I had a great time here. Cindy and Jenny were very helpful and made my experience one to remember. I felt welcome and comfortable from the time I stepped in through the front doors. I will be returning here.in the future.
The service is terrible, the person whom I spoke with was impolite and didn't even let me finish to talk before he turned his back on me. And he refused to let me bring a mechanic to do the car inspection. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Unfriendly staff. Went there on a thursday night, the sales manager couldn't even speak a word of english. Couldn't take home a copy of their offer for a leased car. Went back the next day at 4PM on a Friday to talk again with the sales manager, and she's not there. Only a lonely salesman is there and he has no answers for me at all. Can't even sell me a car without the manager. Just horrible experience. I would stay away

I never had to written a review but this is a worst experience at this KIA dealership. They're lucky that I rated 1 star, if there is negative star I will do in a heart beat.
On the way back from our road trip to Toronto, unfortunately our car broke when we reached to Montreal, my husband and I found this shop and drop our car when it's open time at 7:30 am. We explained to them our situation, and emergency with 2 small kids. They said they would take a look at our car, however we waited from 7:30 UNTIL 5pm (their closed time), during the day we kept calling them to ask to give us some info so we find a place to sleep or stay and wait while they fix the car, but not one single updated. Finally they called at 5pm to say that our car can't be fixed on that day so we have to wait 'till the next day. We were wandered and waited, lucky we found a hotel room with expensive cost to stay and wait. Later one that day my husband put A REVIEW on their page with their poor customer service. Next day, so late in the morning he got a CALL from the "Owner" or whoever monitor the review, he THREAT my husband to take down the review or rewrite it if NOT, they're not fixing our car and return the key. So after 2 days of hostage our car and threating us because writing poor review. This is the worst threat and how they treat their customer, whoever read my review, THIS SHOP, THIS IS HOW THEY GET THEIR HIGH RATING REVIEW BY THREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER GO INTO THIS SHOP.

He showed me car basically i like it it's was ok
After discussion they requested 500$ for some special preparation of car which I don't know what for because i asked many times what for nobody explain and not provide any reports of what works has been done with car.just because if rules that all.
And while discussing manager offer me antirast protection for it includes in this price.
Ok we gave deposit 500$.
Next week i asked many times by mail how is a car and carfax report the seller sent me by sms photo of report with bad quality.
It's very strange now everything is digital and it's online. After many requests i received report for inspection of a car there was no signature and date where and when it has been done.ok
I thought it minor.
Next week we received a call that car is ready and we could come.
Okay we came i saw Jean he even not recognize us not say anything.
I asked can i see the car he said the car is not ready!!! So we request to speak with their manager ,so we spent time to came with family i asked it's very difficult to call before and inform about this situation? We have already plans to go.
They just say car is not ready 😂😂😂 something happens in garage.
But what is nobody knows.
It's so not professional we spent hours waiting for manager to discuss this situation.they offered to do all thing with car later but i don't trust them after such situation.
We took deposit and never to Kia longueuil.
It's very bad experience not recommended specially for this 500$ they charge not shure that is legal.

After a recent service, Kia Longueuil identified an engine problem with our now almost 10 year old Kia Forte5. The prognosis was not good.
However.....
Kia Longueuil reached out to let us know its covered by a recall and will be replacing the entire engine at zero cost.
So this week I’ll be back on the road driving a 2021 powerplant under a decade old hood.

Bought a Audi A4 here and had INCREDIBLE service from Wendy in sales. She is commited to her job, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. 10/10 would recommend.
While I didn't make a purchase here, I had a great experience trying out a used vehicle. Wendy was very professional and provided an attentive and patient service. The -1 star is for the flat tire on the used vehicle when I first arrived. They should've checked for these things prior to a test drive.
That being said, I would consider this dealer in the future.

My wife had an appointment to test the Kia Seltos on September 8, as you can see in the attached image. But when, after 20 kilometres of driving, we got there at 17:30, 30 minutes earlier. They told us that Mrs. Catherine was gone and that no one else was here to have free time. So please go and make another appointment for another day. I was really surprised and felt that they were crazy. They were really rude. So try not to waste your money there

My car broke down and needed a vehicle on very short notice. KIA longueur was very accommodating and customer service was amazing. Very satisfied with their service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks KIA Longueuil I love my new Seltos !

This place is so poorly organized. I bought a brand new car from an other Kia dealership (Spinelli) in the West-Island. I went there to get my winter tires (as they had it in storage) and oil changed and they advised me that there was a recall on a piece of my car. Since they couldn't do the change right away, I called Kia Longueuil (since I live in the South-Shore) to take an appointment to change this specific piece. I gave the the service number/recall info and they booked me for the following week. I get to Kia Longueuil and the receptionist was nice. She took my keys and info and opened my file, did a tour of my car, asked me if i wanted to pay to get it cleaned (which i declined because it wasn't even dirty), asked me if i wanted to change the Spinelli sticker to their Kia Longueuil one (no thabks..) and told me it was going to take about 2 hours. I said no problem and went to go sit in the waiting room. She comes back almost an hour and a half later to tell me that they couldn't change the part because they didn't have it. WHY DID YOU TAKE THE APPOINTMENT IF YOU DIDN'T WHEN HAVE THE PIECE IN SHOP AND WHY DID YOU MAKE ME WAIT 1.5 HOURS. She then tells me that it's on back order and she doesn't know when they will receive it. I took off work specifically for this appointment. They called me back 3 weeks later. I'm at my appointment now and i let the receptionist know that i was unhappy from last time. She was nice but honestly my last visit left such a sour taste in my mouth that I never want to come back here again... we will see how long it takes to change the piece today.

J'ai été dans ce concessionnaire et le service est toujours très bien, les employés sont super. Le service après vente est toujours au rendez-vous, j'ai déjà acheté 2 véhicules chez eux et pas de soucis. Toujours bien conseillés et dès que j'appel et demande de l'aide, ils sont là pour moi rapidement. Les promotions faites sont également très bonne. Pour moi, je n'ai rien à redire.
