Just picked up my 2020 Kia Forte EX. This is the second car that I’ve bought from this dealerships. I bought a 2019 Forte EX from last year and when I need to get a car for my dad I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. These guys are great. I had a 2014 Kia Rio and the engine was making a sound. I proceeded to go back to this dealership 8 times for the same issue. Waiting anywhere between 1.5-4.5 hours for my car to be inspected. My car was never fixed and they took $100 deductible to use my warranty. I had to end up buying a new car (Toyota) due to the frustrations I had at this dealership. Wasted over 15 hours in their waiting room. A shuttle was only made available once.
I bought a brand new Kia Forte 2020 EX this week for my wife from this dealership . I'm loving my car as it has all the features I wanted (Apple Car Play+Android Auto and other imp safety features). Driving dynamics is also much better than the competitors' in the same class. Though, I'm not a huge fan of CVT, this feels much better, almost like the conventional automatic transmission. The plus side for CVT is is the mileage.
This is my first time with this dealer. Nav and Shankal both helped me out during my selection of the car and the trim level. They did their best to get me the best price, both for the new car and the car I traded in. They are very professional. I am quite happy with my experience so far. But I have to see if they will continue with the same after sales service. That will decide my Oil Change and other service with them.
One thing they should improve though, is their coffee and the coffee cup. Hope they will listen.

Worst dealership I've ever seen..... when I purchased my new Kia Sportage, the dealership convinced me into buying an anti-rust module from them by telling me that not only will this module protect my car from rust, but it would also give me a life-time warranty against rust.This module is from a company called "pro-tech" and is a complete scam. Well, a couple years after, the car started showing rust on the inside one of the doors below the paint surface. When I took the car to the dealership, they admitted that the device did not do its its job and they took pictures of the issue to send it to "pro-tech". After that, every time I call the dealership, they tell me that they need to call pro-tech. It's been more than 3 months so far. This dealership has the worst after-sale service. Avoid this dealership unless your not planning to deal with them after buying the car. Also, avoid wasting your money on those anti-rust modules as they are completely useless.

I was in a situation that I needed a new reliable vehicle. Airport Kia was the only location that I thought would have what I was looking for. Their selection was low and ended up with a vehicle that was nothing like what I wanted. I was misled about extra coverage and was sold everything possible from windshield protection plans to vehicle armor. I spent a fortune on the vehicle only to find that I would have to pay deductibles on plans I had already paid for. The customer service was less than acceptable. I was completely ripped off.
This my go toddealership. I have purchased 3 vehicles from these folks and have all of them serviced here. This is a smaller dealership which means they really treat you like family. They take care and always have my best interest in mind when taking care of my cars.
The new salesman Hasien, who came over from Toyota was the BIGGEST reason we decided to move forward with a purchase. A sweet Sedona at a fair price after a little negotiation and the scenario was a win-win. I gave this a 4 star because the financing gentlemen was a little aggressive and we became uncomfortable. Make sure to read the numbers, thrice over and stick to your game plan. . The next day we spoke with sales manager and finance manager (different guy) and they made things right. The fact that they made it right goes to show that humanity is not entirely lost. If you want to pay cash, pay cash. If you want to finance the whole deal then finance it, just stick to your plan and you will absolutely enjoy this experience. We wish Airport Kia blessings and successful business. Please continue to put the customer first and you will grow and will be a super successful dealership. Praise GOD THE ALMIGHTY!

By far, the worst dealership and experience.!!!!!!! A friend of mine had a 2014 KIA Optima bought from this dealership. When his engine light started to blink, he took it in for repair. The dealership did their diagnostic testing and stated a new engine was required. He left his car at the service centre for more than 5 months. It was almost impossible to get a hold of the service manager for a time frame on the car's return. After repeated phone calls, they finally said the car was ready for pickup with a brand new engine. Within a week of getting his car back, the engine light was back on. He took it back to the dealership for another diagnostic, they said the engine needed to be repaired. He asked to trade in the car and they quoted him way below market value. So, he took his car to Toyota, got an amazing trade in deal and bought his new vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go to the Airport KIA specifically, you'd be willingly throwing your time and money down the drain.

Good service, took care of every need that we had. Even agreed to let us bring in a mechanic to make sure that the car is clean, he did find a few issues and they agreed to fix almost all of them.

Where do I start?
Bought a used 2014 Kia Optima with 83K. Nice car, drives good.
Didn't really get a good deal but that's ok. the sales person was super nice.
Drove the car off the lot and realized the rain sensor is not working.
Took it in 3 times to get it fixed. 1st time it was a faulty sensor they fixed but still not working. 2nd time they need to order a new sensor. 3rd time, there is no sensor mount because you have the wrong windshield installed.
The car was bought with that windshield and now i have to pay $500+ to get a new windshield.
Found broken glass in one of the vents and even was told the car was fully serviced but found the cabin air filter packed with leaves.
two times i left my car there for service i got it back muddy.
They told me my rain sensor was on back order and should be in next week. Waited 3 weeks for a call and no one ever returned my call.

Air port Kia is worth visiting for your next new or used car. Just like everyone I hate car shopping and feeling force to haggle on price. The sales team after some simple back and forth presented an offer that was mutually agreeable. No pressure sales is what I really appreciate. Pick up was a breeze. The paper work was done quickly. The car was perfectly detailed. Great sales team with no pressure sales, comfortable environment to simple browse cars, quick work by the bill team. I would definitely return for our next KIA. Thanks
Be very carefully I do not recommend this dealer at all!! Made a deal with them on a used vehicle at 5.99% over 60 months. Paid them a down payment of 500.00 well they got the vehicle ready for safety. Went to the dealership to sign the paper work and pick up the vehicle and the finance manager tried to change the deal to 6.99% over 72 months. First he claimed that I made a mistake. So I showed him the text message that the sales person sent me stating 5.99% at 60 months. Then he said the sales person made a mistake so I offered to let them listen to the audio from the phone call. The owner Mike got involved and he just came off like the stereotypical used car salesman that will say anything and lie!! After I walked out and threatened to call OMVIC the fiance manger called my phone to offer 200.00 dollars off the car. I registered a complaint with KIA Canada and OMVIC. I do not recommend this dealer !!
Update bought a KIA Soul EV from Gus Revenburg KIA. 2019 brand new they were amazing. I recommend looking at any other KIA dealership in Missaugua!!!!

I have been to many dealerships in the area in the past several months looking for the right car at the right price. The majority of dealerships in this area tried to stereotypically take advantage of me because I am a woman. When I would ask about engines, statistics, mpg... they would respond with answers like, "It has vanity mirrors" and "what color do you want?"
EXCEPT when dealing with Airport Kia. They talked to me like I was an educated adult. They were honest and forthright about the cost differentials in what I was looking for as well as what I could realistically afford. The primary reason I purchased from Airport Kia was because I was treated so well. The fact that the Kia Sorrento is a great car is a close second. Parrish Clarke was a great person to deal with.
I had recieved the best service at this location, although they were understaffed they were able to help me with purchasing a car. Everyone was very friendly and understanding, they took the time to explain everything for a first time car buyer and I would recommend them to everyone.
