Really an up and down sale on purchasing a 2020 Insight from them. When I went to sign my paperwork they made a mistake on my trade in value. Then there were delays in getting the windows tinted (meanwhile I was forced to make a payment on the vehicle I was trading). Then a week after finally getting my new vehicle and trading my old one (lease buyout that they were paying off the balance for) I had ANOTHER payment taken out of my account for the trade vehicle (which I no longer owned).

Really love the Honda Insight I got but the absolute disgrace of customer service is embarassing.

Wish I could post two separate reviews. Ryan helped me buy a car and I got what I liked so 5 stars for him but what Regina Honda as a company promises in their cars about safety certified and inspection process by trained technicians did not apply to the car I went to look at. The vehicle I was interested in buying originally did not have working cruise control system(did not turn on, good thing I checked that before I bought it), had alignment issues and slight rattling sound coming from the dash.

Had a mostly good experience here, I was interested to in a 2020 civic type R, when I went in the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and brett was an absolute pleasure to work with, but they wouldn’t let me test drive it. I mentioned that I was also interested in a HotWheels Edition Camaro 2ss and would be making the decision on which I’d be buying within a week or so. The civic was my top pick to begin with because of the practicality but the camaro was my dream car, I wanted to test drive both before making my decision, and was told that the best they could do was take me for a ride in it with one of them driving, or the other option they gave me was to essentially purchase it before the test drive and then if I didn’t like it they’d refund me with a fee. Which really didn’t sit well in my mind. It really didn’t make sense to me and had me feeling a little uneasy buying from them as if I’m not allowed to test drive the car without buying it from the first then what else were they pulling? I get that it’s a kindof “rare” car, but I’ve never been to a dealership where they didn’t let you test drive the car you wanted to buy, and for that reason I went with the camaro

Reply to owner: I was told that the gentleman looking at the boost blue civic type R was only interested thus far and that it was not sold when I had inquired about it. I was told that the reasoning I couldn’t test drive it was because they are a more rare car, thanks again.

AVOID KEN DIANA. If I could give him zero stars I would. Very deceitful sales tactics. He told me to my face that my trade-in was worth 2000 and the dealership had no room to budge. He did the calculations of what the price of the car would at the "deal" we were getting and the price was below MSRP. With the combination of my trade in value and a monthly payment we agree on a price. Everyone knows you take a loss on a trade in at a dealership but nobody wants to be decieved. Then I see the invoice and my car is all a sudden worth 4700 and it shows full MSRP being paid(which you should never do) So, he was clearly lying to my face about the value of my car and jacked it up after a monthly payment was agreed upon. After asking him about this he said they do that so SGI thinks the value of the car your buying is worth more incase of a total write off. He can tell you and himself that all he wants, but with this system where they can write the invoice how they like, they are incentivized to low ball and pressure family's that their cars aren't worth as much as they really are so you pay full MSRP which gives him a bigger cut of commison.

I've learned some very valuable life lessons. Never let the salesman talk monthly payments only total price. Don't let them make a 4 sqaure. Never tell them you have a trade in until after you can agree on a total price. The interest rate is locked so the monthly payment will follow. And lastly never go to Regina Honda. Before this my wife was considering trading her CRV for a new one.

The only way they could fix this would be give my car back at the value he originally told me.

First off I would like to thank Stephen Tam for ordering in the exact car and color I wanted. I absolutly love it!!

Worst service. They wreck my car from the front and asked me to call SGI. Moreover, they have awesome managers who don’t know how to handle complaints. They blame customers for the issue. This was my 2nd and last visit. I will suggest everyone, don’t get ripped off by them.

Wish Honda would change the dealership and service managers. Honda has worst after sales service.

They treat you like you are getting free service from them instead of giving business. Once sold you are fool to them.

I did not have an ideal experience. I was younger and new to buying a car. I had saved up to buy a new civic. I went in to look at cars but wanted to wait a couple months to get my new car.

The sales guy Mike guilted me into a down payment but saying I'd probably never come back, and I was under the impression that after the down payment I would come back and finalize things in a month.

A few days later, got a call saying that my car would be ready for pickup next week and they can't keep it on the lot so I would have to come in and finalize everything. I was upset that I was rushed into this, tricked, and that they didn't even let me see and pick out my own car.

I later noticed some issues with trunk alignment, paint drips, window seals slightly misaligned... Had I gotten to pick my car I would have avoided these smaller issues.

If I had the courage at the time I would have told Mike to F off and I will buy the car when I am ready. Shame on that guy and the dealership for rushing me through just for a sale that month.

This was a good visit for regular maintenance. It’s always pricey getting an oil change done at the dealership but, my car comes back washed with all fluids topped up and the staff are generally nice to work with, so it’s okay - those kiosk desks sure can get busy though.

Service front desk personnel very rude.

I went there to have an advice on what to do for my car AC not cooling. When i arrive, there is one guy waiting in line then there is three more customer after me. 4 personnel at the desk, one is entertaining a customer, one left right after a minute i arrive, one is eating, one is watching some video in the computer, none of these other three guys ask us what we want or need, then a guy comes out from the office (looks like a management) recognizes a number of customer is waiting, he told the two that there is customer waiting, that is the time, after a long while, they entertain us. I approach the lady, i ask about the AC, i wanted to hear whats going on with it, is it part of the warranty and things that would assure me that they will take care of it. But lady did not say anything she just keep asking about appointment, do i have one or do i need to have one, i feel like she just want to get rid of me fast.

When they are selling the vehicle they are nice, after sale service they no longer entertain you the same way.

they booked us an appointment but resulted to poor service and very bad communicating skills between all staff. driving from out of town, we waited the whole day for nothing because they didn't even touch the car. at the end of the day, waiting in the waiting area, staffs are leaving the building no one even ask us if we need assistance, only one approached us because he was locking the doors. it's a waste of time and travel to deal with this location.

I have left a message to Honda/Acura parts regarding ordering a part. A personnel calls back around 2:10PM on May 14th, 2016. He was telling me that he can not order the part unless I personally come down and pay for the part first. I have ordered many parts prior not only from Honda but from other dealerships as well. And this is the first time there was such a request. He mentioned that this part they can't return and if they return, they pay the restocking fee.

I am pretty sure they would charge the customer the restocking fee if it was returned. So that comment hold no value to me and to me customer service has 100% gone down. But its possibly with this one individual that returned my call, I had better experiences with other parts associates.

Also I asked when will they be closing if I decide to come down and pay for the part. He said I do not know maybe 3PM maybe 5PM, he definitely is not making it easy for the customer. I will most likely order the part online and skip dealing with Honda/Acura poor part service associate.
