Had my car in for an MVI and brake service. Within a week my car was shaking and wobbling every time I got the brakes so I called and brought it back in. They told me when I was getting my inspection that I could either replace the rotors or service the rotors and I chose the cheaper option to service the rotors not knowing that it would make my car much worse and that I would be wasting hundreds of dollars. I was complaining to the service manager whose name I believe is Mark and at first he told me that rotors can't be serviced and I told him that on my bill it said they were service and then he changed what he said and said that the rear rotors were serviced however all of my rotors need to now be replaced. This just seems like to big a coincidence that they service my rotars and then my car is undriveable and they just change there story to take absolutely no blame or accountability, this is not good customer service, my next new vehicle (which was going to be the Kona electric) will now be the Rav4 hybrid.

Took up three hours of my day, just so they could hit my credit, not once, but multiple times with several different banks - without telling me. Won’t return my calls or emails. Hasn’t even responded in regards to whether my credit was approved or declined! Every time I call and ask to speak with my dealer (Mary Ellen) or financial advisor I am told they are either on lunch break or tied up with something more important. Clearly not worth the sale, won’t be back in the future. Very unfortunate seeing that I was looking to make the switch to Hyundai, either way I will not be buying at this location.

I recently purchased a Hyundai from a different dealership in town, but due to a warranty issue I had to take my car to the Hyundai dealership to be serviced. I have never is all my years dealt with such poor customer service and care from this dealer. Their service center needs to sort out their priorities and learn to talk better to clientele. Needless to say, I hope I never have to take my vehicle back to this dealer; I'd rather move to a new Provence just to have better service than to deal with them again.

Staff was courteous and tried to accommodate my schedule. (I was dropping off my car on my lunch break and picking it up after work). I also appreciated the person in the service department that explained my bill.

I ranked four stars -- and not five -- because the shuttle was a bit slow for both pick up and drop off. It took the taxi 18 minutes to arrive during lunch and I waited 26 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up after work (from the regent mall).

I used the specific times to allow you to make your own decisions.

Stopped in highly considering a trade in on the new Palasade, but wasn't spoken to except when I said hello. We sat in the showroom car, looked everywhere in it and really explored it but walked out without any staff interest. Disappointing to say the least...

I bought my first new car from them, in August... and It was a huge mistake! I love my new car but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Once they have your money they don’t care about you, they will lie right to your face, and they will tell an existing customer that they don’t have time to see them to fix a mistake that they made. One of my biggest problems with them was that when I went in to get a mistake they made fixed they wouldn’t make time for me but when someone else(a man) went in to try to fix it for me they made time for him and did fix the problem. If I ever want a Hyundai again I will make the drive to another dealership to avoid dealing with these people again.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Went in for just an oil change and was told it would take about an hour. I actually had to wait two hours for my car to be ready. Two hours for a just an oil change! Terrible, ridiculously slow service. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

1 year after buying this car I'm disappointed.. I bought a 2017 Elantra car was great had a few issues at the beginning they gave me the car with bad breaks... then the radio stops working , keeps switching the time and station.. didn't got that fixed yet. The service was great at first! I even got the extended warranty. However, 1 Year after use. Not impressed with quality of their cars. Steering wheel looks worn out and peeling after not even a year of use and barely 20,000 km of use. Apparently not the first one and definitely not the last. They offer their cars cheap but you also get very cheap work and cheap products I would of prefer to pay more if I knew how much this is going to cost me to keep fixing this car so often

I have loved my Elantra for 4 years now. The only thing that spoils my experience is whenever we have to deal with the Hyundai service department. I dread calling them to make an appointment now because it is never pleasant. More often than not, I'm met with rudeness (at worst) and indifference (at best). I tried speaking with the manager about one particular incident, only to discover that he has the same "style" of "service" as his staff. Having spoken to another local Elantra owner, I know that I am not alone in this opinion. I find it interesting that the showroom sales staff and management would not address this issue, as this is the sole reason that I have decided not to purchase another Hyundai when the time comes. Surely I'm not alone in that. As I am at the end of my payments, I am now receiving many advertisements and invitations, which could be interesting to me except for my reluctance to deal with the service department further.

Our hyundai elantra was scheduled for an appointment tomorrow June the 4th. The car needed a new motor as the make and model are receiving recalls. We received a call less then a day before the appointment was scheduled ( Which we understand can happen) but at that point we had no choice but to drop the car off today at the end of our day before we had to pick up our kids. When we dropped the car keys we handed them off the lady at the service desk who notified us that we had to bring the car in, but since we only had a small window we had no choice but to drop the keys and leave to get our kids. The lady mentioned twice that we had to bring the car in but we stressed we didn't have time, she then took the keys and threw them on the desk with a pretty lousy attitude.
