first off my wife and I drove 2.5 hrs to see are Telluride. my wife had talked to mark and 3 other dealers a lot closer but she said too me that mark seemed to be the best and I went with her gut felling. I'm so glad I did!! mark hands down was extremely genuine, honest, fair negotiation as well as not pushy at all, but did respond to emails very promptly to answered any questions we had. To be honest he was so great and as well as the dealer ship I wouldn't hesitate to drive 2.5hrs one way if I had an issue because I know I can trust them 100%. Mark took his time to go over all the settings with us the day we were leaving every thing went so smooth from first seeing the SUV to the paper signing. and Catharine the financing services manager was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgable and walked us through the final paperwork seamlessly. I feel by the time we drove away we all felt like family because how great they were.I could go on forever but if anyone is looking for a car or Kia I would say make the drive if its 10mins or 3hrs to Coburg Kia I guarantee you won't be disappointed

I cannot believe the genuine care that me and my family got from Matthew at parts and service in this Kia dealership. Even though the car was not one of their brand, they went above and beyond the norm to ensure that the car was in superior condition when they handed it over to me ... Sebastian, the salesman I was dealing with, even went the extra mile to procure, balance and install a set of four Iron Man winter tires on steel rims at a better package price than what I was able to find in Toronto. Went in for a scheduled test drive. 13 minutes before they noticed I was there. Put me in a vehicle, which I admit I liked, but it wasnt anywhere near what we agreed for option. Not even the drive line. Then I got back and Sebastian already had quotes drawn up for exactly what i told him i didnt want. I wont buy from this guy.

I came to Cobourg Kia in April '20 during the peak of pandemic. I drove all the way from Pickering as it was one of the very few Kia dealerships in GTA area that agreed to help me to buy out my vehicle off lease at a reasonable fee. Others were either turning me away or trying to charge me exuberant fees.
I am really glad I came here. Sebastian (GM) offered a personalized service. He and the team took care of everything from start to finish. Everything went smoothly despite the pandemic. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to go out of my way to shop here again in the future.

I don't usually write reviews for places where I didn't end up purchasing their product but I cannot say enough about the customer service from this dealership. Sales person Mark was excellent, I actually forgot my wallet in the car I test drove and it was waiting for me the next day. I ended up going with a different vehicle but the service here was great. If you are looking for a vehicle your journey should begin (and possibly end) here.

Just bought a Kia Niro 2018 in October and have to say it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Sebastian and the good people of Kia Cobourg. Offered them a fair deal and they accepted. No haggling. They had to bring the car up from Niagara Falls, got it there quickly, detailed it nicely, closed the deal. Sebastian than spent a good 20 minutes walking us through the basics of the car, what does what and how stuff works. Bingo bongo, we were off on our way and happy as pigs in poo.
Some of my experiences with other dealerships were quite negative to say the least. And even with the ones that weren't bad they couldn't match the deal because they were large with a ton of overhead to recoup. This is the one major advantage to shopping at a smaller, family owned dealership like Kia Cobourg. So I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The salesman, Mark was able to keep the purchase price within the budget while getting the model we wanted. They gave us the military discount that Belleville Kia did not want to give us (because it's only transferable to a spouse in the same household).
It was okay. Nothing that I wanted. Specifically looking for a 5 speed Rondo with room for 6 passengers. We checked out a 2014 at another location. Turned out to be a great deal, with the exception of the headrest forward design. We passed. I will say this much. I've heard nothing bad about the Rondo.
Up front, honest and no hassle! There are 2 things in life I have always hated, the dentist and buying a new car. Bought my new Soul at Cobourg Kia.... I still hate the dentist, and after this experience with Cobourg Kia, I will no longer stress about buying a new vehicle. They have earned my loyalty. Great service here at Cobourg Kia! I am now on my second vehicle from this dealership and would highly recommend them. All the staff are really friendly, i have dealt with Mark both times when purchasing a new car and he is a great saleman. He is very genuine, I have never felt any pressure when he is selling and he always has time to answer any questions or concerns that i have. Melissa is my go to service lady, she always helps me schedule my appointments, tire changes etc. and is always happy to help! This dealership has a great team and a great environment!

Just changed to a Sportage this past year from a Sorento so our 2nd Kia from this dealer. Dealt with Mark in sales who cannot do enough for you. The service department have always made me feel very welcome and although I have had minimal problems with my Kia anything required is completed in a timely fashion and always with a smile. We are very pleased with this Dealer and would have no problems buying another car from this location.
