 years but never in my life experienced this type of service.
Very rude Pre owned sales manager serge Stanojevc . Doesn't know how to speak to their customers. He was rude to us after we bought a new F150. What a treatment. He is a dept manager and he has no idea how to appraise a car. Very unprofessional person. Stay away from him. Senior ford management take aome steps to teach him how to respect and treat ford clients otherwise people will never come to your dealership. One bad fish can spoil all water. Call me if you have any questions. Stay away from him.

It was a pleasant experience. They were quick and efficient in their communication. Yasser from the team was very responsive. He did go an extra mile while delivering the car, minor changes I requested where taken care of by him. He very patiently explained the settings and car features during delivery. The finance guys were a little pushy though to sell additional warranties.

NEEL SHAH is an attentive salesman who will listen to your complaints and try to fix any problem with your newly purchased vehicle to make sure you have a pleasant experience and drive safely.
One of my tire from the used Mazda I bought was different from the others so I contacted Neel for a tire change. Then that changed tire got an air leak from air vent so I drove it back to the dealership and the problem is fixed. It was a bit of a hassle but everything is good now.
Now I can drive safely and comfortably on highway with no concern.
The team was absolutely amazing. They wen beyond and above the usual textbook customer service to make sure that I received the best service possible.
Especially Neel, he was professional and quick and also the finance manager Ryan, he treated me like a brother. Majid was really amazing and helped me in getting the best deal. Thanks guys

Recently bought a heavily discounted used vehicle from this dealership. After a rocky start, the General Manager, Jordan Peterson, got involved and personally oversaw some repairs required to make final delivery of the vehicle. Even though the sale was not a money-maker for the dealership we were treated with the utmost decency by Jordan who supplied the generous delivery of a loaner vehicle, and a second detailing of our car along with excellent communication. I can definitely vouch that this dealership is under excellent management!

We purchased a brand new F150 in November. Let me start by saying the dealership took all precautions to make us feel safe and protected during this pandemic. We met with Rome and he was remarkable. Answered all questions and was very transparent from the beginning. We did our own research and did visit another dealership as well. In the end we felt most comfortable with buying from Whiteoak Ford Lincoln. Thank you Rome for making our experience flawless.
Worst sales experience I have ever had at a ford dealership. They are pushy as they can be. I had to repeat myself 10 times to the sales person and his manager that I wanted to think about the offer for a day before making my mind about the purchase. They only way I managed to leave the place was by placing a hold deposit to the vehicle. I told them I was uncomfortable deciding on the spot as I had bad experiences in the past. I and I was right, they offered me one thing and what was on the paper were completely different (more expensive) than what we discussed. The next day when I emailed the sales person about my decision to shop elsewhere he took an entire day to reply, even though he said to have received my email and text in the morning, the manager once again tried to persuade me, now offering something else. In the end they are not interested in providing the best deal, they will push the sale as much as possible. Do not trust their numbers, take their offer home first and double check everything. If they deny that then just walk away.
Please avoid this place if you’re looking to purchase a (used) vehicle, I’d suggest using one of the dozen other dealerships that are within reasonable driving distance. The support offered is probably the poorest I’ve come across in any country I’ve lived in and dealership I’ve purchased from.
Purchased a used car, it was away for repair at the time, picked it up late in the evening, alerted my contact at the dealership about 2 issues I’d come across, he confirmed they would cover the cost of any repair, took months of back & forth for finance & service to agree get on the same page but any attempt to get booked in was delayed by them having to get it confirmed again. Turns out they kept no documentation of this at all (a lot of people either left or were let go), so even more back & forth.
Visited in person and was told the service manager would call back and nothing. So many of my attempts to get this sorted were ignored over 8-9 months. The receptionists are actually really lovely and expressed shock that it had still not been addressed or were surprised that no one had gotten back to me after they left hand written messages for their colleagues.
Showed patience during the pandemic and as they slowly opened up again, was initially told by the new service manager that someone would come and collect my car to get this all sorted out (literally a few km away from them) as I had put it in storage due to safety concerns, winter & pandemic, so could not drive it, but then 7 more weeks of silence and no returned calls.
And now the only solutions offered come at a cost to me.
They’ve apparently had a lot of change in staff and management, but damn, you think they purposely hired worse staff than before.
Don’t bother being patient or polite to them as that is actually used against you, if you ever have any issues, go and cause a scene at the place and be relentless and aggressive with them because they won’t help you otherwise, or even better, just go elsewhere.
Also, Go Auto are pretty useless when you go to them asking for help when you’ve had a poor experience with a location that they have a relationship with.
Avoid this place.
Love this Ford dealership ! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Took my car in for service and had an oil change and tire rotation done my advisor had give me some recommendations on some things the vehicle was in need of but wasn't pushy or trying to up sell me at all. I will for sure be coming back. They are honest and good people at WhiteOak Ford.

10/10. Salesman Luis Puente helped get my mom into a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, after being referred by her to come see him Luis went beyond to get me into my new car. Just picked it up last week. Luis made sure my new ride came with top of the line package + extended warranty. He’s a hard worker and treated my family with love and respect. + He still makes sure my mothers car is up to date and running well. Excellent customer service. I’d recommend anyone looking at getting a newer car , to ask for Luis. Solid guy.

Came for oil change. Been told 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour went to check. They told me 10 more minutes. It’s been half hour already. Truck still in the service bay. My advice to the management hire more stuff or another mechanic. Was watching, no one didn’t work on my truck for at list 30 minutes

Very courteous and understanding employees that won't turn you away even if you didn't have an appointment when you drove in with a major problem. Even if your vehicle is out of warranty will work with you to give you a ride or would help you out with a rental.

I bought my vehicle brand new about 4 years ago. The sales associate was personable, friendly, and listened to what I was asking for. I got exactly what I wanted, at a good deal.
2) Service: 2 stars
On multiple accounts I’ve had issues with the service department. They once gave me back the wrong truck and they’ve left work incomplete.
Today my routine service that was scheduled for 7:30am was delayed with my vehicle not going into the mechanic until after 9:30. A complete waste of my time, with very little apology. Even when I brought it to the attention of the manager, nothing was changed.

Just wasted 2 hours at the dealership for the info my 14 year old could get in 10 Min. Worst ever customer service experience with zero professionalism and zero product knowledge (The guy was googling the Price). They lost two sales as I was willing to upgrade my two cars. But they seemed to absolutely don't care. Totally disappointed
On this occasion/visit to White Oak Ford Lincoln, was there to have a recall repaired. The staff is very friendly,polite and professional. I must also mention that I am very satisfied with my vehicle which I purchased over two years ago.
The service department here is great. I highly recommend their mechanic Ryan Griffin. He’s thorough, doesn’t cut corners and prides himself on giving honest advice. Hard to come by in the mechanic trade these days!

Arrived at early to a scheduled appointment. service took 4 1/2 hours to balance tires and was charged $175. I was assured that the vehicle had been driven and that the issue was resolved. This was a blatant lie. I was rushed out quickly and without explanation of work completed. Called back to discuss this with service associate, no reply. waiting on someone to correct this issue.
Walking into the dealership I was welcomed by Emad with a smile and hand shake. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted.
He was completely upfront about everything from A to Z.
The best part was that he was available to answer questions and concerns.
Raul deserve an excellent ratings, he did a great job very helpful and very informative. I am so grateful he taught me how to set up car navigation system and function. This is my second car with the same sales consultant. I am always happy of his service. Highly recommended.

Bought a used car from White Oak last week. One of the smoothest deals I've done in my almost thirty year car buying. Emad was the sales rep and honestly, he was the best always treating me with honesty and the utmost respect. He was able to expedite delivery on an already short time line which I definitely appreciated. Car was delivered clean and polished. Purchasing through white oak was a pleasant experience and I will certainly consider them in the future.
John and Shaz were absolutely great during the negotiation process. Truly felt they were trying to get me the best deal rather than trying to squeeze every penny from me. Any offer or request I made they were willing to consider and took it to their manager if it wasn’t within their means. Highly recommend and hopefully looking to do business again in the future.
I recently had my first experience ever buying from a dealership. Every car I had bought prior to now was purchased through a private seller, in cash. But I decided I wanted something newer this time. After being approved for a car loan, White Oaks Ford was the first place my lender recommended. I wasn't particularly interested in domestic cars, but fortunately, they also carry used cars from all of the major brands.
Joell was my finance manager, and from beginning to end, he made the experience easy on me, and walked me through the process. With it being my first experience financing a car, I had a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all for me clearly and with a great deal of patience.
He was a personable, friendly guy, and an absolute joy to deal with.
I was interested in several cars in the lot, and a few that weren't, all of which I was able to test drive. The ones that weren't on the lot, they brought in for me to see. Puru is the one who took me for my test drives, and he too was phenomenal, patient, and at the end of the day, just a pleasant guy to hang with (what more could you ask for?).
Overall my experience here was solid, and I will be recommending them to my friends moving forward!

I began my vehicle purchasing experience far before I went into the dealership. I had sold vehicles for 5 years before for Ford and thought I knew the business and what i was in for. Upon finding the right vehicle, a 2013 Ford Escape SEL, for a reasonable price I contacted the dealership where I was put in contact with Justin via email in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I noticed others on Google Review had worked with Justin in the past and had very good experiences.
I am new to Canada and from the US so this was the first vehicle I was to finance and buy in the country. I had all kinds of concerns with the process being a first time buyer here. Justin made me feel very comfortable and made the process worry free. We came to a very easy agreement on a price that my wife and I found more than acceptable and White Oak found financing very quickly and at an exceptional rate. I over thought the whole process for nothing and Justin made a potentially stressful experience truly one of a kind. I will be going back when its time to get a brand new Edge for sure.

A couple of weeks back I took my 2011 Taurus in for a tire repair and to ask them to look into the windshield washer system not working. The staff were polite and extremely knowledgable as they knew exactly what was wrong with the washer fluid before even looking at it. The service was quickly handled and I was back on the road in no time.
I recently bought a used Ford Edge 2011 from Whiteoak. I really appreciate Jeff Hills for giving me such a good service & deal. I had to make deal on the spot after I test drove it because they couldn't hold it without deal. I was bit hesitating to make deal on the spot because I just dropped there on my way to work. Jeff assured me the authenticity of vehicle & provided me all the records. They did everything themselves including oil change, breaks servicing, licensing etc. I would recommend this dealership for there service.
