To begin with it was a mistake not to buy my Lexus at this dealership but I covered up mistake by getting the car inspected at this facility. Their service was nothing short of my extreme satisfaction. Thanks to service team, Robin Rolleri was extremely kind and professional to my inquiries and to facilitate my overall experience. Post inspection I met service manager Mr. Philippe Cardinal and he explained minor details to comfort my purchase that wasn’t even at his dealership. If you're planning on getting a Lexus, you have to come to this place. Gerard had me sold the second I spoke to him on the phone. At our first appointment, he had the car ready and let us try it solely by ourselves, it's the slickest move a sales person can do. Not only that, he's super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, patient, and he gives extremely competitive prices. To top it off, I got a free lift to the dealer the day I had to pick up my car. Lucas, the driver and service coordinator, was perfection personified.

Have purchased/leased a half a dozen cars from Spinelli Lexus over the past few years for my family. Just picked up a new car for my mom. Gerard helped me quickly navigate all the sales details for transferring leases, getting the right car quickly. Lucas was great at delivering the car. I don't really need my hand held as I am pretty familiar with the product. Lucas quickly picked up on that, got me everything I needed to know without dragging me through things I already knew too slowly. He really knew the details, which I appreciate.

I am in the process of acquiring my 10th Lexus. In all cases I have dealt with Lexus Pointe-Claire, as it is for my wife and I the most convenient location. However, although they say " best price guarantee", I have never purchased a single vehicle there, as they have never been competitive enough. Save yourself time and aggravation, go to Lexus Gabriel or Lexus Laval. You will get a more competitive quote.

Nice product, Chuan was great to deal with but maintenance is very expensive. Put alot of $$ in the car, $ 2500 for brakes ! I never had my brakes changed on any of my other cars.

Worst experience ! I bought NX300 demo , they just pushed you to sign contract ,and the odometer of this demo is 8700KM, they write 395KM on the contract , yes , I signed without careful . So if you want to get advise to buy lexus , I strongly recommend you not this deal and to find a truly deal.

I got new ES300H from Lexus Spinelli a month ago and I really enjoy it. Why can't all car dealers make you feel this comfortable when making such a large purchase ? My rep was Felix. He was patient, knowledgeable, and he really helped me get the best price possible for my new 2018 ES 350. Beginning to end, it was a first class experience.
I had planned to buys a new car and was looking for Audi, Lexus and Mercedes. I had to say I got one of the best services so far from Lexus. I went there many times and did test drive 3 times and I kept two times the sales person Mr Rolland.M till 21:45 late at night. He explained every detail. Even though I got quote for the same model from other places he worked it out and finally we got our NX200t.
So far we are very happy and will see hot it goes. This is my first time dealing with Lexus.

Really need to be careful with the service adviser. I went there this morning for the maintenance. The guy convinced me to purchase the car wash package and told me how necessary it is. When I saw the bill when I picked up the car, I realized it is a FALL PROMOTION. It is for FALL!!! I paid 100$ in the middle of winter. They don't care if the advice they give is in the customers' best interest, they just try to charge you as much as they can. I am going to try another car service after being ripped off.

I went into the dealership looking to replace my Volvo. The salesman who served me was only there 3 months. I was interested in the Lexus IS. He talked about how the car looks and pointed out a few details. I wasn't ready to test drive the car, so I came back 2 days later for a test drive. The salesman was busy, so someone else brought me the car to drive. Salesman said nothing, and no follow-up from the original guy. Somehow I figured that if I walked in there willing to buy a new car, they would have at least called me back. I am still evaluating my choices between Lexus, BMW and Volvo. So far the sales service at Volvo is outstanding. Lexus is a big zero in follow-up and BMW I have yet to go. This week!
The Volvo dealerhsip in Pointe-Claire is so thorough and professional. The salesteam gives you all the information on the car, and when they take you for a test drive, they have a pre determined route which covers city and highway. They take ownership of the sale. Incredible difference just in the product knowledge.
I am hoping Mr. Spinelli or the sales manager will call me as I cannot believe the lack of professionalism on their behalf.
Maybe they just don't need the sale.
