I've dealt with unhaggle before bought 3 brand new cars because of then.they are great, u fortunately cant say the same about this particular Hyundai dealership.. trying to buy a ionic..basically when we arrived they this gentleman said not much we can do on a brand new car! .. really clown ? I had experience buying 3 brand new cars in the last 2 years ( yes I am young with not alot of responsibility and good money flow coming in and this is all I do.. buy cars) I am well aware how unhaggle and dealerships work maybe its Hyundai or maybe it's this Hyundai or maybe it's this guy! Either way.. I had a bad taste with this move and going with Tesla.. model 3 is ready for shipping so couldn't care less now about this dude.. still ironic seems kool just avoid this dude ( short east Asian fella)

I was at this location a couple of days along and had a bad experience. It was actually my first time there for an oil change and probably my last. I definitely won’t recommend this place to my friends and family. When you walk in they have some promises that they have on a poster by the door.

1. Someone will greet you immediately.
- that wasn’t the case for me I was standing there for at least 10 minutes before someone decided to say hi and there were no other customers at the service desk I was the only customer and there were two girls

2. Promise a walk around inspection
- the girl I was dealing with didn’t do that of my vehicle while the other girl was for her customers who were also there for an oil change

3. We will keep you informed of the status of your vehicle
- I went up to ask how much longer twice

4. We will return your vehicle cleaner
- they definitely did not do that it was the same as I left it

5. We will follow up
- haven’t received a call yet, not expecting one either

Also while I was standing there waiting for the girl to do my paper work, I asked about a shuttle service so I don’t have to wait and she said yes it’s available he should be here shortly. So this guy walks in and Says anyone need a ride and I asked her, is he the one she goes yeah. Then she asked me if I wanted my filters changed and I said no. She goes then I can’t give you shuttle service. I was so caught off guard. On top of everything they way she was talking to me was so rude.

Everything side I was there a couple of days before this incident to buy a paint pen and the guy at parts was really nice and friendly. I can’t say the same for service department.

NO start would be worth wasting for this guys. After ending my lease with a protection i had on the car these guys sent my details to collection for a minor repair the protection should have covered which they indeed promise to handle. Something is terribly wrong with their entire team

I had a very pleasant experience there! Melissa one of the service advisors there was so helpful and she went over and beyond for me as far as contacting Hyundai Canada resulting in a brand new engine for my vehicle. I would highly recommend you see her. She seems to be the glue of this place!

This is not the first time going to Team Hyundai, I go for all servicing on my vehicle to date. Went in thinking that the day was going to end in some disappointment based on what I brought the vehicle in for but came out very happy. Domenic continued to provide me updates through out the day and was accurate with time lines on returning the vehicle to me. He was very pleasant and made my day. Wasn't pushy at all and understood that I needed time to think about my purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.Christopher Takacs , the finance service manager, was amazing as well. I loved how dedicated he was to making my deal work and was super honest and helpful. He goes above and beyond.
