The staff in the service department (I haven't dealt with sales so I can't speak about them but I assume it's the same) are exceptional! Everytime they have worked on my truck the experience has been very positive. Compared to the last dealership in the area I dealt with, the staff of Dupuis Ford have taken care of me and my vehicle 100%. I had a windshield wiper issue that the other dealership could not figure out. It took the service manager at Dupuis a total of 10 seconds to fix it. I have never been at a dealership where the management got involved in fixing a customers' car. Hats off to you!
I happily drive 25 minutes to this dealership to get the service they provide rather than 5 minutes to the "other guys". I'd highly recommend Dupuis Ford!

I had my first experience at Dupuis Ford today after some questionable visits at another Ford dealership which left me frustrated.
The gals and guys at Dupuis were fantastic. Quick, professional and friendly. They fixed everything I asked for including a recall for a windshield wiper arm that the other dealership was never able to fix in 1.5 years!
I will 100% be back at Dupuis for my next service. Keep up the great work!

Had a recent issue with the rear window of my 2015 Ford Edge shattering for a second time in 4 yrs. The service manager was extremely pleasant to deal with, reached out to Ford for possible compensation, provided a loaner, kept me apprised of the repair. My vehicle was returned quickly, clean with photos indicating the new window with the defrost grid above the rear wiper arm which had been the issue with the original recall in 2018. Ford provided compensation as well as the dealership...thank you Francois for all your support and effort.

I own a 2005 Ford F250 with the 6.0 diesel. The service department at Dupuis Ford is absolutely second to none. They’ve made extensive repairs and performed all my maintenance since about 2007. This happened because others couldn’t repair it properly. I would buy another Ford only because of their service.

Dupuis Ford went above and beyond when our regular dealer seriously let us down and put our vehicle back on the road despite clear signs of imminent brake failure - and surprise surprise, the brakes did fail a week after the regular dealer assured us everything was great. I mean, if by great you mean brake lines are bubbling and about to go, sure. Anyways - brake failure on Hunt Club during the afternoon commute! What a treat. Thankfully, we decided to try an out of town dealer (regular dealer wouldn't address the issue because it was too late in the day, had to leave a voicemail with the appointment person and wait for a callback - which only came after the car was already at Dupuis) as we needed this dealt with ASAP and got the car into Dupuis' service department. Despite long queues and parts issues, they proactively found a solution and got us back on the road in a very short amount of time, all the while being very polite and understanding.

The best part? No pleading required - this was the default level of service provided. I think we'll be making the drive down to Dupuis for all of our future needs. They are amazing.

In august I made an appt for September (almost a month notice) to have a recall done, and some warranty work.
I was pretty much called a liar over one item of warranty work I wanted done. Which to me is inexcusable and unprofessional. I explained what had happened to that part of my vehicle and they said it had been hit. There is no evidence of it being hit and should of been under warranty instead of trying to charge me over $500 to get it fixed!! I said I’m not paying so the part is still broken.

Also I am STILL waiting for the recall to be done and we are October 11-2022 today. Over a month since my vehicle was there!!

No call, no text, no email.

Again totally unprofessional and inexcusable.

I made a scheduled repair for my vehicle at this dealership. I live twenty minutes away, but a driver took me home, then picked me up after the repairs were completed (a day later). I liked the "health report" for the vehicle, loved the fact that a niggling issue was fixed there, when no one else could seemingly repair it. And that repair only cost me a fraction of what I feared it might. So, I found the dealership to be honest, and they went out of their way to earn my trust and business. I like that!

Although we couldn't come to a mutual agreement over the phone at this time in regards to the working price of a used car that interested me, I do very much appreciate their level of professionalism. In fact, this is the first car dealer in the Ottawa valley that treated me decently since I started shopping for a used car just over a month ago (there have been some real nightmares including a completely wasted afternoon with no car).

Because of their decent behaviour towards me during this first contact, I wouldn't mind doing business with them later if another purchase opportunity comes up. And, who knows, maybe later we could still come to an agreement over the car that already interested me. They definitely kept the doors open to negotiations, and I appreciate that.

Like everyone else now a days, when I began shopping for a new car, my search began online. A vehicle available at Dupuis Ford was one of my first views, along with many others throughout the province. I sent multiple online inquiries to multiple dealers on a Sunday afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised to see a reply from Jean-Luc Tremblay shortly thereafter while all other dealers didn’t reply until the next day. Jean-Luc introduced himself, asked if I’d be interested in coming in to see the vehicle in person, and offered to schedule an appointment. I met with Jean-Luc the following day to see the vehicle. Jean-Luc was very professional, took the time to get to know me, and was very accommodating with my various requests during our encounters. He has a great attitude when it comes to his work. I shopped around at a few dealers, but in the end, Dupuis Ford was the winner. They offered me a great deal, amazing service, and made me feel as though I was an important customer from start to finish. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, everything that was promised to me had been taken care of. Jean-Luc even took the time to send me a picture of my new SUV all prepped and waiting for me, ahead of schedule! The vehicle was spotless inside and out, ready and waiting in a perfect location. all the promised inspections were completed and I was provided all the copies that I had requested.

In the end, I’m happy that I was able to give my business to a local dealer. I would not hesitate to recommend Dupuis Ford and Jean-Luc Tremblay to anyone looking for a vehicle! They really do go out of their way to ensure a very pleasant experience!

Service is great in the service department. However, when we originally purchased the car, it was to be ready on a certain date as per Saleman Jean Luc Tremblay. Because it was not, he promissed a free oil change. I mentioned this on the survey and guess what. Because I did not lie and told the truth on that survey, he took away our free oil change. He is not a man of his word. Yesterday was our first oil change and we had to pay for it. It will be a long long long time before Dupuis Ford sees us again. Like I mentioned the service department was great with this car and the previous car.

In my experience it was the worst service I've ever had I purchased a brand new Ford F-150 in speaking with the salesperson during our test drive I had requested that my truck has a tonneau cover and was told that yes we could take care of that for you no problem.

Now that I have the truck I never received the tunnel cover when I returned to Ford I asked about the tunnel cover and was told that he didn't put it into the sales order and I I should have looked at my bill of sale to make sure it was there and that there's nothing they can do.now that showe you that they say one thing and do an other .

Now there's a noise coming out of the engine I bring my truck in to get that fixed I get my truck back everything's the same the noise is still there nothing was done and was told that the noise is normal. In my experience when you purchase and new vehicle the vehicle should not be making a bunch of noise especially when there's only 13000 kilometers as of now I will never buy another vehicle from Dupuis Ford Lincoln .
I would not recommend dealing with the salesman by the name of Roger as in my experience with him. He is a liar and a cheat will say anything you want to hear for you to buy the vehicle and you won't get what you ask for
