We didn’t have a great experience buying a vehicle there. The night when we were supposed to go pick up the vehicle, it appeared to have some issues. The salesman, Heath was undermining our concern and acted frustrated when we wanted to make sure the vehicle was good to go. His customer service was 👎🏼. Would not recommend him to anyone. Deal with another salesman maybe. Other than that, the vehicle seems to run good so far.
I bought a part with no hassle went to recieve the part the guy who came and gave me the part ask me my name witch was normal. Then he held the part behind his back. as if I was going to steal the part and asked me my address it all seemed very strange, I definitely didn't enjoy the transaction.
I was there 2021/01/15..so of course we are still in a pandemic.. Leading up to my appointment I was called 5-6 times.. Some to verify and some offering deals.. When I got there the lady at the front desk was bothered that I was asking her who I was supposed to be meeting.. They sent me on a wild goose chase. Horrible experience. In a time like this organization shouldn't be hard.
I had a good experience with the dealership and the salesman Heath but I came back for service on my vehicle that I thought was covered under my warranty. I called ahead asked to see if it was and made an appointment. When I got there I waited over 20 mins and then they tell me I will have to pay $135 + tax just for the diagnostic test and that the issue may not be covered under my warranty. I feel like they tricked me into coming and now I have to pay instead of going to a regular shop with fair prices and dealership service centers always over charge. Needless to say I am frustrated!
I communicated with Alyssa Rose Morand (sales consultant), she was prompt and respinsive, she also did try to give me a good offer for the vehicle i am looking for but unfortunately we could not reach an agreement as I have a budget, but if things work out, I am sure I will be looking forward to buy my vehicle from this dealership, as they have been quite helpful and respinsive. While the service staff seem to be trying, the entire system of vehicle drop-off needs to be revamped. I had an appointment for 8:00 am, as did another 10 other people apparently. Why bother making an appointment when you’re going to sit in your car for another 15 minutes waiting to be taken care of? Then, they ask you again all of the information that you already gave when you made the appointment. Add that to the fact that they forget to re-set the change oil sensor. Save your time and money - go elsewhere!

Not happy with Windsor Chrysler. Got a leased Minivan whereby we are under the allotted mileage a little bit after one year because of COVID. I'm laid off as a result, so our wear and tear should be minimal. Our brake system is failing a year and half later? Obviously very poor quality and they want us to fix what they are selling, which is poor quality and junk? They're asking me to fix rotors and pads at 14,000kms. Is this a scam? The drivers' door never fit properly since the beginning. While I was there in person, I told a receptionist that the number listed on Google wasn't working. She blankly asked if I wanted the number. I said 'Nooo', I'm already here. Duh. Really? It didn't even occur to her that there was a mistake to be looked into and it was bad customer service for customers to try and call a nonworking number??? Don't buy or lease from Chrysler where they don't back their vehicles. Aren't brakes a safety item?
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vehicle. Brand new 2019 Jeep and its has steering problems and a “death wobble”. Scary and concerning I don’t feel safe driving my vehicle. It still has a full warranty and Chrysler refuses to fix this. I’ll never buy another Chrysler product again. Terrible experience, I feel very mistreated especially knowing other people who have come to this dealership with the same issue and they’ve had their jeeps fixed. Not impressed.

Brought truck in for warranty work. There was an issue initially with how my wife was handled. Called the dealership about it, got apologized too, and they resolved the issue promptly and to my complete satisfaction. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to return to this dealer for service work, and/or another vehicle.

Excellent experience with the service department. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. One of Windsor's few remaining independent dealerships, and they work hard to keep their great reputation, by putting the customer first.
Terrible terrible service department. Condescending, terribly rude, and deceitful. Given them three chances and it’s been brutal each time. Most recently, we had our back breaks done elsewhere and when we took it in for an oil change and tire rotation they were annoyed we had it serviced elsewhere. Service desk says back breaks are bad, mechanic says front brakes are bad, paperwork contradicts itself. Took it in for a second opinion, front brakes showing slight wear, no where near replacing and back breaks are in perfect
condition. Each time service for basic things (tire rotation and oil change) takes HOURS, it’s never been shorter than 4 hours. When questioned they explained two things, Oh Monday’s are busy (great, well we had an apt booked.) and even though you had a 9am apt you aren’t necessarily the first vehicle in.. so they don’t commit to any semblance of speed of service. When we explain how displeased we are, they responded saying that they’re the top rated Chrysler dealership in Windsor.... So they definitely don’t care about displeased customers. Unfortunate for the sales team that the service side of things is so bad because the purchasing of our vehicle was a very pleasant vehicle, but they’ve lost out business entirely now.
We had the dealership replace a heater core in our vehicle. Right after the job was done the engine started overheating. I had a personal friend who is a mechanic look at the vehicle and it was discovered that the heater core was plugged. The dealership did not flush the lines properly when the core was replaced. We brought it to back for them to look at it and they not only denied any relation between what they did but also charged me 150 additional for them to investigate the issue. I said I was unhappy and they said they wouldn't release the key unless I paid. I reluctantly paid the bill to get the vehicle out of there and asked for the manager to call me and they never did. 1400 for the heater core plus 150 to tell me they were not responsible for the new issue. They also scratched the inside of my windshield and cracked my dash cover. They didn't say anything until i noticed. VERY DISPLEASED.
Picked up car after receiving service regarding my sway bar and a grinding noise I was hearing which I paid just over $1grand for.
Within 10 minutes of driving the car, I started hearing aggressive rattling noises and before I could pull it over my left driver wheel blew off. After coming to a stop and taking a moment to assess myself, I got out of the car to see that the left side of my car was now destroyed. Tow truck told me it was because they rushed and failed to tighten my wheel properly.
Highly recommend, always very satisfied! Jeff would go out of his way to make sure i was leaving happy with my car.

Beware the hidden fees when leasing from these nickel-dimers. Set everything up, sign papers, get all the t's crossed and i's dotted, show up, wait a minute, the price you were quoted is changing, drastically. The sales rep has to keep getting up and conferring with "the guy" (why is it like this all the time? It borders on comical) and coming back to tell you there are 'problems'. These 'problems' are an attempt to jack up the payment. *Then* they tell you, you have to sign a document that in the event of an accident during the lease period, *even if the accident is not your fault*, you have to pay a 10% (I'll get the word wrong here, forgive me) fee? Surcharge? In our case, if someone ran into us, automatically, we're paying $3200.00 upon returning the vehicle at the end of the lease period. Even though the insurance pays for the damage, you're still paying the 3200.00. They try to blame it on the leasing company, but bear in mind, THEY CHOSE THAT LEASING COMPANY. But that isn't explained to you at the outset, they act surprised themselves, although this has had to have come up over and over. The lady that handles the financing should be removed from dealing with the public. Condescending but doesn't like the same behavior in return. Cancelled everything, walked out. Bye. We sat in that stupid dealership for almost 2.5 hours. Twice. 5 hours to lease a Jeep? I bought a home in less time. But they apparently do NOT like it when you bring up the Windsor Chrysler website on your phone, show them that people typically spend 10:20 minutes there per their website, then point out you've been there, TWICE, for 2.5 hours each time. Little sensitive about that, apparently. Bye. There are far better places to lease a vehicle. Windsor Chrysler needs to realize, the customer doesn't need *them*, *they* need the customer.

Terrible service my mother bought a jeep has a paint drip they haven't taken care of her as of yet been almost a year. Never would i shop for a car here ever . I have called so many times they never call me back the paint drip is over 2 inches long. I had a lady tell me it's a long wait as we have many paint drips.... REALLY great thing to tell people this place is a joke

Had a great experience. They were willing to work on the trade in and find a deal that works with both of us. Worked on the price of the vehicle purchased as well. Safety replaced the tires and brakes, they did not cheap out, they went the extra mile and purchased the OEM tires for the vehicle. I'd recommend working with Sevan, he's an honest guy and willing to work with you, and not just trying to make a sale.
I bought a used car, that was fair, and given a complimentary free oil change card, being told that it is valid in all ontario chrysler services, which is not true, only valid in windsor. I am not disappointed to pay for oil change, but very disappointing to be deceived by the sales man.

Very poor experience with used sales, including arguing with my wife when she wanted to test drive a lesser trimmed vehicle because they "had the same engine". Was also getting a good stream of nonsense regarding opinions of my bank's cheaper used car rate, and the usual B.S. regarding trade in prices. Go out to Essex instead.

While I can appreciate you wanting to discuss my posturing for better pricing, as is done by everyone, we left due to the lying; which you just kind of glossed over here. Used sales staff absolutely shouldn't dissuade people from their own cheaper financing with nonsense, and should also not try to cover up the pricing difference between vAuto and AutoTrader when we all know they are the same system.
I'll point out that at no time did I feel as if I was being properly educated, and until the nonsense began, I was quite polite with the sales agent (who again I didn't name for privacy, unlike your desire to share my price posturing).
At the end of the day, I did in fact find my deal, it was about $8500 off, all because I never looked back and drove out to Essex instead.
Let's be reasonable here possibly consider there may have been some issues on the used sales agent's side rather than try to make this about my offer and what I was asking for, as that's pretty childish and dismissive. Best of luck mate.

Used car department gets the highest rating I can give. The sterotypes really fit. My rep was reasonably responsible. His colleagues not so much. When all was said and done the swiftness of follow-up and the second callback after I expressed no interest in continuing during the first call cements my rating.
Service staff always great, they beat Costco on tire prices, mechanics are honest and professional. Great place for all your repairs.

Had a great experience with the service department today. Had a scheduled maintenance service and needed my vehicle complete by a certain time in order to pick up my child from school. The service wasn't scheduled to be completed until after 3pm but needed to be at the bus stop for my child at 250pm. Chrysler had my vehicle ready a head of schedule in order for me to be there for my child. If I could give 10 stars, they would surely deserve it. Great job guys!!
Already purchased 2 from them. They have freat staff. Knowledgeable people on sèrvice side and sales side. They will have pretty good deals when the time is right. Will assist you with payment options and financial institutions. Overall prices are the suggested ones with a few discounts here and there. My Journey came with free sunroof and dvd player for the kids, part of the deal. Stuff like that can win you over
I've dealt with three different dealerships around the city and this is the only one I've been happy with. Besides a getting g a great price for my trade in I'm actually not concerned about using the service center. Every other dealer I've felt like I've been ripped off with every oil change coating $800 as they always found something else wrong. Not so at Windsor Chrysler. They have been very honest and have suggested putting some repairs off and even referred me to a different shop to get some work done. I really appreciate this.

Last 3 experiences.
1) Called said needed general service on vehicle at a est. cost of $1300.00. All service was on parts either not on the vehicle or more than 50,000 Km from manufactures recommended service interval.
2) Have recall on vehicle done in their service department and was given very specific time frame for the work being done. Spent day at home waiting and called several times and several hours after work was supposed to be done, only to be told they are not sure of status because technician was gone and may have taken the keys with him. Took another hour to find out recall finished hours before.
3) Called four times one day then twice the next to find out about part eligibility on my warranty. Put on voice mail every time and never received call back. One call to Chrysler and finally received the good news.
I will never deal with this dealership again and I would advise you to not use them either. If you do use them, have everything confirmed before they take your hard earned money!!!
Terrible customer service. Brought my vehicle in before the time booked and still waited 3 hours for someone to even look at it.
Even though there existing recalls dealing with clutch pressure plate and improper disengagement, FCA and the dealership both said my clutch was destroyed by me (less than 40K KM). Charged me close to $4,000 to fix a clutch. I understand that FCA makes the final determination, but the Windsor Chrysler made it clear that they wouldn't try to help out with this decision.
Won't be returning to this dealership ever again.
