Was having a weird sound come from my left tire recently. Very minor. Called Downtown Kia. They told me to bring it to have it looked at.
Rob, the operations manager was able to pinpoint what it might be after taking the car for a test drive. Fixed it for me immediately.
Again, very happy with their service.

Impossible is nothing!
We had a very good experience purchasing a Seltos here. When we first walked in, we were right behind another party. The receptionist was on her feet and at least two salesmen were approaching us. This is in stark contrast to another dealership, not Kia, where we entered the showroom and were climbing in and out of cars for several minutes and none of the five salesmen in the room acknowledged us. One of them turned out to be the sales manager.
Back to Downtown Kia, Nigel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and was a pleasure to deal with. The negotiation went well for us, and we are happy with the result. The Seltos is a wonderful value. The finance director Yamen was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We recommend Downtown Kia unreservedly.

This is the most pressure I’ve felt at a car dealership.
I went on a test drive, really loved the Kia Soul but had said I had no intention of buying the car that day and wanted to think about it and test drive competitors. As soon as I returned the financing talk started, where I reiterated that I didn’t want to buy today. I expressed my budget and said that I was choosing the lower trim due to that, but they still were pushing the highest trim level, even if that wasn’t what I wanted.
I had a personal complication come up while this was taking place and really needed to leave. I received 5 calls and 2 text messages within an hour of leaving.
I really loved the Kia Soul, but I will not buy from this dealership. I didn’t feel heard or respected, and had they not been so aggressive, they would have received my sale.
Raj and Tyler were amazing. Customer service was fantastic and I got to drive away with my brand new car that day! I would highly recommend Downtown Kia.

I bought my car here, my wonderful Kia Soul 2020, and it was the best experience ever. I speak Spanish and they have someone who speaks Spanish here, they are all super lovely. They made my “first car” experience so great and I’m so thankful for all the effort that they made for me. I came down to take a look at a used KIA Stinger and was not expecting much from the experience but i was very pleasantly surprised. The sales person Brandon was very helpful and did everything he could to win my business. I really liked how transparent the whole experience was. I am still car shopping but a KIA Stinger is at the very top of my list and if i do go down that path I will definitely do it through this dealership.

Kia’s New location on Burrard.
The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Took out the 2020 Stinger for a test ride and my boyfriend seemed to like it. They do have longer store hours than all the other dealers on Burrard, making it easier to work for people with a busy schedule.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind, didn’t push me to make the deal. Ended up buying a new Stinger the delivery experience was also flawless the car looked amazing and the sales man explained everything to me during the delivery.
