The initial sales process was great. After receiving the vehicle , there were issues with the vehicle that needs corrections and now it's been nearly a month since I got my vehicle and it's a huge struggle to get a service appointment and I am being pushed from one person to the other and the issues have not been resolved yet. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this dealership and am thinking of talking to my legal council for options and seriously thinking of returning the vehicle.

My lease was up on my current Range so I called various salesmen at different locations regarding the vehicle I wanted. I have dealt with Eric Silverman in the past with my other vehicle and I wanted to him another opportunity to price me on my next vehicle. After numerous conversions with the different salesman, Eric was the one that was most helpful and he was also able to offer me the best price.
(I purchased a 2020 Range Rover long wheel base.)
On delivery day, Eric was there to greet me.He was absolutely great.

In regards to the delivery tutorial, I dealt with a wonderful lady named Anna. She was very welcoming. She spent over an hour with me going over the various options the vehicle had to offer. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to go through everything. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact her if I had any questions at a later date.

When looking for a sports car that costs over $100,000, it's not a task you take lightly. I dealt with half a dozen salespeople at various dealerships like BMW and Mercedes. In the end the deciding factor helped me make the decision for a new Jaguar was the salesperson at Grand Touring, Chad Eusepi. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, not pushy, took the time to answer my relentless questions and really helped me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Really impressed by the level of service I received today from the entire staff here and especially Michael Theodoridis. I travel frequently and find it hard to schedule time for maintenance, but I called this morning and they were able to take my car today and hold onto it until I return from business. I hate going to dealerships because they are usually filled with crabby old men in cheap suits, but everyone here was polished and pleasant and really went out of their way to accommodate, even arranging me a ride home. I did not purchase my car at this dealer and my service is covered by a maintenance plan so they didn't do this for a sale, it's just their standard of service. If this is the level of after-sales service that can be expected, I see no reason to purchase a vehicle elsewhere and after this experience I will certainly return here for my next.

Very disappointed, they're doing anything to charge you more for service even if it is not required, like to replace rotors and break pads after 39,000 kilometers for a 2 years old Jaguar F Pace 35t R Sport, not rotating tires even when asked to do so also saying that customer refused to do alignment on the rear wheels but without even asking. Ended up paying $1,447 for a car that is in warranty 4 years 80000 kilometers on the second scheduled maintenance. We were promised verbally 2 free scheduled maintenance at the time we signed the lease but now they said it is nothing in writing on the lease so they can honor the promise. In other words we are liars. We leased 4 cars from the same owner (Volvo of Toronto and Grand Touring Automobiles ) and we never had a problem with Volvo service department, but we have a problem with the Jaguar service department. We never had a problem with Mercedes, Cadillac and BMW so this will be the last time leasing a Jaguar.

This has been by far the worst experience I have had with any brand. Purchased my full size discovery 7 weeks ago and the car has been at the dealer for the past 5 weeks. Many issues during the manufacturing process were encountered. The car has gone through 5 majors repairs worth $30,000+.

Both the dealer and the manufacturer continue to wash their hands. Talked directly to the manufacturer and the customer relations team in NY many times with no outcome. Ms. Lynn-Bencia Destin was the most disrespectful person throughout the process. It’s a shame how a luxury brand like Land Rover can’t step up when their manufacturing process didn’t go as expected.

Finally, I go to pick up my car on Thursday and the service representative tells me that they had lost my keys so wasn’t able to take the car with me. Totally disrespectful from their side.

This is my second and definitely last car with grand touring automobiles. Every employee at this dealer needs to be trained on customer service, from the Director of the dealer to the service manager. It is extremely important to notice that they lost our business from the moment the director of the dealer showed us how little he cares about keeping the customers happy. Ultimately, it’s the dealer who lost the business.

This is a message about Brandon. I’ve inquired about wraith/ghost black badge and have received a service below the ground. I spoke to Victoria a while back and she’s amazing but currently on an absence. Brandon was referred to me by the brand manager. Starting from the start he did not have any idea of the inventory. You ask him to show you a demo to see the inside of and he says sure. You come there physically and he makes you wait for 30 minutes to give you a lease quote with a residual of $0.01. I’m not joking. He gave me a payment of $17,300/month after that wait and didn’t even care. This was 4 days after he called me based on my email to the brand manager. I’ve sent my inquiry for my spec on April 21. I still haven’t received it. Victoria was able to immediately run through a car on the spot and this very smart individual claims each option gets priced from Rolls Royce. So, it’s been 10 days and apparently it’s impossible to spec a car! He also had the audacity to question my ability to afford this vehicle and asked me how much I make and weather I rent or own my own place. I don’t understand why someone who’s been to the dealership before would inquire about placing an order while being able to afford the car. And why is he the one asking these questions?, never was introduced to the finance manager. He also didn’t understand what I meant by “the black kirsh car” they have a black badge on the second floor which has this colour. He had no idea on criteria for affording the car yet asked all these questions. Absolutely ridiculous, I legitimately want to order this vehicle and he doesn’t realize the impression he’s giving off. I’m not gonna say “this is a very expensive car, I’ve worked hard” but to feel like an idiot for wanting to buy something this special is not supposed to happen. I’ve called the Quebec dealership and had every single question, answer and document provided within 20 minutes. EVERYTHING. Also they provide incentives which I don’t know if Grand Touring provides because nobody ever told me of that. More to the point, I don’t mind having the car shipped here. Not sure Brandon or anyone else will care the slightest about this but if you’re legitimately considering a Black Badge Wraith or any other Rolls Royce, call the Quebec dealer and have it shipped or fly there if you wanna see the red cover come off. I hope when I come to your dealership to service my car, I won’t be disappointed.

Most of all, my sales agent (Brittney) was a strong factor getting me into the vehicle. Not because she pressured me. In fact, it was the opposite. She was the only agent from all the other brands I visited that didn't push me or pressure me to get in the car. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brand that she was able to answer any questions and give me all the details I needed to know. Terrible Sales Rep. Scheduled appt to test drive a Landrover LR4. Told Sales Rep Michael I will be coming direct from work with wife and dont have much time as live in Woodbridge. Showed up on time and literally sat around for a total of 45 mins for him to get keys. Finally 3rd time asking him whats going on got tired aand gave him an earful. If you have a customer coming to see a car your job is to have it ready not waste others time. Felt unwanted and not welcomed at this cold and dark dealership.
