BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY...They would present you a very decent offer and when you agree, they will take it back saying it was a mistake.......WOWW. Totally unacceptable and against the business norms. Their salesperson, Mr. Eddy, gave me an offer after consulting his dealership owner, Mr. Bessada, and when I agreed upon that price, I was simply told that the price given was not possible. I was totally stunned and disappointed...So please think twice before visit this business. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Amazing service to fix an oil leak. Mechanic drove to my house to top up the oil so I could safely drive to dealer. Then when I had debris in the cabin filter, they fixed it quickly with minimal charge. Highly recommend this dealer!

It was a super hot day here in Pickering, Ontario. I had no choice but to bring my dog, Kai, who is a rescue dog, a Husky of about 64 lbs. They let me bring him in and wait with my son and I for our oil change appointment to be through. It was the perfect temperature inside. We are really grateful. As mentioned in other reviews, this dealership provides excellent service, a "no pressure to buy" experience, terrific sales people (April was the one who helped us).

What stood out the most is how the dealership is being managed. When we walked inside, we got the initial feeling of intimidation (as you do in all car dealerships)... But after a few minutes we got to speak with someone from "management" as there wasn't any available sales person. She was very humble, down to Earth, very welcoming, and understood our situation. She gave us a tour of the place and walked us through some car models we were interested in. She endorsed us to April and after some pleasantries, we realized that we were actually talking to one of the owners! April was very attentive to our needs, accommodating, and responded to all our questions. She helped us throughout the whole process of buying a new vehicle.

We are now happy owners of a new vehicle and would highly recommend Bessada Kia!

I have been a loyal KIA customer for 5 years. My engine started to knock and I lost a full tank of engine oil in only week! I asked the dealer to help me fix the issue. There have been many complaints about KIA engines with this exact problem. Their response was that they cannot help me because I have not been getting ALL my oil changes at the dealership. I did get my oil changes at Active Green & Ross on time every time with proof of receipts that I submitted to them. Ridiculous! No one told me when I purchased my car that ALL my oil changes needed to come from them or else they would NOT support me, even with proof of receipts. Now I am left with a broken engine and need to pay $4000 to get it fixed. KIA did not help me at all.... very disappointed. They left me out to dry.... now I drive my new born baby around in a car that will break down any minute now. KIA did not care and pushed me away because they did not want to cover the costs from their own defect. There is no brand new car that should have a defective engine within 4 years of purchase. Me and my family are now left with a unsafe car that barely runs! Before you purchase a KIA, please google search the engine problems that they have.... this is not a secret. Even read all the reviews and you will see a lot of people reviewing about their defective engines. I really hope KIA will reach out and try and support me because at this point I have all all faith in KIA and the quality of their cars and customer service. KIA is very aware that they have had issues with engines yet still try and sweep it under the rug and put the blame on me and my family. I really hope there is a 'Response from the Owner' on my review!

I decided to look at the Kia Niro, an electric hybrid. A lot of my friends have also purchased Kias recently, and my mechanic says they're good, solid cars. I went for a test drive and was so impressed with the Niro EX I decided to go ahead and get it. I've bought quite a few new cars over the years and Bessada Kia was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful team. The sales rep answered all my questions, and if he could not he went and got the technician from the shop to come explain. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready on pick up day. What really separates this dealership from the others is how you are treated. You can buy a vehicle at a lot of places, but here you genuinely feel valued.

The dealership is family run, and the family has strong values and beliefs that run through their business. It seems so rare to find and is deeply refreshing.

Some dealerships seem to like to play fast and loose with the numbers, but here they are transparent. From the first time we walked in, to the moment we drove the vehicle off the lot, we felt appreciated and that we were being dealt with honestly.

Although I like cars I really don't like the car buying process. Don't like the pressure to buy, the haggling, the idea of walking away hoping they will call you back...etc, etc. That wasn't the case at Bessada. Eddie was fantastic! He sold us a new car and I actually enjoyed the process. He and the rest of the staff were great, and I felt no pressure at all. The details were all taken care of, even down to toys/gift given to my daughter who came with me to pick up the car on delivery day. Bessada calls themselves a family business and I did feel that.
