I wanted to take a moment to truly thank and recognize Jaime and the service team that helped me and my husband this past weekend. I have NEVER had a better experience with an auto service team let alone a dealership. Jaime kept in contact with me all day and made me feel like the Honda team truly cared about us. We were prepared going in for a large hill as we knew there was some much needed brakes among other things potentially. With every communication; she assured me that they would do everything they can to get us the best price while also keeping in mind the safety requirements on our vehicle. I think majority of people are instantly on the defence when they bring their car into service and get a large list of work. We were shopping for a car. Made appointment and met Bill Koitsis. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He answered every questions we asked. He is thorough with all details of a vehicle. Best of all he did not push or use a sales pitch like some other car dealerships we visited. I would also commend the friendly and professional service of James (I think he is the accounts man). Wonderful dealership with excellent customer service! I purchased a vehicle from them during the Covid pandemic, they were very kind and willing to send pictures, videos and more information on the vehicle I was hoping to purchase.
When it came time to do everything I was able to sign documents through the computer and because I lacked a working printer they even mailed out what I needed to physically sign. I towed my car that was my trade in to them and placed the paperwork in it so they could do all the licensing.
When it came time for me to receive my car they drove it out to me (I'm 2 hours away from them) so that I could receive it.
They were a pleasure to do business with and I will be sure to recommend them in the future.

I had a great experience with Steven Mountain from Stouffville Honda. Although I did not end up buying with them as I found a once-in-a-lifetime deal from another dealer, Steven was great, very friend and accommodating. We arrived 4PM on a Saturday but Steven did not hurry us at all. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was also very friendly with the kids. If I had not found that great deal from another dealer, I would have bought from Steven. I will definitely come back once my other car needs to be replaced.

I held out on leaving a bad review but this was the last straw. At time of test driving and purchasing, we made it clear that we needed the car within a certain time and we were promised that we would have the car in 1.5 weeks. During that time, we continued to call this branch for the VIN number to set up car insurance. After several missed calls, they finally told us that the car would not be really for another 2 months (a deviation in their promise since we made it clear that we would not purchase if it would not be ready in time). We frantically looked at other places that would have a car available in our timeline and went back to Stouffville Honda, ready to cancel the order and take our deposit back. It was THEN that they retracted their statement and said that the car would be ready in time.
Fast forward months later when I am trying to look for a better insurance company, it turns out that they messed up my car ownership declaration, which will cost me hundreds of dollars PER YEAR! We approached Stouffville Honda with this and they basically said that there is "nothing that they can do" because we have already drove the car off their lot and no effort whatsoever was put to correct their careless and costly mistake. That statement is clear to me that they only care about securing a deal and getting the money.
Although the new car has been treating me well and the initial service was great, I wish wish wish that I never went to Stouffville Honda. It was overall a bad experience for me and I cannot recommend this place to anyone after these events.

I had a nice purchase experience at this dealership. Stopped in on May 23rd and was greeted by reception. Within a couple of minutes I was speaking with Abdul, and within a few more we were test driving. I test drove two cars with him, both pleasant experiences. Abdul was knowledgeable and easy going, and not pushy at all. Fast forward about 5-6 weeks and after some fairly sub-par experiences dealing with other organizations, I was back at Stouffville Honda picking up a brand new Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. I also dealt with James (business mgr) and Ann-Marie (client relations co-ordinator) and both were very pleasant and friendly. So far after 3 months I am really enjoying the car and not only will I return here for service, I would be happy bringing my wife here for a new Honda, and would recommend it to others as well. Great sales experience. Bought a 2019 Odessy from Neil and he was the best salesman ever. But now I’m scheduling my first oil change and it’s a 2 week wait. I’m a bit disappointed.
