Why buy a vehicle from Whitby Hyundai that presents such a barrier to making an appointment servicing ? I suppose they don't need to service their vehicles - after they're sold ?
3rd new car i purchased at ontario Hyundai and it will be the last. the dont honour the offers that THEY offer. Screwed me royally out of a 6 month deferral and yet repeatedly said its in the deal. Watch your back when dealing with Gabe, read EVERYTHING thoroughly

When my car literally died while in the Hyundai parking lot, the service department just took my keys and dealt with pushing it out of the way while Frank made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests when helping me choose a car the same day (especially given the fact that I was slightly stressed about the entire situation), and Gabe dealt with the financing with sincere and thoughtful discussion of all of my options. Two weeks ago today Phil helped me finish up getting my 2013 Chevy Sonic (my first car) — it was an amazing quick and easy experience. Phil took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I understood all the details. I came in on a Thursday, and he offered to try to have the car ready for my on the Saturday as it was a long weekend, and they were closed the Sunday and Monday, however I picked it up on the Tuesday, He even filled up my first tank of gas for me. 10/10 would highly recommend this location and Phil!

I happily have leased a car from the dealership last week. The staff were exceptional specifically Frank (Gabe was good too, (joking, he was great too)). The star reduction goes back to the following:
1- Concept of "Comprehensive limited" warranty is an unknown term to me, either it is comprehensive or it is limited, choose one Hyundai!
2- Today I will go back for founded technical issues only after 3 days! but that has nothing to do with the staff. it is Hyundai quality control (or lack of it) and management.
We came here looking for a used car. We almost bought here and ended up going elsewhere, but the service and attitude here is phenomenal. I don't remember the gentleman who was helping us, but I really appreciated his help. They were all very helpful and their prices were very reasonable. If we need another car when we're still in the neighbourhood, we're definitely coming back here for another go. Thanks for treating us so well.
We recently purchased our second Hyundai Santa Fe with Ontario Hyundai.
While we were originally leaning towards a different vehicle, we had such a great experience with Mike that we decided on another Santa Fe. I picked up my new Hyundai Elantra Sport yesterday and had a great experience in Whitby. I had gone to other dealerships but the price and customer service was excellent in Whitby. My salesman Derek and the Financial Manager Gabe were incredibly helpful and advised me to make the best choices. They had great product knowledge and were pleasant to talk with. I just recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson, and really enjoyed my experience! Almost instantaneously I was greeted by Samara who assisted me in setting up a test drive and finding the right car for me. She was super friendly and inviting and made for a very positive experience.
Then I met with Gabe from financing who went through all the necessary paperwork and was able to provide me with peace of mind. Even after I left the building, Gabe would text me updates saying that I was approved and answering any and all of my questions.

Mike Taylor, where do I start? The serviced I received was outstanding. Mike was extremely helpful as he answered all questions I had, he also went out of this way to ensure I understood all the terms and conditions. Mike understood that buying a car for the first time was intimidating and he really helped throughout the process. Hyundai was actually not in my top three but Mike managed to change my mind (which doesn't happen often). Mike was extremely professional and because of his service it was the ultimate decision to go this car. Mike also was very passionate and very considerate. Mike Taylor is incredibly an efficient sales person. He is very talented and a good communicator and the smile that emanates from his face never disappears. If he not not sure of a question asked - Mike would excuse himself and seek out someone else who would deliver the answer. Some sales people are too proud and pretend to know everything but Mike Taylor is not in that category. Having a young fresh face in the employ of the dealership is fantastic and Mike has aptly demonstrated that he has the capacity and capabilities to be successful. He is a star employee. I have always been a Toyota guy and switched to Hyundai (recently purchased a 2019 Santa Fe) and Mike is responsible and the leading factor for me switching. I bought a 2015 Santa Fe XL from Ontario hyundai about 3 weeks ago. Frank diakoumeas was very good. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgable and helpful. I texted him at 11pm a couple days before I bought the car thinking I would get a reply the next day but no he replied within minutes. Also I needed a trailer hitch installed on it and he personally took it to the place and had the wiring installed for me. Great service!!! He knows everything about his cars. The only thing that I'm not happy about is that after 3 weeks of buying the Santa Fe the front passenger door lock broke. It needs a new actuator. The car is only a year old. I hope that this is not a sign of trouble for me down the road. But Frank was awesome and if I ever buy another hyundai I will use him again 100%.
