I personally feel that Bob went above and beyond his duties and made sure that I felt welcome and well taking care of throughout my entire process. He was very helpful polite and kind to deal with. The dealership made some promises to me regarding changes to the vehicle I purchased. All of their promises were met with no delay. All in all I would give them an honest 10/10 based on my own personal experience. I called multiple different ford dealerships in Canada requesting information about a compliance letter to ensure a vehicle I was looking at buying in Canada met the same safety requirements for the U.S. She was the ONLY person who was able to help, knew what I was asking, and acted on it immediately. Brown Bros Ford Lincoln is just amazing. All the staff there are extremely attentive and cater to your specific needs. Simply tell them what you want and they will make it happen.

I have already gotten 4 cars from them and consistently go back to them for repairs and maintenance whenever possible because I know I will get my car back just the way I want it. They are also 100% good on their word, if they can't do it they just tell you straight up.

A couple of months ago I went back asking about the new 2017 Fusion, I was really set on trading in my current vehicle but my dealer was very helpful and straight forward with me about how it's not a great time to do a trade it. I was amazed at just how honest and upfront they are about it, other dealers would have just jumped on the chance to sell another vehicle. Definitely will continue buying cars from this dealership.

Got a great deal for a 2017 Audi S3 in Richmond Audi. Ended up getting a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport in Brown Bros. I do not regret the choice.

Robin is a great sales person, helpful and charming. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Wuxi Dialect. I highly recommend him.

Peter is a great Service Advisor too. He is always able to identify issues and explain it in a manner that non-car person would understand.

We had a great experience purchasing a new pick up truck for our business. Our sales agent Dave went above and beyond communicating and getting the best deal for us. We had a custom canopy made which came out of the US and that took about 2 months but Michele was always on top of keeping us up to date and when it arrived they immediately installed the canopy and let us know it was ready.

I recently have leased a vehicle from. This dealership, and I just want to say what a pleasure it was. I was planning on shopping around and knew exactly what I wanted before I set foot inside. My first experience was when I walked in, and was greeted by a salesman and better yet, gentleman by the name of Robin. He was exceptional at trying to get me the vehicle I was looking for, as I was extremely specific, and knew it was a long shot. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Car was out within hour and a half, they even washed it after. Mentioned to him my wiper blade was slightly crooked and they fixed it for free too. Friendly service, reasonable rates for a dealership (about $25 more expensive than another shop I asked at) but the detailed report they give you about the condition of your car is something I absolutely love and am willing to pay more for.

Great communication from Stewart, detailed and honest updates and accurate (if 'dealer' priced) estimates. Can't be sure it wouldn't have been cheaper elsewhere, and you need to be sure to call the diesel shop (2 locations could be more clearly separated) or you might get some grumpy "I don't know what you're talking about, hang up and call back" person, but perfect other than that!

In January 2020, I went to Brown Brothers Ford looking for a used car, and left with a new 2018 Escape SE. I had a great experience dealing with Bob Ezra. His customer service matches the quality, fit, and finish that I've found in the car... pretty darn good! It's been 5 months since purchasing the car, and I still find little touches that Ford creatively puts in that shows they truly thought about the "little" details and creature comforts: when making or receiving a phone call, the heat/air quiets down; reflectors on driver and passenger door frame for visibility to other cars as you open your door on the street. There is one with regards to the turn signal, and the center console - when you buy the car, I'll let you discover what they are on your own. See Bob Ezra to get great customer service and the quality of a Ford vehicle.
This review took a while - just short of six months - but I wanted to drive and experience the car to confidently say that his great customer service put me in an awesome car that I truly enjoy. Thanks Bob!

Overflowing Gutters

Well, as much as I'm happy with my 2017 Escape purchase...I'm not so pleased as how it took so long for my original tires (roughly 1 month) to arrive when I was told that I was to be given brand new tires and rims since the original owner apparently sold them. I was left on the back burner from the Sales Department on this one basically being given the run a round.

Then when they finally arrived...they were NOT new and were scuffed and slightly damaged as they were apparently from the original owner. Hmmm...how could that be when I was told they were sold a month ago... OK I can deal with that since I was told AGAIN that they would be refinished to be PERFECT LOOKING. Nope...that didn't happen either. I ended up paying for my own refinishing on all 4 rims at another dealership. I've purchased 3 vehicles over the years with my latest being my 2017 Escape. I buy all the Pre-paid Ford Service Maintenance Packages, extended warranties and have it all serviced here so I do pay for things at this dealership that definitely bumps up the cost and I'm sure helps in Brown Bros Ford's bottom line.

Love the service department but me being given the run around concerning my tire replacement with me eventually just giving up and taking my issue somewhere else pretty much left a bad taste in my mouth.

I'm now looking to buy another vehicle for my wife as I buy all my vehicles on the spot with no need for financing. I think Brown Bros Ford lost a potential sale for my 4th vehicle or any other future vehicle.

All I ask is for is CUSTOMER RESPECT, not being TAKEN FOR GRANTED without being given the run a round and BS that I'm getting this and that etc...when in fact I'm not getting a new product that what I was told or a service that was to be provided for a perfect looking product which never happened.

Please just tell the truth so that I can deal with it head on.

I went to Brown Bros. to purchase a Fiesta. Having witnessed a few car purchases before, I was pleasantly surprised by a very stress-free overall experience.

I dealt with Ashley Pattie from sales and Leanne Braun from the financial services. Ashley gave an excellent initial tour of the vehicle, guided a test drive which was well thought out to highlight a range of driving dynamics and environments, then finally took me through the purchasing process. During price discussions, she was refreshingly upfront with all of the costs, so nothing got tucked on after the fact. There was zero pricing ping-pong. At every point, Ashley was very helpful and informative, and I believe she was genuinely eager to help me make the right decision with the vehicle. Finally, I was introduced to Leanne and she explained the warranty options and took care of the financial aspects. As before, everything was clear and upfront, which is an absolute must when a fair bit of money is exchanging hands.

Overall, it was a great experience, in which the nitty gritty details of the sale did not interfere in any way with enjoying the new vehicle. I would definitely go to Brown Bros. for the next purchase.
