We recently purchased a Civic from Western Honda. The entire staff was excellent and made the process really easy. The salesman Ken was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Not high pressure like other places we have been. We would highly recommend and will be back!
Bought my CR-V in Regina, but had nothing but issues when dealing with them after the fact. When some minor recall work came up I didn't want to deal with Regina any more and gave Western a call. The service manager, Danny, is amazing. He went out of his way to make the whole process very convenient for me, and he and his team were prompt and efficient with no nasty surprises. They identified an issue with my ECM that we had thought was a minor sensor issue, called right away and apologized that they wouldn't have the part until the next morning. They were true to their word and stuck to the timelines they gave me.
Regina couldn't handle a routine oil change in a single day with a 9am appointment booked a week in advance, and then swore at me when I said I needed my vehicle back at the end of the day. When they called for the recall info they also told me I had to bring it to them, and then tried telling me there was no Honda dealership in Moose Jaw.
Took my CRV in today and the Service department was great. They were helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Western Honda in Moose Jaw was willing to perform a repair that Regina Honda brushed off. Danny in Service verified that he had the part in stock before even booking the appointment and was very understanding of my time since I would be coming from Regina. He assured me that the repair would be done the same day. The appointment has been booked but has not been completed yet. I will add further detail after the appointment has taken place.

Recently purchased an older Accord from Ken...had some issues with it and was very impressed with how it was handled. Danny in the service department was excellent and speaking with Darren helped reassure me what these guys are all about. Class acts, very professional, and completely understanding. I will return and recommend Western Honda to others.

Very bad experience . agreed price for vehicle ( was a present for wife birthday ) but they tryed charge me more 400$ , because got another person who was interested in car .
Got a sonata 2 years ago. What a "great" experience... note the huge amount of sarcasm.
Promised me that after 12 months I could get a vehicle that I wanted, just needed to make those payments to show I could. Did that, then got every single excuse to not get the vehicle I wanted (a pickup) luck be hold.. bought my truck once I dumped the sonata off!!! Would never recommend these guys to anyone... much better service dealing with kijijji... then these "people"

Just bought a used vehicle from Western Honda and I can't say enough about how happy and impressed we were with Ken and Marshall. They were honest, patient, and made us feel like we mattered whether we were buying used or new. We would go back for another vehicle from these guys any day.

I appreciate that they were willing to make a deal on the car I wanted (after waiting about a month, they reduced the price to less than 24,000, but had initially insisted that the only deal they could make was a couple free oil changes - car was initially listed for almost 28,000 on Auto Trader for a low km 2015 Civic SI). I was fine with waiting, as the car was listed grossly above market value.
When they did finally reduce the price to something more reasonable, I asked them to include winter tires on rims and we had a deal. They agreed.
I put the winter tires on when the time came, and my car started shaking and vibrating as soon as I started driving. It had been great to drive before I put the winter tires on. I took it to a tire shop, and they told me I had a bent wheel. I did not take the car directly to Western as I am not local to Moose Jaw.
I called Western Honda a couple weeks ago after learning about the bent wheel, and spoke with the manager, Brock. He assured me they would look into the inspection of the vehicle that they got my tires from (they were gently used tires that he included in the deal).
He also assured me that someone would call me back once the inspection was looked in to.
I was quite curious to know if they were aware that they included a bent rim in the deal.
One week later, no call back, so I left a message with reception, as Brock was not available. The reception staff were very kind and friendly, and said they would certainly pass my message along. I still did not get a call back as of today.
When I bought the car, they asked me to make sure to refer my family and friends to them in the future, and I initially agreed. However, I am much more hesitant at this time. Further, I am not confident that my inquiry will get a response.
If you do decide to purchase anything from them, inspect everything thoroughly in case you feel like following up with FCAA at any point in the future.
I am very glad I did not pay initial asking price on this vehicle.

What can I say, we have just purchased our fourth vehicle from Western Honda in Moose Jaw, that in itself should speak volumes. The sales guy Ryan Pulai who helped us, went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Answered all our questions, had all the information ready, and booked us in to servicing for the extra comforts that we asked for. His customer service is beyond excellent, and what makes it more special, he is truly a happy man, always smiling, and searching for a way to make his sale most memorable to his customer. You can tell he loves what he does. We have always had good service from Western Honda, both buying vehicles, and when (on the odd occasion) we have had to have them serviced. We will keep coming back, because Honda and their staff stand behind their products.
Bought a car from this dealership and had nothing but a stressful experience. First of all on my way home I had the engine light come on and later realized the front tires were unevenly wore due to needing a wheel alignment. Then when booking it in for warranty at my own city I discovered that it has had $9000 of previous claims that nobody bothered to tell me about. Right when I think I have everything sorted out I have two payments come out of my account because they didn’t even handle the loan payout correctly, both the wrong amount and didn’t send it out in any reasonable time (I traded a vehicle in). Now I sit here waiting for a cheque to come in the mail to somehow make up for all this which apparently was sent weeks ago but still hasn’t come. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP
I would never recommend this place to a friend and if they try selling you insurance you better not believe one word they are saying they are fraud and dont know what they are selling horrible manager I would recommend going to regina instead alot better people!

Great place! I am only 17 so you might think I get treated differently.. but no rhat qasnt the case! Right when I walked in I was approached and given help with what I needed right away. Honda's vehicles will last forever and so will their brand. Keep up the good work!
My overall experience at Western Honda has been fantastic. Leased a Civic around 6 months ago, and I have not had a bad experience. Blake Seibel helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure it was very easy for me to get behind the wheel. Every time I've been into the service department it's been great. Absolutely would recommend.
Wonderful and very accomodating everyone who's working here! Especially Davin and Ryan..they are so warm and helpful! They greet us whenever we come here and had some chats! We got two cars from this branch and i bet that if you try to get cars from them..they will help you and assists you in everything! They have the best price for cars!!!
We drove in from Saskatoon to look at a used vehicle. Devin was our salesperson. We were going to just look at the vehicle and then check out a few more elsewhere. We ended up buying on the spot. Devin and his sales team were more than helpful and willing to do whatever it took for us to buy there, including a minor repair, some filters and a full tank of gas. I did not receive the kind of treatment I would expect at a dealership, especially at a smaller centre. I found the "salesmen" very rude once I didn't agree with the price. He would not slide on the asking price at all, and only thing they could offer was the $750 dollar rebate that everyone gets when financing a new car. He also offered me a $500 rebate, for accepting a previously hail damaged car... Wahoo?
I called around, including out of province, and found I could easily get an additional $500 off plus more, without hail damage (which he argued I could not).
He then went on to complain, about how he was supposed to feel "I have a car lot full of hail damaged cars." My problem? I was trading in a car that I lost $6000 dollars on.. he certainly had no sympathy for me!
I suggest if you want a Honda, you drive past this dealership, take a selfie with the moose and go somewhere with class!

My experience was with Mr. Blake who was a seller and Mrs. Shery Nyhagen my financial manager and both of them deserve 10 star rating for the job they do. Darrin and the Honda West crew were amazing when I bought my Civic. They were able to track down the exact model I wanted, in the right colour and with all the bells and whistles. They were also very courteous and professional without any high pressure tactics.
