This is the fourth time that I have dealt with Barry Snyder at Alta Infiniti. I must admit that from the first time I found that Barry is professional in his work and able to build an excellent , warm, friendly relationship with me. He has obviously built this relationship with other clients. One of them is my neighbour who referred me to Barry in the first place. Barry succeeded to lease me the QX60 over another Mercedes GL that I had before. When I needed a second vehicle for my daughter, Barry put us into a Q50 and we are very pleased with the deal and car. I will not hesitate in referring all my friends and relatives to Barry.
Julie from Woodbridge location was fantastic and made my unhaggle experience worth while and she was fair in her dealings with the price and quickened the transaction with her amazing offers.
The contacted me by email after 24 h doing the unhaggle quote. They offered to book a test drive and gave me their contact info. The sales person answered my questions regarding the current model and the new 2018 model.
I bought a new Infiniti Q50 from alta. I was very surprised and happy with the experience!

The service centre damaged my vehicle, refused to take responsibility for it and scammed me out of the repair costs.
I brought my Infiniti Q50 in for an oil change + front brake replacement. When the service was completed the vehicles front end alignment was severely off (over 20 degrees off at the steering wheel). I immediately returned to the dealership to rectify the issue but they would not accept fault of any kind. No investigation was conducted and the only information that I was given was ``we changed the oil and replaced the front brakes. We didn`t do anything to affect the front end alignment``. They felt no need to prove themselves when questioned and also had the audacity to insinuate that I was lying to them to get a ``free`` alignment job. They told me that their ``techs noted the misalignment when I arrived`` (which was clearly a lie considering that I drove the vehicle there without issue, and realized the issue so quickly after leaving). They then supposedly made a conscious decision to do nothing about it, not even inform me of the potentially dangerous condition. It is clear to me that the staff was either lying to me, was negligent with my vehicle, or both.
After paying $2000 for the planned work they proceeded to charge me an extra $150 to repair their mistake. After some convincing they reduced the charge to $100 but that was ``the best they could do``.
I was a loyal customer to this dealership for 3 years and I had spent tens of thousands of dollars there, yet they still would not give me the benefit-of-the-doubt over a $100 charge. No investigation was done to learn what actually happened to my vehicle and, instead, they just assumed the customer to be wrong - End of story.
Don`t let them treat you this way. Find a different service centre, and a different dealership while you`re at it.

Alta Infiniti and its staff were very helpful in attending to my telephone calls, visits and questions. They work as a team together and helped me get my car leased even if my main of contact (Barry Snyder) was not available during the final paper signings. Barry himself is very helpful and straightforward. He didn't hesitate in questioning my thoughts and helping me look at things from different angles to decides which car best suits my requirements. He was also helpful in arranging the last blue QX50 for me on the last day of black Friday even though I had initially signed up for a different color but had a change of heart later. I have been dealing with Alta Infiniti for a numbers of years now. I think this is my 8th Infiniti! Obviously I love the product having 8 Infiniti cars. Jason Kim at Alta Infiniti has been particularly instrumental in my decision to stay with Infiniti. Of course I have looked at other brands along the way but Jason has such a warm way of dealing with me and I feel in capable hands and that I got the best deal!
Alta Infiniti service department is the best. I needed to remove my wheel lock and put new wheel lock because I didn’t have my key. I first went to Infiniti of Willowdale who made me wait an hour only to hear that their master key does not work for my Infiniti wheel lock and only option is to break it which can scratch or break my rim. Then I tried Alta Infiniti service department and they were able to remove my original wheel lock with no issue and put new wheel lock for free where Infiniti of Willowdale was going to charge me $50. And this only took 15 mins. Alta Infiniti is the one who actually cares about the customers and they know better. I will definitely be back to this dealership.

Make sure if you make an appointment here that they don’t sell the car you drive literally hours for, and have had multiple communications with previously for them to know you are coming! Simple phone call people! Not a nice experience for someone to deal with. Don’t try and sell me something more expensive. You wasted 6 hours of my day plus my driver for a simple considerate text or call that would have taken seconds.
we were just passing by from this ( ALTA INFINITY ) dealership Woodbridge and stop by just to see our dream car & check the price only, but Barry Snyder is a wonderful man. he did some magic & we were able to get our choice car. Everything was done in 1.5 hours all good, We are happy !! this is called talent, I love it and the way Barry explains everything was so simple. Went for a test drive a bit last minute and found the experience to be pleasant and cordial. Showroom however needs to be updated as per sales consultant. I would consider returning even if it isn't the closest dealership to me.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
First, let me say it was an outstanding experience dealing with Alta Infiniti. From negotiating the sale price on the new car, to dealing with the trade in value of my old car, and finally to the delivery of the new car.
I traded in my 2005 Infiniti G35M and purchased the Q50S with the tech package. I went from the Stone Age to the Digital Age. I have only had the car for a week, but it is an amazing vehicle which I thoroughly enjoy driving.
I have previously purchased several cars from the car dealership just around the corner from my home, as well as serviced them there. I believe I am well known at this dealership. That said, I never felt like they cared about me, their only concern was the bottom line. At Alta Infiniti, I felt that they cared about me as a person.
My experience dealing with both Dominic Vallescura, General Manager, and Ron Fine, Personal Automotive Advisor ( the Tech guy) was very positive. It was truly a pleasure dealing with people in the car industry who I felt were very professional and honest. They treated me respectfully and courtesly.
Dominic was very fair when it came to negotiating the sale price. He listened to me and explained what he was able to do and was not able to do.
When it came to Ron Fine, the Tech guy, his presentation was excellent. He was very respectful of my lack of understanding of the technology in this car. He geared his presentation with that in mind. Ron answered all my questions and continues to answer any questions that have arisen since delivery of the car.
The only negative I could say is that after the car was delivered I found the tires to be over inflated, and that was quickly corrected.
I would highly recommend buying a car from Alta Infiniti. They are great people to deal with. I know where I will be purchasing my next car from.

I came to this dealership already decided to purchase an infiniti. I told Jason what I wanted and my budget. He LISTENed (unlike a lot of salesmen in other dealerships) and UNDERSTOOD me and very QUICKLY we found a match, in terms of model, package, finance, etc. We closed the deal in about an hour (including a test drive). Saved a lot of time for me and for him.
Then when I came to pick up the car, Ron Fine (Personal Automotive Advisor) impressed me on how well he knew the car and how effective he was transferring his knowledge to me (a first time infiniti owner).
Because I live in the east end, I may not use their service department. In terms of purchasing experience, it was excellent! To anyone out there looking for an infiniti, this dealership is highly recommended.
My husband and I recently purchased an FX50S at Alta Infiniti. I wanted to take a few moments and share my outstanding experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. In particular, our sales consultant Doron Levi really made purchasing a vehicle from this dealership absolutely exceptional!!! We had been looking around prior to coming to Alta and I am so pleased we waited to purchase our vehicle from Doron. For me, when purchasing a vehicle as beautiful as we did,not only does the vehicle have to fulfill all of our expectations but the service is also just as important! Doron is an extremely patient, kind and HONEST sales consultant! Visiting car dealerships can be intimidating and I must say I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership like I did at Alta! Doron took the time to go through every single feature of this vehicle with us (believe it or not for me this is worth mentioning because not every dealerships sales person takes that time).We did not feel rushed at all! What I also feel worth mentioning is his abundance amount of knowledge he has when it comes to knowing every single thing about vehicles in general. When you are purchasing a vehicle I believe it's important dealing with someone who has a great deal of expertise in the vehicle you are choosing. I would recommend Alta Infiniti to all of our family and friends. In particular, Doron who's passionate about his job and takes it seriously but at the same time making it extremely exciting for the buyer! Thanks again Doron and all of the Alta Infiniti staff!!! I preface this review by saying that I am not one who usually has or takes the time to write a review. That being said, I am so impressed with Alta Infiniti and how well they have looked after me over the years that I wanted to share this experience with others. It all started with a 2008 G37 Coupe that I picked up privately in 2009 and was recommended by the previous owner to service at Alta. Even though I do not live or work close to this dealership, it has been more than worth my time and drive for 5 years now. Rob, Rachelle and the rest of the service team have been outstanding in helping me to maintain my vehicle like new, right up until 176,000km when I decided to make a switch. Meeting Doron in the parking lot during my last service, I ended up coming back to see him a few weeks later about a new Q50 Sport Sedan and decided to buy it on the spot! My first ever brand new car and I could not be happier. Doron was most fair with me in working out a great deal for trading in my car and purchasing the new one. He threw in some nice surprises for me too that I learned only after I made the deal and came to pick up the new vehicle. This is one of many examples where the folks at Alta really value their relationships, and their sales and service goes beyond the dollars. One last item on my happy list has to do with a gentleman by the name of Ron Fine. I was surprised to learn that Alta has a full time position for Ron and the extent of his job is to teach people about their new vehicles. I believe his position is "Product Specialist" or something of the sorts. I was shocked to learn such a position at a dealership even exists. Ron took a great deal of time and dedication with me to show me all the bells and whistles and functionality of my new vehicle. Although I am a quick learner and thought I had it all figured out on my own, this car has more technology and features than I could have ever imagined and Ron showed me some pretty neat stuff. And the best part of all - the 2014 Infiniti Q50 Sport is a kick ass car. It is whatever you want it to be, whether that be a smooth ride, classy and elegant, or a sexy sport machine that rips off the line, handles like a dream and stops on a dime. My first ever brand new car and by far the most impressive!
I found out my vehicle had a recall which was long overdue for my G35S clutch slave cylinder. I called Alta Infiniti and spoke with Rachael, who booked an appointment for me the same day. They had my car back to me the next day but another there was an issue. I called them back and without hesitation I was invited back to the dealership and provided with a q50 loaner vehicle which was exceptional! Rachael really went above and beyond my expectations and fixed the problem she also kept me up to date with the status on my car. This is another reason why I chose an Infiniti over any other manufacturer. I recommend them as a dealer even if you're waiting for an oil change. Overall excellent service I will be returning to trade in my vehicle for the new Q50.
