I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Nathan from the service department is so personable and takes great care of his customers. The sales guys are good at their jobs - I've now purchased my 2nd Kia from them and I absolutely love it! I came to an agreement to purchase a brand new Sedona from the dealership on a Thursday, signed the sales paperwork and left a $1000 deposit. Was told I would hear back about pickup within a 2-3 days. Heard back by Saturday that the 2020 Sedona had been sold and was not available, but they could get me into a 2021 model for an extra $2000 but another $6000 in interest and taxes since the 2021 did not qualify for the rate I had agreed to on the 2020 Model. There was excuses about other dealerships messing them around, but at the end of the day they made a deal but were not able to live up to their end of it or provide an alternative solution at the same price and financing rate as the original deal.
I was able to get my deposit back but there was no attempt from management to make it right or apologize for the 6 hours of time wasted at the dealer. Friendly staff but apparently a deal isn’t a deal until you drive away in the new car.
Purchased a 2020 Stinger. Jake and King have made this experience with Applewood a good one. Jake is a great salesman to deal with and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

I recently purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos from Applewood. Tyler in sales was very helpful. He definitely had the agenda to sell me a car but was not too pushy and was extremely patient with my wavering as to how much I could afford.
Brittany on the finance side was fantastic (and hilarious) as she made what is typically a painful conversation around payments and warranties easy to understand and as enjoyable as that conversation can be.

Wife and I Put a small deposit on a Kia Niro Ev Model. We were told there would be a wait of around 3 to 4 months. Which we were fine with. after the time had passed and no call i go in to ask them about it. They told me it will take a little longer and a few more months are needed to get the car. Well 11 months have gone by with no response from them so i stop in for a 3rd time. Only to be told they will never be getting that model (which is 44995$)
and that the only option i now have is the more expensive Sx touring (msrp 54995) So now they expected me to make up a price difference of 10k because they were unable to bring in a car for 11 months and never had any intentions of letting people know who that this was the case. just kept getting told it was coming. 11 months of waiting and now we have to go find a different car somewhere else during a pandemic. Very Upset and will be coming to get my deposit back soon.
Absolutely no customer parking on my visit. Salesperson must have flunked his training in automobile knowledge. Duh! Won't ever go back. Social distancing only upon request, request, request duh again!!

Fantastic experience purchasing a new car. After being blown off by another dealer, I emailed this dealership about pricing and I was pleasantly surprised with a quick call back 30 minutes later from the Sales Manager (Sean Parkinson). He gave me lease rates right away and invited my wife and I in for a test drive on the upcoming weekend. The experience was great so we decided to trade in our used KIA (2020 Sportage) and leased a new one that day. Sean was great. He took the time to explain all of our options and wasn't pushy at all. Very friendly and really engaging with us. The whole experience was great and were really glad that we went with Applewood Langley. We would totally recommend these guys...
Worst service ever. LANGLEY KIA!! Negotiated a deal, spent 5 hours there, had a credit check, and put deposit down. King the manager calls to say they don't have this car anywhere in blue a week later. Our staff member we dealt with had no idea this happened. I call and he says now I have to pay to bring one in, or wait until one comes in and then deal with another staff member to re-negotiate!!! because our first guy quit. I wonder why!!! I'm going to another KIA

Absolute worst and most unqualified and careless service i've seen. I brought my KIA into the service to pull out the key fallen inside the heads-up display. In the process of pulling it out the service wrecked the unit, took no responsibility for it, and i suggested i needed to pay about 5000 dollars (!!!!) to have it fixed! Seriously, on a brand new car i bought from you 2 months prior to that? Tried to contact the general manager, he would not even bother responding.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Daniel is kind guy and really consider all the options on the table. He didn't push the sale on us but infact gave us plenty of time and space to consider the deal. However, they were little off on the numbers so i would suggest you to double check the paper work. Overall, good experience, happy with my new Kia Niro Ex.

Brought my 2017 Kia Forte5 for service and was charged $636.00 for oil change, new windshield wipers and apparently a wheel alignment was needed in which I find very hard to believe having the vehicle for only 16 months.
Very surprised of the outcome of the costs and I will think twice about bringing my car back to the dealership. I could see if I owned a BMW or a Benz bu for a Kia ......... come on man !!!
Update: Was called to bring in my car because they were interested in buying it, so I came to their Halloween event and was very unimpressed. They did not let me test drive the vehicle that I was interested in and was more concerned in wasting my time instead of giving me the information on what my car is worth and what financing would be. During the test drive, they sent a salesperson that was supposed to be the Product Advisor and I knew more about the vehicle than he did. I wish they didnt lie to me and waste my time or I would have been driving a new vehicle.......they're loss.
Just purchased our second Kia product as our first was written off in an accident that was no fault of our own. From Daniel who helped us find the right vehicle to King who helped crunch the numbers and finally to Taylor who helped us with our finances, we walked out as a happy owner.

Experience dealing with this location went quick and smooth at first.....now I am struggling to get any answers. I still have yet to receive my paperwork, answers about anything! I contact them and it is ignored. Not sure why but I have to say it is very unprofessional and shady. Not impressed unfortunately.
I was recently in Applewood to drop off a friend whose car was in for service. I am not in the market for a car at the moment but had asked what payments would look like roughly on a couple vehicles I was eyeing up as I am planning on upgrading in about a year. I was told that they would need to do a soft credit check to estimate interest rates, I confirmed it would be a SOFT check before agreeing. Not only did I not get a car but after a HARD credit check my credit report is dinged an with an unwanted inquiry. I do not like being lied to, and find this practice questionable.
Haven't even purchased the car yet, however the service and information I received during my visit here today was superb. Jake B. Did a wonderful job in providing practical advice in selecting the right vehicle, all without any pressure whatsoever. I'm very glad I took the time to stop here.
On May 4th, my husband and I popped into Langley Kia to see what was available. Chris Allen showed us a couple of vehicles. Since it was just the beginning of our vehicle shopping adventure, we asked a lot of questions. Chris spent time answer all of our questions happily, gave us great information. He knew that we weren't going to buying that day but he still made sure we had all the information we needed moving forward. We left feeling great about our experience. We went to a number of different dealers, honestly not one salesman treated us nearly as well as Chris did. So yesterday we went back knowing that we wanted to buy a vehicle from Chris. Well we did!! I have to say, the staff is amazing at this location. Hats off to everyone that works there! I bought my first car at this location 2 years ago and I went in 2 weeks ago to upgrade to a 2019 Kia Forte. Justin sold me my car and he was awesome! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and he was very easy to chat with and did whatever he could to accommodate me and make my experience with Kia another great one! We bought our third Kia vehicle from this dealership and as every other time, had a very pleasant buying experience from start to finish.
One of the staff members, Justin helped us make a vehicle choice considering our requirements, working on the costs, paperwork and delivering the vehicle. It was late in night when we took delivery of the vehicle. Justin was kind enough to stay back till quite late in the night to ensure everything goes smooth for us. Even after his work hours, Justin was extremely patient and very willing to explain us all the features of the vehicle and answer any questions we had before leaving the showroom with our new vehicle. He was immensely knowledgeable and professional and yet very humble.

A very positive experience throughout the entire process. Everyone was excellent, courteous and helpful. Service advisor Nathan saved the day! and saved me another ferry trip scheduled for next week....he was able to deal with my original issue and took care of recall issues not yet dealt with.
Although we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, Jonah and the support group at Applewood worked very hard for our business and provided a very aggressive offer. They will offer you about half of what your car is worth. I've done my research and know what the blue book value of my car is and they came in at on offer about half that.
The last car I bought from there will be the last.

KIA Langley is the best. I bought from them a KIA Sedona in 2011. Was very very pleased with the staff and the service they provided. Than I went ahead and bought a KIA Soul in 2012. What a amazing vehicle and once again was very pleased with the service and staff. Now that my daughter graduated, I went and bought a 2014 KIA Rio and gifted it to my daughter, once again I thank the management and staff of KIA Langley, especially Manny & Zora. I have recommended them to my church people and they also have bought KIA's from Langley & Surrey. I would recommend Applewood KIA Langley to anybody.
