I went to check out a 2015 Q50 here which I really liked and drove an hour out to see. They made an offer of $12,000 for my car and were not negotiating on the price. Next morning I call and agree to the deal making a cash offer. I get my insurance and all what I need ready and I get a call later that they can't buy my car for $12,000 anymore and will only offer me $10,000. Meanwhile I also get an instant cash offer from this dealer of $12,950 which they are not honoring. Why make an offer and take it back - I'm very disappointed because I really liked this car and was gonna come pick it up within a week. Keep in mind my car same year and model with 30,000 kms less is listed at a GM dealer for $21,000.

I recently bought a used car here, I had a good experience but not a memorable one. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process which I really appreciate! However, I am a young customer- they had the opportunity to make a life long customer out of me, but I will not be a returning customer. They did what was necessary to make a sale but did not go above and beyond.

After reading some other low rating reviews I would have to agree. There are better dealerships and more willing people to do business with. None the less I am happy with my purchase but did feel taken advantage of when giving them my business.

I originally dealt with Silvia and she was great. Very informative, answered all my questions immediately, she knows her stuff. Then I dealt with Matthew. He too was gracious, knowledgeable and answered all my question also. All in all a very good experience in purchasing a very nice car.

I had a great purchase experience here at 401 Dixie Infiniti in November 2019. Raj assisted me through the process and was more than patient and understanding.

Dilawri Group manages various automotive brands so if the after-sales care with respect to servicing and other issues that may arise during car ownership is managed fair and well, I can see myself coming back as a repeat customer. They're also partnered with Fast Wheels which offers a decent aftermarket wheel selection for the money and a good selection of winter tires.

I'm due for an oil change soon so hopefully the servicing experience will be as good as the sales experience!

We had exceptional service from Sylvia Golec from the time we entered the showroom. We were greeted with a large and welcoming smile. She made the entire vehicle purchasing process very easy and straight forward. She was pleasant to work with and it was a very nice gesture to have the vehicles delivered to us instead of us having to go and wait at the dealership.

We have had bad experiences dealing with Infiniti in the past, but working with Sylvia has regained our confidence in dealing with Infiniti in the future.

Several years ago, I had a seat heater issue and they had to remove the console on a G35. I looked at my clock as I was driving into the dealership to drop off the car and it was in perfect shape. To my amazement, when I went to pick up my car, the glass on my clock in the console was cracked. To cover up the damage, the mechanic even went so far as to note on the repair invoice that the glass was already broken prior to the repair. I was amazed! This was a attempt by him to cover up the damage done by him to my clock. I brought this up to the service manager but he stood behind his technicians integrity and would not accept responsibility. Obviously this was uncomfortable as he was challenging my integrity by not believing me. To his credit, he did cover the repair but this left me painfully aware that they have a very sleazy technician working there who this manager is unwilling to acknowledge. I guess it became my word against his so I understand his position but I wrote this review because I know my clock was not cracked when I dropped it off and the damage was done after I dropped my car off. If it happens to anyone else, at least now there is a record of it happening to me. Maybe it will help.

5/5 for Raj B! He is a patient salesperson! Listened to what I wanted and I found a car in my first visit! I bought my car mid-November and he still follows up to see how it’s going, which I really appreciate.

I bought a used car, so I understand that the inventory (though large enough) would be limited in terms of getting EXACTLY what I wanted. No fault of the sales person or the showroom.

As with any car sales company— all the ads ons really get to you. At some point it just get to be too much.

All in all though, I really liked my sales person Raj, and I am IN LOVE with my Infiniti.

Purchased 2014 QX60. Very satisfied with the initial purchasing experience but the very next day after picking up the vehicle I experienced issues. There was a leak in the AC and the battery failed a service test and had to be replaced. When speaking with sales about my experience the reponse I received was “well it passed safety and this is why we sell extended warranty” Although the dealership fixed all issues at no charge, I feel taken advantage of as a customer because I purchased a vehicle NOT as advertised and fortunate for me I spoke up or these issues could’ve been at my own expense. Buyers always be aware when buying a resale, question everything, and never take no for an answer.

Business Manager.....oh well, I understand that no money should be left "under table" but he plainly prices himself out of sale. 500-600 to tint front windows?!?!?! Hard to go with that when local Tint King will do it with 100-1500 WITH lifetime warranty as well. Also near impossible to get a hold of on the phone.

4 Stars for now, will update once after first service. If amazing I will bump it to 5 if bad it goes down to 3
