Dustin was probably the best vehicle salesperson I've ever had the privilege to deal with. He got me in the vehicle I want at a great price with the best warranty I've seen on a used vehicle. Our experience with Kia was fantastic! This is our third vehicle we’ve purchased through Kia (each time was under different owners), and this was by far the best experience we had! Phil was super friendly, and personable. He took the time to find out what we wanted, and we never felt rushed in making a decision, even when we changed our minds halfway through. We worked with Curtis, who gave us several financing options that worked with our budget.

Got an oil change done here (the service was great, no complaints about the oil change) quite annoyed that i am getting sales calls after just an oil change. One person called me offering to buy my car but then instead of them calling with the offer a couple days later, i get a SALES call with someone saying that they had a lead under my name stating i was interested in purchasing a 2021 forte but i wasnt. Someone created a false file with false information just to generate a lead
The staff at Southland Kia really worked to help me get the best deal on my car. They are patient, experienced, and genuinely wanted to help me out as much as they could. Even after purchasing the car, they are still helping me tie up loose ends. They take their job and customer service to heart.

I had the oil changed on my 2016 Honda Civic on Monday.
I got about a half mile from the shop and the skid plate /engine guard lets go and starts dragging on the pavement. Had to phone the shop and have them send someone to help take it off. He said there was only two screws holding it on. I've had this car for 1.5 years and this plate has never fell off before.
Not impressed!!!

I have only dealt with this dealership for service recalls, since I bought it from the Hyundai dealership and get any maintenance done from Hyundai. I have had nothing but issues. This will affect my decision to every buy a Kia again in the future. I wonder if the service I get would be different if I was a paying customer and not just a recall service customer?
We went in looking for a vehicle for our son and Greg on the pre-owed side went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted at a fair price. We even got a follow up phone call after a couple of weeks to see how the car was working out. Would and have recommend to friends looking for a quality used vehicle.

The kia dealership is good. However BEWARE of their used lot across the road. Their Kijiji prices are sometimes half the price of what the car on the lot is actually listed for(Imagine driving from calgary only to find out the car was 10 grand, not 3500) The salesman tried to sell my friend a truck that would literally take up 95% of his income with inlcuded insurance. He couldnt tell us how much the truck was because "the manager isnt here and he has the price" yet he could come up with a bi weekly payment number. salesman here are your typical used car salesman. The manager is not people friendly and only cares about money. Do yourself a favour and dont shop here where everything is overpriced by 10 grand.
I went there for a used suv I showed been advertised. They took my info and apply through to their bank system supposedly to let me know that night. Well that night went , tomorrow morning came, noon, and there is no call back. I called and they said it didn't work. What happened to the service? how we suppose to shop local when the locals don't give a f.....k. Actually I'm looking right now in Lethbridge and Calgary. Lethbridge sales guy told me he is willing to stay late if that works for me.

Once you purchase the vehicle, they still do everything they can to make sure that you are the happiest you can be with your purchase.
Definitely not the worst dealership I've been too. People were friendly, I had brought in my car for an oil change and things were done in a timely fashion and all of that went well. Where I had issues was the guy who brought my car into the shop either didbt know how to drive a manual or something Rev the car up to a few thousand rpm to get it to roll. I was at Starbucks and could tell when they brought my car out because of how loud and how high the rpms wer . Outside of that I had zero issues but I won't be bring my car back for that reason

I travelled 150 km to buy tires for my car at Kia Medicine Hat. I did that because i had a positive first experience getting oil change done. I came to regret my choice as soon as I went to enter my car. Presumably due to improper lifting my car had evidently twisted making my door bind up to the fender. So when i went to open the door it damaged the fender and the door. Now, the big problem I had with this was that the person who moved the car noticed this.... Prodded it (evidenced by fingerprints in area) and did not advise anyone or correct it. I was sent to nearby bodyshop where they bent fender back to close to original spot. Later, i noticed one tire very low on pressure by tpms. I stopped to add air and noticed the tires had been installed with 2 larger tires on one side instead of front to rear. I was then directed to OK tire in Bassano to have that problem corrected. It took OK tire 30 or so hours to contact me to rectify the problem. They were unable to fully complete the work as their tech went on holiday. Whoever they had work on it there damaged something in my traction control abs system so that now is malfunctioning. I have no words to express my disappointment.

Not a terrible experience just not that great, bought a used car there and none of them really seemed knowledgeable. Couldnt clear an engine code, couldnt properly fix a rock chip in the middle of the windshield, didnt know what kind of oil they used on the oil change or which brand/ type they should have used! Not a bad deal on the used car though. Hint..... When you sell a premium brand German car that has a computerised service schedule, you MUST use the exact specified engine oil otherwise the engine warranty is VOID. Wont go back, even to have my tires checked.
Every fast and really good coffee, the shop staff where fast but sould park vehicles in a better spot then where it was
Excellent staff and knowledge about all makes of cars, Kia and otherwise. Widely regarded as the best place in the city to trade in a vehicle, they give highly attractive trade in values. Service department is great, and Kent Jackson has really improved the vehicle service experience. I bought a car there and definitely would again.

Mazin was such a good saleman and made me feel so comfortable about my decision to buy that my husband and son went and bought there vehicles from him this month too.
