Great quality cars. Service good but busy. One major downfall, had to replace all my engine gaskets at 10 years old & cost $3000.00, & not even 100,000 mi on the car. Disappointing. Otherwise, a good car that e like, the Sante Fe.

All the Service folks there were very helpful, friendly and took the extra time to make my experience there a very pleasant one. From the Shuttle driver(s), the Service Desk personnel to the general all round Dealer atmosphere I was impressed. Would highly recommend this Dealership for their Customer Service.

If I could give them a zero I would. My mother went in for a warranty wheel bearing and came out with a 200$ bill for a rotor and to reinstall the rotor. Which needs to be taken off and reinstalled anyways with wheel bearing work. As a former employee and a certified automotive technician. I can understand if the car needs a rotor because it’s “ceased to the hub”. Also to say it was due to lack of brake serving. I know for a fact they do not take the rotor off to clean the area behind the rotor when doing the brake service. Just a tip maybe just charge for the rotor and not double dip on the labour. Keep up the great work guys!

Had issues with my automatic starter for over a year that other dealerships wouldn't deal with. Navaz told me to come in (even with no appt in a crazy busy time of year), he went above and beyond with the fix + even put on my windshield wiper blade that had came off earlier in the day. Even though I'm closer to Barrie, I will drive to this location because of their excellent customer service!

Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Steve at Collingwood Hyundai and the process couldn't have been easier! He was courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. The vehicle took a bit longer than anticipated to be ready, but that's only because they took extra care to make sure it was safe and secure to drive off the lot. Steve kept me updated, making sure I was informed every step of the way. When the day came to pick up the vehicle, he took the time to explain all of the vehicle's features and even made sure my phone was synced before driving off the lot! He even checked in a couple days after I picked up the car ... (talk about going above and beyond)! Horrific experience with Collingwood Hyundai. They had no interest in fixing a recall and pawned it off on another dealer (I had to take care of the tow). Service advisors act very charming but don't be deceived. They are all about the money (apparently not much money in service of recalls) . I wouldn't take my car there again if it died in their driveway with their mechanic armed with tools standing in front of it.

As I'm reading a CBC report about Catastrophic engine failure (03/25/19) with My old Santa Fe, I remember being told by Collingwood Hyundai/Lance "There would be no further coverage for engine replacement at 40K". Now I understand why the dealership would not extend 2nd. engine warranty pass 100K, it was worthless. If Collingwood Hyundai will not stand behind their cars or Manufacturer , you should not buy one.
We recently purchased a 2019 Tuscon from Collingwood Hyundai. The experience was great. We purchased a Santa Fe a year before for another family member and enjoyed the experience and decided we wanted to go back. Other dealerships we went to were more about getting you into a car to test drive and asking how much we could put down. We were able to go window shopping first without anyone hounding us to test drive or crunch numbers and when we were ready we called to test drive without any pressure , talked numbers and were able to talk it over without any pressure. Christian and Adam were great to deal with and Kent gave us all the options again with no pressure to get things we didn't feel we needed. We would recommend Collingwood Hyundai to anyone who is looking for an easy , relaxed car purchasing experience !
I recently retired in Kimberley at a chalet on a no winter maintenance road. Quickly found out that my 15 year old Subaru Forester just wasn't going to cut it in winter. Bought a used Jeep from COLLINGWOOD HYUNDAI last week. Couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, the deal and the service! They detailed and prepped the vehicle beautifully. Ryan in Sales took me for a great test drive and spent a lot of time with me. No pressure. Judi handled all the paperwork promptly. She even ordered a new set of plates for me! I plan to take it back there for service.

I just bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Plug In Hybrid; the first one that this dealership sold. My personal sale experience was fantastic. As a side note I live in Barrie and I initially tried to buy this car from Baytowne Hyundai - the worst customer experience I've ever had when buying a new car. So I went to read the Google reviews for dealerships close to Barrie; this is how I ended up buying my car at Collingwood Hyundai. I have dealt with Dave Rosen and I could not be happier with my entire buying process. The whole team (Dave, Adam, Derek) treated me professionally and in a very curteous matter; I honestly felt as being a member of the "dealership family". Based on my buying experience there I am actually planning to service my car at this dealership (even tough it involves driving from Barrie to Collingwood). I highly recommend this dealership when buying your next new Hyundai; you won't regret.
