I'd never recommend buying the extended warranty package from Lexus on a pre-owned vehicles, I'm so upset, the sales representative said you can't cancel the premium or full package once it's purchased! to know later after couple months that I had a span of 30 days to do the cancellation if I didn't like to continue with it, and It cost me 1,600$!!. They said it was written on the contract, well thanks for your trust and cooperation with your customers! Moreover this extended warranty (full package!) doesn't cover the whole interior as I was verbally informed, when I asked for fixing a small rip in the center console armrest they said your warranty doesn't cover it and offered to fix it for 800$ !!! or just doing a small repair for the ripped part for 165$ ! without replacement. I searched on eBay and found the genuine Lexus part with similar exact color - the cover/lid for about 67$ only. so I can change it by myself. What a waste of money, disappointing customer service, and misleading information during the sale presentation!

Update: subsequent to your comment on my review, I would leave a kind advice being a previous projects manager at one of the biggest steel construction companies in the middle east: Successful sales department excellence in any company around the world is based on (the after sales and customer satisfaction) which means a happy customer = more sales, we used to follow the rules and procedures as per our company's policies with our customers in the Middle East, but sometimes being in a decision maker position can leave you with some flexible choices that can reflect on your company's future heritage in a positive way and that is through understanding the customer's needs and importance for the upcoming sale. You know what ! This is a coincidence and live example, just yesterday... my brother-in-law was asking me about buying a new vehicle, I wanted to tell him to go to Lexus Birchwood to set up a meeting with you guys but now I don't feel like I am optimistic to give him that advice since the sale presentation and after sales experience I got was disappointing.

I have bought a vehicle here before. The sales, Young, do not really familiar with the car spec but happy to help overall. He stand pretty firm with the price, giving little room to bargain. The experience so far was fine. Unfortunately, my IS has written-off a year later. Then, I had to deal with some insurance issues with the manager. His attitude toward me was so condescending and didn’t want to help at all. I think he just tired of doing something not making money from the customers. He didn’t proceed my insurance procedures until I remind him several time. Hopefully just me to encounter such situation. Anyways, won’t going to this dealership anymore.

I was very pleased with my purchase of a 2017 Lexus NX200t. I appreciated the sales team with listening to my needs as a consumer. Giving me a good price on my trade in being fair to me as I had a 2015 Lexus IS250 which was a fantastic car for me. But as things change with life I now have a grandchildren which will be easier for car seats and everyone will be sitting higher up in the vehicle. I was also very pleased to discover my NX 200t has even better fuel economy than my 2015 IS250 which I thought was phenomenal to begin with. Thank you again Eric and Devon for this easy transaction.

Great service, friendly honest demeanour of sales and financial team, answered all questions, no pressure. Young was very helpful and showed me all the many safety features before I drove off. He even paired my phone to the car. Best of all the UX is incredible on the highway, the best car I have ever driven in terms of safety features and the way it hugs the curves in the road. Drove through thunder storm on highway at night, car adjusts high beams automatically when other cars on the highway; adjusts speed automatically when car in front of you is slower and you are getting too close, gently adjusts steering so it keeps you centred in your lane in case you start to drift. It is an incredible car. Picks up speed very quickly and has a lot of power yet seamlessly keeps car in energy efficient mode. This car is worth every penny. And gorgeous too.

We had good encounters with the sales people but when it comes to the sales managers....Aaron ledohowski and Devin walker both just plain and simple have terrible customer service. Both are very arrogant, talk down to, aren't upfront, EXTREME low ball on trade in's, say one thing and then contradict themselves by saying something else. They try to confuse you with numbers when all you want to know is the final price plus tax out the door. They make you think you don't know what your talking about but in fact these guys have no knowledge on how to treat customers. I guess that's what happens when you grow up privileged. I feel bad because I can see how they would easily confuse and pressure the elderly into signing terrible deals. We had purchased two Lexus' from Birchwood before and had pleasant transactions. Not sure where these two guys came from in the last three years. Just from my recent interactions, I will be definitely looking at other brands/dealerships.

It is unfortunate that I have to write a 1-star review as the salesman we dealt with, Young Zhou, was outstanding and a masterful salesman. He had us sold on a brand new vehicle, until the "sales manager" Devin Walker came to Young's desk, took his seat, and essentially began a condescending dialogue, in regards to our trade-in, that lasted several minutes before we had enough. The arrogance from this kid was on another level, speaking to professionals coming into a dealership to purchase a luxury vehicle, and being spoken-to as if we were born yesterday. A simple handshake and polite decline of our desired trade-in value would've been appreciated, but instead he began to full-on talk down, argue.
In regards to Young, thank you for your professionalism and we hope to purchase a vehicle from YOU once a more competent and professional sales manager is in place.
Until such time, we will not be back.

Very poor customer service in Sales when contacting them to inquire about a vehicle listed for sale on their website. I was told I would get a call back within 5 mins with the history about a vehicle they had and that was available, I didn't hear back from them after an hour. I had to follow up after an hour waiting several times before talking with someone else who informed me that the vehicle was sold. A lack of courteousness and professionalism from both advisers. Would not recommend them.

I have had my Lexus car for 3 years and have been dealing with Birchwood Lexus ever since. I had good service experience in the past. I took my car in for regular maintenance last week. After everything was done and I picked up my car, I found scratch marks on the back bumper. That I'm pretty sure there's no such scratch marks before. I contacted their service department, and I was told to bring back the car to them. After I drove my car back the the service, their service adviser had a look at the scratch and tried to polish but that didn't help much. What really makes me mad is that they even tried to convince me that I could scratched it too, and I can't prove there's no such scratch marks before I gave my key to them. Is that how Birchwood Lexus should deal with this kind of situation?? That's really disappointing! I was planning to upgrade my car to the new NX. After this happened, I probably should consider other brands since Birchwood Lexus is not always reliable.

My family and I leased a 2013 Camry from Darrell Pomarenski at Woodhaven in the summer of 2013, and the way in which he went about it was way more relaxing than I thought it would be. We were looking for a good-sized vehicle for our growing family, and I figured for sure he would try to put us in an SUV. He told us that a Camry was a good-sized car and sold us on the fuel efficiency. He said a Camry is the car he would want to drive, and after driving it for two months we know exactly what he meant. The fuel efficiency is fantastic, and it's a good-looking car, too. There was no pressure, the price was right, and everything at Woodhaven was done first class. All of our options when it came to financing and warranty were laid out for us. I didn't think getting a new car could be as easy as it was at Woodhaven.

Picture the scene, we are transplanted seedlings of Ridernation, in Winnipeg for the Banjo Bowl. The Riders are heavily favoured in the game that is 2 days in the future. We end up at Woodhaven Toyota in Winnipeg.

It turns out the extended family has had great experiences at Woodhaven, so they sent us over "to see what they have available".
The salesman that encountered us was Darrell. He was knowledgeable about the product and assisted us with the process for getting the truck out of the province. He worked with our list of needs/wants to get us what we were looking for. Any question that we had that he didn't know the answer to, he researched immediately to get us the info we wanted.

Would we return to Woodhaven Toyota in the future? Absolutely!
We would buy a one way ticket from Toronto to Winnipeg, buy a vehicle at Woodhaven Toyota and then drive the vehicle home to Toronto and enjoy every minute of it.
