I just bought a Kia Sorento 2020 V6 and I am extremely pleased with it. Beautiful car that drives smooth with a kick! I went to the dealership on Markham Rd near Finch and my sales rep was Spencer and he was amazing!! Very pleasant and understanding gentleman. He listened to our family needs and got to the point and showed us the best option possible. He was patient and kind which I appreciated as my husband and I had our 10 month old and 3 year old with us. I walked in skeptical about Kia as I am a Volkswagen lover (owned 3 of them) but I wanted a change. I didn’t want a “mom van” as I love my cars and still want to be able to throw on some nice rims, tint the windows and maybe an exhaust when the baby is a bit bigger.
I enjoy taking my niece and nephews so the third row option is perfect.
I made my purchase right there and then at a reasonable price and was in my vehicle in 2 days.
Spencer made my purchase experience easy and smooth and I am truly grateful!

What in disaster place and people work there, first of all a couple year ago my nephew bought a brand new car from them and he advised me that this place are very unprofessional and rude to customers, and I didn’t ago until a month ago I bought a Kia Optima and the engine had problems I had to towed there due to the engine seized and I called Kia Canada before I go there and they told me that there is an existing recall on it , once I got there I paid $90 fir towing the service advisor were asking me for all the service record and they don’t do anything unless I have the records which is I don’t think %90 of people never keep the records.
I told the manager if I buy a used car from you guys would you give all the previous record and he goes if I have it I will, then I said I do not have it because previous owner didn’t had it .

Then I told him why Kia Canada when I called never mentioned anything like that and I went to service manager and actually he was worst than the service advisor, after an argument I had to pay another $90 towed my car to different Kia and they didn’t ask for anything and they replace the whole engine and put a brand new engine and they respect me very much.

That’s why I am telling everyone be careful with this Kia dealer they’re rude and unprofessional they don’t know what they are doing. I will not recommend this place and go to different Kia you will get regret with this people.

Got my first car in Canada from here. Got the deal done on the first visit. But that’s mostly to my credit cause I did a strong research on what I wanted like model, price And features, I recommend every car buyer to do their own research so that no dealership takes advantage of gaps in your requirement. But that’s a different story all together, happy to discuss that with anyone interested to deep dive more though.

The experience with negotiation with sales personal wasn’t all that good. Understood that sales people don’t have much say with respect to price point. But the weird thing was that the management didn’t even take the initiative to meet me.

Anyhow, the finance manager was really good and didn’t try to push sale any of the add on’s but did explain it in complete details and respected my decision.

Got my credit approved from one of the big 5 banks where I hold my primary relationship which made the approval a bit easier. However, I do want to mention that considering my job situation it would have been a small challenge.

Delivery was spot on time as agreed and the sales personnel did do well here, but considering that there was heavy snow on the day he couldn’t spend as much time on explaining the features that I would have wanted in a day with better weather. However, I did understand the situation so no issues here.

Overall, a very good experience with deduction on price negotiation part.

Wilson Wang was an amazing sales rep at Foster Kia, he knew the vehicles very well & was even helping me out to choose the best Kia for the criteria that I provided to him. Wilson made the whole process of looking at & choosing a vehicle an exciting one. If I were to buy at Foster Kia I would definitely speak to Wilson time & time again. Wilson made sure that I had fun which I really enjoyed even though I was not feeling very well at the time. Sometimes you just know when someone is really trying to help you & I genuinely knew that Wilson was trying to help me out with the vehicle choice & especially the pricing. Wilson never once made me feel pressured at all through the whole process to purchase right away. If anyone is trying to purchase a new vehicle I would recommend Wilson to them. October 15/19 I booked an online appointment to have my car inspected and or repaired. I was called the next day by a service advisor and he said he couldn't find me in his computer system. He told me to bring the car back to the dealer where I bought the car because the car is only three weeks old and that he can not put in a claim for repairs that the car may need. Today I called another dealer and discovered what the Foster service advisor said was false. I can bring my car to any KIA dealership. Please explain that.

VERY Disappointed! Buyers Beware! DO NOT BUY $1,000 RUST PROOF / STAIN / PAINT PROTECTION!

I bought this package with my brand new all leather Kia 2017 at Kia Foster - Scarborough and was told that I can bring my car every two years for 'inspection' (emphasis).

After two years of daily use to transport 5 kids to and from school (including two snowy winters and many U.S. long drives), you expect a car to have spills of food and drinks.

After physical inspection, by Kia service technician, it was deemed NO NEED to re-apply RUST PROOFING, NO STAINS FOUND ON LEATHER SEATS & PAINT IS STILL GOOD.

In short, $1,000 of protection is not worth it. One suggestion for KIA Finance to review and 'explicitly' mention to customer that the protection is only 'IF NECESSARY'.

If I would have been told that after explaining my previous same MAZDA experience, I would not have taken it or bargain for a better deal that actually and physical service your car (car detailing). Lesson learned.. Please be careful!!! Thank you.

Spenser the sale guy was very nice.. I purchased a used kia soul in June as the promotion being a trio to Vegas and $99 down.. it all started with Jessica the financial advisor.. first I couldn't get no information about my intrest rate over the phone so I had to go into the office only to be told that there was an extra insurance package that TD claims I have to purchase which I declined , then after signing the documents I realized I was being charged an extra $4000 for third party add ons which weren't explained as optional. After numerous calls and yelling and another visit to the office I got it cancelled but this is after JESSICA lied to both the manager and myself. August 3 and just getting my vouchers for Vegas which am being told I have to pay the taxes for ..FOSTER KIA PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. Now when ever I go there I don't even get a hello or a smile from the staff (so I only deal with Spencer who was very helpful with everything)so Very unprofessional

I just want to take this opportunity to make a complain about this kia dealership where they dont take customer satisfaction very seriously and don't care about your car. I went here to do my tires and they ruined my wheels as you see in the picture, when I complained to the management they weren't bothered to take any action or were sorry about it, I have a 2017 kia sorento which I take care of it very carefully, every time I goto a dealership to get something done they just break something or sctrach my car. They are only very serious when selling it after they just dont care.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!! I got ripped off so hard !!!! I have leased a Kia soul for almost 5 years.
8 months ago they told me, I needed new rotors and brakes because they were wearing off. I ended up going through their so called " trusted mechanics" and I thought they replaced my brakes and rotors with brand new ones. I paid 800 $ for this service to find out today when I went to a family trusted mechanic to check on a noise my car was making, that they never gave me brand new rotors or brakes instead they SANDED DOWN AND FIXED WHAT I ALREADY HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! I wish I can get 800 dollars back! Terrible service and they lie to their customers! I will not be resigning my lease with FOSTER KIA, which is to bad because I love Kia souls, I will be going to BESADA Kia in Durham for a new car in 2020! Thank you but NO thank you !!!

I visited this Kia location after receiving terrible service from Longman's Kia a number of times. When I called Foster Kia, they were so polite on the phone and when I took my car in, they found the problems right away as opposed to Longman's who told me nothing was wrong and ignore my engine light after 3+ visits.

Foster Kia has a drive in garage which was amazingly convenient. They did a quick wash down of my vehicle which already makes me want to go back to get all my car stuff done here, and they were extra quick to fix my car knowing I had a toddler in tow.

I definitely recommend this location! Keep up the great work!

This dealership sold me a lemon. Key got stuck in the ignition 5 times. My piece of junk a 2015 kia forte has been serviced many times. Everytime i bring the car to be serviced. They always say they know the reason why the key gets stuck in the ignition and they claim they fixed the problem. But the same problem occurs everytime. My first new car experience has been the worst. We'll I guess I will wait for the 6 time the key gets stuck again. Lol. By the way the owner said if the key got stuck a third time he himself would have the car scraped yeah rite! All I have to say is be careful buying from this dealership. I won't be referring anybody to this place. Oh hell no. Thank the Lord I leased this piece of crap and didn't finance it. In a few years I will be able to get a car that is reliable.

I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Mazda (2) from Foster Kia in November 2013. I just LOVE my new car and the way it drives! I had decided that I would continue using my own mechanic, since he had always been so good to me and provided outstanding service on all my vehicles throughout the years. When I purchased my new car, Foster Kia had offered me a special Tire Incentive program which I chose to utilize. Nothing of this kind had been available through Hyundai upon the purchase of my previous (4) vehicles. For a nominal fee over the life of my financing, I was entitled to Winter Tires, the exchange of those with All-Season radials, and any other tire-related mishaps that could occur during the life of my Mazda. There was NO additional charge for labour. I was impressed! When I drove my new car into Foster Kia's "Drive-In" bay, I was amazed at how clean it was! I could eat off the floors! Impressed again! The staff were extra helpful and very friendly! Impressed! When Kevin Lyew recognized that rear brake repairs may have been a result of my vehicle sitting on the lot for a number of months, he extended a special price to me for repair of those brakes. Again I was impressed! Foster Kia completed a Tire Exchange, Oil, Lube & Filter along with Rear Brake work within (4) hours. My car was ready to be picked-up by lunchtime. Another reason to be impressed. If I were to use one word to describe Foster Kia; Staff, Sales and Service, that word would be: IMPRESSIVE! Foster Kia went out of their way to satisfy me as their new customer, and because of that, I have decided to use them for all of my servicing needs from now onwards. Foster Kia has a new "Customer for Life". "Thank You" Foster Kia!!!!
