Marco Patulli is a salesman we trust. He always tells the truth and takes care of us. We have dealt with him for years. We are wary of car salesmen in general, but Marco is different. I just change my car to a brand new one. I suggest that you look for Nicholas Morris . I would have given 5 stars if I had only dealt with him. I bought my first and second car with him. He always took his time to look for best offer for us. We are happy with HIS service and the vehicle. The only issue I had was that someone else from Excel gave my information to an insurance guy without my permission. I was surprised that I received a call from an unknown person from an insurance company who wants to give me a quote already. I am not sure with other people but I do not want my information being shared without my permission. Now, I am having doubts if I am gonna buy my next car with you guys.

My first car exploring experience turned out to be last with Excel Honda. They do not really want you to give any information until and unless you buy car on spot. They are quite not concerned about customer experience and satisfaction and sales guy was a liar as he told me that be fast to meet him as he has some appointment at 4 but he never had any appointment. Please learn to understand need of your future customers.

I was happy when I saw my car after that, it was sparkling shiny, They look to the small and tiny details which I like, all the tires are in clean bags and well organized in the box.
Had an amazing experience here from start to finish! Joey and Angelo made the experience super enjoyable and I had the honor of getting the first 2020 si in Canada when other dealerships told me they wont be available for another couple months! 100% would recommend this place to everyone!

Vendor issue:
The day I picked up my car after I already payed and signed all paper. I was left for more than 1 hour waiting. Only after I found out that the person in charge of my file was either fired or left the company. After my car is ready, the person who took over did not even took a couple of minutes to show me around the car.
Customer service issue:
Following the Percent Oil in the display of the car in less than a year I changed oil 3 times and I spend over 500$ (Oil) for a brand-new car. Even my friends told me that there is a problem. 1 year later I changed to Speed Autotech where I’m very happy. I change my oil ones every year and following the car code I only pay for what is necessary with good explanation (the price is perfect).
I'm not a mechanic but some how it did not ring a bell to Excel to ask why this person is changing his oil 3 times in less than a year (check the history).
I’m not sure if in Excel Honda the oil they are giving me is not synthetic or they don’t fill up the correct amount. It’s not normal for me to change the oil 3 times in a year.
I got a 10 year rust proof on the car with Excel and the vendor told me that you need to come back in 5 years for a second rust proof.
I will inform the public how it goes (I'm 4 years now)
I suggest you work on your customer satisfaction and treat them better if you want them to come back.
David is understanding and willing to help. For Chinese customers: he speaks very well in Cantonese and English. When there is a problem, he will quickly explain and try to find a solution for the car. He is knowledgeable in his field as well. For anyone buying a new car, I would recommend Excel Honda.

My experience with Excel Honda was pretty good. Mostly because of their sales person Joseph. He did an excellent job throughout the process and made us feel really comfortable. After comparing other dealerships last week, Joseph Bucci (sales and leasing consultant) from Excel Honda had the best offer. I did a trade-in with my Civic 2014, surprisingly it was better than I expected. By the end of the week I had my CR-V 2019 EX.

Excellent service to both Amine and Angelo and the Excel Honda team! Both stayed late answering our many questions, patiently, kindly and enthusiastically too!
