You can really rely on these guys, they do online sales now and they work very hard to make customer happy and satisfied. I bought used car from them without even seeing it, but everything exceeded my expectations: the condition of it, the service, the final bill and finally the lightning fast delivery. It was at my door within days. Best word to describe is exquisite, and outstanding efforts! Keep up a good work you guys from the sales team. The essential and front line workers truly need you in these dificult times!

However, I have to take a moment to point out the superior level of professionalism, service and customer care that was shown by the service advisor Nada Al-Atout. She helped me to understand the issues with my vehicle and address them in the most effective way. its obvious that Nada has knowledge, honesty and integrity. This is my first time to bring my Honda for service in Midtown Honda and the problem I’m having still under the warranty was fixed on that day. They have to order parts for it and it’s done on time that they promise. Anthony is the service rep that take care of me. Val the shuttle service guy is great and the service is amazing. They bring me home and they pick me up but I’m farther than home and still they pick me up. What a great service. I will recommend this dealership.

Liz was fantastic: she clearly explained the work that needed to be done and stayed in touch with me to keep me posted on the status of my car. The car was serviced beautifully and washed. Honda provided me with prompt and efficient shuttle service to and from my home. Both my shuttle drivers, Val and Vince, were friendly and professional. The whole experience was fantastic. After a couple of months of purchasing my 2019 Honda Odyssey EX model, I had to do a downgrade to a smaller vehicle due to my current parking situation. He actually recommended and wanted what's best for us and didn't just want to make a quick sale. He made sure we were at peace with all the features and the condition of the car, as well as the deal that we finally ended up with. This was our second visit to midtown, after the first one that left a bitter taste in our mouth..because of the extra fees being forced on us on top of the listed price, and the way sales tactics were being used on us. We're so glad to have met Mike during our second visit, and even though we went a little over our budget, we're glad the deal was straightforward, clean and gives us a peace of mind. I gave this dealership a one star as they don't even deserve that. I submitted email after email asking for a simple finance rate to purchase a vehicle and multiple responses from several levels from sales to management just beats around the bush to get your personal information and does not reveal anything. 3 other dealerships that I contacted through email all responded with a rate from low to high and will be doing business with one of them instead. The management and sales team here should take this as a learning curve and always provide a potential customer with the information they ask for the first time all the time.
Worst Honda dealership ever. The salesman wanted my driver's licence just for talking to me. Seriously? . I was trying to buy my first car here in Canada with all cash payment but the attitude made it impossible. Worst for immigrants. The attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the sales made ruined my day. I quote he said" if you want the price you can go online and check".
Note to management : Train your sales guy more. Just because he has grey hair doesn't mean he is experienced.

Honda is known for the cars that they build and Midtown Honda is known for Tony, he is by far the best, will bend over backwards to get you the best car within your budget. My recommendation is to book time with him if you are seriously looking to buy a car. Don't waste his time if you are not serious, because he really does a good job, so respect his time please.

The only time you might be happy shopping from this shop is when you buy a brand new car and never ever go there for any kind of service. you go to other Honda dealers.
The service is terrible.
They never ever answer calls. For simple things you need to spend lots of time and show up there to talk to them.
I usually do not complain and shy to talk about bad / poor services I see / experience but every time I was there I see other people complaining about same issue (No answer to calls) and they usually try their best to ignore your claim and issues and you end up getting nothing but some bullshit. Communication there is very poor in the whole system and that is management issue. I had too much headache dealing with the service. and people at service department.
The sales parson (Indran) was nice and so far the only one I saw there reasonable.
I got my 2013 CIVIC SI from another honda dealership (which was excellent as well). However I ended up at Midtown Honda for some routine service and I've never looked back.
I've never seen a dealership as professional and respectful as Midtown Honda. I have a wonderful experience every time I head over, and I look forward to it. Keep up the great work!
