I bought a 2012 kia soul from Ali ,about 2 weeks later I noticed my tire were 2 sizes to big on the car so I went back to the dealership and told Ali and the manager what was the problem and they were going to replace them . They said they would get back to me in a couple of days , about 4 week is gone by now and never herd from them . I guess when you buy it and pay for it it's your problem . Just saying . Their policies and operations under Covid is very good. I had my snow tires removed and summer put on that they were storing. I found the wheels were very dirty and it would have been a nice touch if they would have cleaned them up before installing.

I was extremely impressed with the hard work and customer service of the employees there. Eddie Salem was my salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He was extremely positive with me and walked me through the entire purchasing process (this is my very first vehicle). He was easy to get a hold of and even returned my calls during his off hours in order to keep my mind at ease. He even helped to put me in touch with an insurance broker who helped me find an amazing deal on insurance. Furthermore, Beth Brady worked extremely hard on getting me a financing deal that I was able to afford without a large down payment that I didn't have. She would however not have been able to do so without the help and tireless work of Theresa MacKenzie and Suzanne Harris. Just bought a new Soul. Couldn’t be happier. Jesse was fantastic. Helped me to weigh the pros and cons of finance vs lease; to choose to the right model for me; answered all of my questions thoroughly; called and texted me on his day off to make sure everything was in order so that I could pick up my vehicle the next day; and when I picked up the vehicle he sat in it with me and took me through all of the controls personally. That was fantastic as going through the manual is a pain. Don, Beth and Jamie-Lyn were fantastic on the finance end. Service here was top notch.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle. We dealt with 2 sales reps (Jesse and Ali) and they were both excellent! I was impressed to see that they worked together on the sale, not like some other dealerships where the reps basically call "dibs" on a costumer and Lord forbid you need to come in on their day off! We bought a used Kia Forte here. Customer service was respectful and helpful and they are willing to bargain/be flexible with their prices. I feel we did still pay a little too much for a car with 170k kilometers on it, but my spouse loves it.
My husband and I visited dealership in both Toronto and Durham region. Our next stop was Kia Oshawa and it was our last stop. Bradley G our salesperson was highly trained compared to our previous experiences. Everything he told us would be done to the car was completed when we returned. Dave the mananger was very pleasant. Would definitely return and recommended to friends.

We were looking for a used car under $6000. We were speaking to a Sales & Leasing Consultant who was very nice and patient. His Used Car Manager, on the other hand, started off normal but quickly turned sour and condescending when we tried to negotiate the price for a car. He told us to go check a dealership elsewhere which might have what we are looking for in a rude and demeaning manner. That was the first and last time we visit Durham Kia.
I don't even think this dealership's service department deserves a 1. Every time I have been there, it was an absolutely long and horrible experience! That included the owner of the dealership itself. I went in for a warranty issue as my car was starting to rust. Went in for them to look at the problem. They assured that they would take good care and have this fixed. I was promised a call back within 3-4 days. No call ever came. I called and left a message, no return call. Spent the rest of the week chasing down the owner who was either with a customer, out to lunch, just back from lunch and then with another customer. I learned all this within a 5 minute period talking to 4 different people. I wonder how someone can be in his office with a customer and out for lunch at the same time? He finally came to the phone and blew me right off. I told him that I was not happy with this service and he said that my problem was not the end of the world and that he's very busy and hung up on me. Wow, what customer service. He obviously does not care about his customers or keeping any customers for that matter. I wasted my entire lunch on this ridiculous phone call, but apparently my time doesn't matter and he has done nothing about my issue. I will NEVER use this service department again. I ended up calling Kia Canada to help resolve this. So far, nothing.
I would like to add that I have an excellent experience with the sales department.

If you want a great experience buying a car without being pushed or pressured then ask for Essa. We have bought 3 cars from Essa and are very happy with the service he provided. He goes above and beyond even after you have bought the car. The dealership itself is good and so it the service. But the main reason this is my choice as a KIA dealership is Essa and his friendly and transparent approach!
Jim Campbell and his crew are awesome to deal with. I had dealings with Jim when he owned Agincourt Hyundai (when it used to be good) and now visit with his new store Durham Kia when I am in the area. Jim has always run a no nonsense operation and it is great to see his son taking the reigns for the future.
