I had an amazing experience at Welland Honda. The Sales Rep Brian Chickowski and Finance Manager Chuck, both were knowledgeable and very friendly. I never expected that buying a car would be that much easy as they made it for me. They helped me a lot through the process with minor details and kept me on the same page.

Purchased our first Honda ever, during COVID (contactless purchase). We couldn't have had a better and more enjoyable experience. The sales team there was super responsive, attentive, and worked with us to find a car within our price range, while still managing to get us everything we wanted.
Quick & fast service and drove the car down to Toronto to deliver it to us instead of making us drive to Welland to pick it up, which no other dealership was willing to do. Great management and great team of people working there. Highly recommend
Purchasing a new vehicle can be a tough experience. It’s a huge purchase, and a big decision. I really think the determining factor in making the process smooth is a good sales representative that has industry experience and knowledge.
A couple weeks ago we made the decision to trade in our pick-up truck and get a new SUV. My research lead my to the 2019 Honda Passport. A little more research brought my to Welland Honda where I met with Bob Ricci. He was a welcoming, no pressure salesman. He made the experience easy and we got a fair trade value on the truck. The price was right and we made a deal.
The next step was the financing. Again I was happy to meet with a finance manager that had years of industry experience and knowledge. He was accommodating and didn’t pressure us to purchase things we didn’t want. All in all it was a 5 star experience, and they earned our business for life.

I had great service from both the dealership Manager Bob Ricci and the Business Manager Chuck Davies. I was looking for a new 2019 Honda CRV and the Dealership had none left. Bob spent two weeks contacting a number of dealerships in Ontario to get me my car. He ended up driving himself to dealership in Barrie to pick up the model i wanted. On top of that he made sure I receive all Honda discounts applicable for a loyal Honda client. I had the opportunity of dealing with Wyatt at the Welland Honda car dealership within the last month. It is not easy being a young girl shopping for a car because most dealerships do not take you seriously but this was NEVER the case at Honda in Welland.

Awesome staff! Felt very comfortable while purchasing my car. Would definitely suggest giving Jason a call. The financial guy is legit and very helpful! Only issue I ran into was that it was nearly impossible to get my car in for servicing. The available hours were all during working hours in the day. When I called, they didn't really try and give a solution or even a suggestion for my problem. Other then that, they're great.
Cheers to Bob Ricci and the team at Welland Honda. I was referred to Bob and he was very flexible, patient, and explanatory while going through buying my new Accord (2.0 Touring). Never felt pushed into anything, and I felt like they were just there to help. Chuck from the finance side went through the details, and both worked with me on my schedule and made it a pleasant buying experience. We had to order in my model, add accessories, and tint, but they got everything in and done so fast it was above my expectations. Would recommend buying from here.

Ron Braun at Welland Honda was excellent. I may have spelled his name wrong but he is the big guy with the ready smile. He found the car that I am very happy with and took the time to show me around the garage. He even helped me clear out my old car and called me when I forgot some things. I will defiantly have my car serviced at Welland and will ask for Ron when I need to trade. Welland Honda works as a team and Chris answered a question for me when Ron was off. Ron gets a 10 for his knowledge and the fact he gave me confidence in his ability to get me in the wheels I needed. I also got a fancy decal, where else? Two thumbs up for Welland and Ron and their whole team.
Mike Kennedy was the most helpful sales person when I needed to find a car in a very short period of time. His questions helped to narrow down vehicles that he knew I would love and made the appropriate recommendations based on my preference and budget. The test drive was super informative and went over the many features of my 2016 Honda Civic Touring. Chris Merritt (the manager) and Kyle Scott (from the service department) went out of their way to congratulate me on my purchase and reassure me I was making the right choice. Since purchasing the car in March of this year, I haven't regretted it a single day. It's my baby and it wouldn't have happened without the service I received from this dealership. Just bought a 2016 Honda Civic at this location and as mush as I'd love to talk about how amazing the car is, I'll contain myself and talk about Welland Honda.
Mike Kennedy was my sales associate. He was easy to get along with and didn't put any pressure on me to buy the vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at the right price and was there every step of the way until I picked up the car.
The manager, Chris Merritt was also very helpful during the process. My old car was falling apart so he loaned me a car for a day to run errands while my car was getting ready.
Even the shop coordinator, Kyle Scott came out of the back to show me around and introduce himself. He looked really busy but still managed to make me feel welcome.
And last but not least Ian was very accommodating during the financing stages of the vehicle.
