Beware when buying a used car from this dealership. We bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The price was a bit higher than what was available on the market at the time. We were told that the higher price was due to the top notch servicing that was done to the vehicle. We asked about the brakes making noise and were told it was because the car had been parked for a while and the pads were new. So we trusted what was said.
We picked up the car and the first surprise was that the mats were missing. On the ride home the airbag light came on and the seatbelt alarm went off although we were buckled up. We called the dealership and were told: take the car to Hyundai. That's what the warranty is for. So that's what we did a day after picking up the car from the dealership. Hyundai told us that the dealership that sold the vehicle should have taken care of it. We found out the air filters were dirty and needed to be changed, were advised to service the brakes because they were making a strange noise. We found out the front wheels were cracked and Hyundai inverted the front and back wheels for us. The driver seat buckle was faulty and had to be replaced. Total cost $320, 2 mornings off work and having to use public transportation. We reached out to the dealership multiple times asking for a refund at least for the extra expenses we had with the car being in our possession for less than a week.
Weeks later and we still haven't heard anything. Apparently once the car is off the lot it's no longer their problem. Very disappointed with the experience. Do not recommend this dealership for purchasing used veichles.

After getting into my first accident, it was time for me to look for a new vehicle. My family owns Kia's so I thought that this would be a great place to start. When driving up to this location, Cameron M was standing outside with a greeting smile which reassured me that this would be a positive experience.
I explained to Cameron what had happened with my last vehicle 24- hours prior to shopping; He explained that everything happens for a reason and that maybe I just deserved a new car. He was positive and reassured me that he would treat me like he would treat his own daughter if she was in the same situation.
The conversation continued where he found out what I wanted in a vehicle: nothing big, good for outdoor activities but most importantly, SAFE!
Overall, Cameron was patient, kind, empathetic, understanding of where i was emotionally and financially and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find someone who did. He went beyond what my family and I expected. Cameron is not only a salesman but a new friend to my family.
I walked away with a 2013 Kia Rio hatchback back in July and as promised, it is still running perfect! I am about to bring it in for it's first free oil change!

Had a pleasant experience at the dealership. I had purchased my Kia used from the Superstore down the road, and while there were a few annoying logistic issues there, everything was rectified in a timely manner. Had my first service yesterday at the main dealership and wanted to send a hats off to the Shuttle driver, who drove me to and from Brampton while I had my vehicle worked on. I forget his name, but its courteous down to earth humans like this gentleman who make the difference in service. Treating you like a friend, not just a customer. Further, all of my concerns were met, the mechanic called me himself to explain my inquiry, and the service rep was polite and explanatory when dropping things off, and correctly identified my concerns on the service bill (I think it was the manager Enzo). Olivia was also quite pleasant to schedule with, and correctly scheduled all of my service points.

I had a difficult search finding the perfect used car. I found what looked like the perfect car and contacted Gavin Craig. Gavin was very helpful in setting up an appointment to view the car, and he did not exaggerate the condition of the car. When we arrived to see the car, it was as Gavin had described, in perfect condition. Gavin was very friendly and knowledgable about the car. As I was buying my first car, he made the experience less stressful.
I needed to pick the car up by a certain date and time, Gavin was very accommodating and had the car ready as promised.

I purchased Kia Rio 8 months back from Georgetown Kia. Apart from good car purchase experience, I am having good car service experience as well. Whenever I came for Car service, I was greeted by Gordon at service desk. Gordon knows which customer is coming at what time and looks like he is always ready.
The only part where I believe Georgetown Kia could do better is in the customer waiting area, specifically coffee section. I believe, offering more options of hot beverages could make customer's waiting period experience much better.

I purchased a Ford Focus Hatchback from Georgetown Kia superstore and picked it up yesterday! The sales representative I was dealing with throughout this process, Gavin Craig, was so professional, answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and those questions I asked that he couldn't answer, he checked out and got back to me. Mauro, the Business Manager, was also wonderful...he took great care of me and was very polite and friendly. Great customer service! I was very nervous about purchasing this vehicle for many reasons, not because of the vehicle, but because of personal reasons, but everyone there made me feel comfortable, with no pressure to buy. I am SO glad I went out of my way to drive to Georgetown Kia to check out "my" Ford Focus and to then buy it. Staff at this location are very friendly and seem like a close knit family. Gavin was super with me! I would absolutely recommend Georgetown Kia if you are looking for a second hand car and speak to Gavin...he will help you, as he did with me.
I called about a vehicle on Friday evening and spoke with Mitch who informed me there was no accidents on record. I thanked him for the information and told him I would come in Saturday afternoon to take a look at it. After Mitch attempted several times to book an appointment, I explained my plans were not set and I did not know what time I would be in. He told me to give them a call before coming and I told him I would.
An hour later Mitch calls my phone. He tells he he had a chance to look at the car proof and there is no damage on record. I thanked him for the information, and again he tried to book at appointment for me to come in. I explained again I did not have set plans and will contact him when I am going to come in. He told me to give him a call and I confirmed yet again I would call him.
Saturday morning before ten I get a call. The dealerships calling me now and they me up. I don’t understand, I’ve told Mitch several times I would call him and even he requested I call him yet he keeps calling me. Any chance of me going in Saturday afternoon is gone. I speak clear English and do not appreciate being harassed over a vehicle. I hope they use this as a learning lesson and stop harassing customers to make a sale-it does not work.

Met with Len Hagen on Saturday and got my Soul today - Len is knowlegeable about the cars, non- aggressive and a pleasure to deal with. To firm up the deal I dealt with Ken Shappart, a very upfront guy, offered lots of finance options which I appreciated. Walked out of the dealership 2hrs later the owner of a Soul. We purchased our Nissan Pathfinder from Georgetown Kia and can not say enough wonderful things about our experience. Adrian took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process and made us feel so comfortable. From the test drive, to the finance department, to pick up, everything was smooth and easy. As happy Kia owners, we went to the Georgetown Kia Dealership to trade in our 2010 Soul for a newer model. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile and were taken care of right away. We knew what we wanted but could not afford it, so the Kia representatives came up with a solution that was within our budget, plus added features to our new car that were not in the original model making it custom-made especially for us (i.e. adding a sun-roof that we wanted). Our monthly payments were now lower and our car was newer! We were very pleased leaving the dealership. The night prior to our scheduled pick up of the 2014 Soul EX, we received some great news that changed our circumstances so dramatically that we could no longer afford the car, we panicked! First thing in the morning we called Mr. Shappert and explained our situation. First, he calmed us down then asked about our great news. He was very kind, very genuine and we really liked that. He set up an appointment and that afternoon we went to see him. Upon arrival we were still greeted with a smile and everybody who we dealt with when making the deal a week ago were there congratulating us on our new circumstance. We were surprised, yet delighted! We were quickly put at ease and offered a number of solutions. Mr. Shappert even asked “what do you want out of this?” which was unusually accommodating when dealing with car sales person, very understanding. He accommodated our needs 100% and we walked out of the dealership knowing that the next car we buy will be a Georgetown Kia, no question! I had the opportunity to deal with Mohsin Hydari. I must say, Mohsin is very professional, enthusiastic, positive and realistic all the way around. It was as simple as the commercials show. Applied, showed up to end with a same day approval and the car I had my eyes on.
