Perhaps, I was just lucky as I dealt with only the mangers from Rafael (Paeng) Nebres, General Manager, Ali Talukder, Used Car Manager and Geoffrey Shang, Business Manager. They were all very kind and accomodating. Ask them and you will get the instant reply, without going to any further up. Try them and am sure you will get the same professional and personal competence.

To be honest this is one of the best place for buying new cars & used cars. I found Action Honda more reliable than other companies. I got a certified preowned accord sport from Action Honda. This dealership is by far the best Honda dealership i have visited, particularly the Sales Advisor "Joseph". He is a very friendly salesperson and is very honest and truthful about the information he shares. He was awesome in his customer service skills and went the extra mile to get me a great deal for my car. He has also followed up with me regularly after i bought the car to know if there were any problems.

On Monday July 29, my 2011 Honda CRV was brought in for two recalls: 1) airbags inflator and 2) rear frame corrosion. When I picked up my CRV in the afternoon, I noticed that both SRS airbags light were not functioning properly. The one on the dashboard stayed on all the time, and the one on the passenger side is off all the time even when no one is sitting on the seat. I immediately drove back to the dealership and spoke with the service advisor. The service advisor told me that my car was brought in with the SRS light on and changing the airbag inflator would not have affected the SRS light and show me the Honda recall letter quoted “if your SRS light is on, it is not a result of the inflator recall issuse ." I'm definitely sure the SRS lights in my CRV was not on when I drop off my car for recall.
The service advisor at Action Honda don't want to check why the SRS lights are on after the recall unless I pay for $120 for a diagnostic test.
When I drove back home I find some stuff was left on the passenger side floor not sure is from the airbags compartment or not so I decided to open the airbags compartment to find out. When I took out the air vents at the passenger side, in order to open the airbags compartment, I immediately saw there was a yellow plug that was unplugged, immediately I thought this was related to the airbags so I plugged in and started up the car. When my car started up, the SRS lights were working back to normal.
The recall service I received from Action Honda is extremely unacceptable. Not only did they not follow up on the related problem after preforming the service and not checking their work before handling the car to the customer but also arguing with me that the SRS lights was on when I brought the car in for the recall.
I will not come back to this dealership and definately will not recommend anyone.

I leased my Honda Civic from this dealership 4 years ago and up to this day, this dealership is still the best in my books. Every time I walk in to this place, it just gives me the feel good feeling regardless if I'm just looking at the model cars on the floor or inquiring about them. I want to give a special mention to Frankie Chan. He is definitely one of the best if not the best in the business. When I came in here one day, he was prepared and he patiently went through all the details of the car I was interested at. He was very attentive and gave me undivided attention. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Getting a new car should be exciting and should feel right. Frankie cares about the customer's decision and concerns. My wife took her car in for a recall and asked how much an oil change and tire rotation would be. When she heard the price, she said she would get it done elsewhere. They did it anyways and charged me for it when I picked up her car not knowing there wasn't supposed to be any charges. My wife had to speak to three different people that ended up saying we wouldn't get refunded.
I had to call and tell them I was on my way to get my refund and threatened to make a scene, to get them to give our money back.
Will NEVER go here again.
Paid $40,000 for a used car from another dealership only to find out the a/c doesn't work. Fine. I take to this dealership and they say they need to buy a part. Fine. They promise 2 weeks and it comes in 4. Then they tell me literally the only time I can come in is Friday. I have work from 8-4 and they are only open from 9-5... Then I finally make arrangements and is told their machine broke and they can't fix it, and I can't get a hold of them anymore. This is rediculous as this should not have happened in the first place.
I come here because service has always been fast and courteous.
Staff very accomdating and helpful. Made our visit to the Service Dept. easy.
How the hell does it take 6 hours to replace my summer tires? This is the last time I go here for maintenance.
A simple 1hour tire change and alignment.
Service adviser told me that they are full book no cancellation. One week to get a appointment Or Saturday walk in
I call another Honda dealer which is fully book the adviser still said come in and wait that they will try to get it done before 12 pm . That the difference between a real service adviser. I could take my business anywhere else but I choose Honda. Very Poor Action honda
Joseph Zhang was outstanding. We were looking at a Civic EX 2019 Financed. Joseph really impressed us during our first meeting with the depth of his explanations and his advice on getting credit applications approved as fast as possible. This is my first car and so I naturally had many questions about good car maintenance. Joseph was so patient with us and tried everything he could to get our car ready. Our original model was stuck in the ice which delayed its delivery - Joseph gathered all of the staff members and went to the site himself, including on his day off, to try to get our vehicle out. Eventually he decided to give us a different unit (same model) and all we had to do was transfer the VIN over from our insurance.
Joseph you were absolutely outstanding from the first time we met til the delivery day when you handed us our keys. You were so polite and patient and also so genuine and honest when we asked questions. You did a magnificent job of building rapport with us and making us feel like you have our best interests at heart and that you were doing everything you could to take care of us. We will definitely be coming back to you in the future and will definitely be referring our family and friends to you!

If you're looking for a no pressure, easy-going car buying experience, ask for Frankie. He won't use pushy sales tactics to force you into one of life's bigger financial investments like most others would (not a fan of this method so much that I'd rather go to 7 different dealerships to find the right person than to be harassed). In any case, if you're looking for a great car, for a great price, give Frankie a holler. He'll get you set up 100%

Stick to the honda Pros which is in no way any mechanic that works at honda.
Seek out aftermarket honda shops which mechanics who know these cars inside and out.
They will most likely tell you they are honda pros which in no way they are.

Waited 41/2 hours for them to diagnose my air conditioner.
If I didn't go back to the front desk to check if it was finished they would not have called me.
I am still waiting for an air conditioner...getting the run around.
No one seems to have put my work order in the computer.
I've been passed around several times.
One person goes on holiday and no one seems to know what's going on.
I've been waiting for a month for a part for an air conditioner and when I told them that it was needed due to health...they joked about it.

Very poor customer service at the Service Desk!!! I went to complain to the manager but no help. They all work together and back each other up. I also Honda Corporate Customer Service to complain - it somewhat helped...not much though.
My Honda Civic needed an engine replacement under extended warranty as engine block cracked. I don't think they knew what they were doing. Service department did not even provided me with a rental car. I need car for my work purpose but manager's reply after couple of days "we will see about getting you a rental car"! REALLY?
This is just my personal opinion and what I had to go through with Action Honda. My brother also experienced similar service from them for his Honda vehicle.
