Went to Newmarket Honda on a Thursday afternoon and saw a car that was traded in that I was interested in. I asked a used car salesperson about it, and he said he would get back to me. He responded within a few hours, and I told him I would come the next day to purchase the car. He told me he was not in the next day, but he would be in Saturday, so I told him I would be in Saturday to buy it. I came in on Saturday, and they had gone and sold the car to a wholesaler. The used car manager was unapologetic and really didn't give a damn. I will never go back to this dealership.
Four years ago I leased a Honda Civic for 4 years for a business adventure. Life happens and I switched businesses and moved to a rural area. The Civic was great, I had no complaints or issues with it. It had a lot of features for an inexpensive vehicle. The salesman, Rob Nelson was very knowledgeable, personal and friendly. With about a year to go in the lease he contacted me to see how things were going and I made an appointment to see him. I advised that I was moving and required a 4 wheel drive vehicle with towing capabilities. As luck would have it he had a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a factory installed hitch. I bought it and the only issue was 2 weeks later there was a leak in the sunroof. They fixed it right away for free. The vehicle has been great for towing my enclosed trailer and navigating my hilly gravel road. I had serviced my Civic there and prices were reasonable, fast and the courtesy vehicles were handy too.
This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and the team at Honda Newmarket really made it as stress-free as possible for me. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I drove off the lot the entire team made me feel welcome and valued. Saying "Honda is the best" as a sales tactic which this and other Honda dealers do is a pretty shady sales tactic to say the least. If you want something cutting edge in terms of technology and innovation (quite possibly really the Best current offerings on the market) save for something by the relatively new player in the industry with Nikola's last name on it. It will end up costing you less in long run when you factor in savings on gas + maintenance costs, over the air updates, autononomy and so on...
Seems like a good place. Staff are well informed and always seems there is a deal to be had. I can't give more than 4 stars because I haven't dealt with them yet as a service company or to purchase a vehicle from them. I definitely will consider them as an option in the future. A nice atmosphere as well. Well laid out and clean. Which is standard for any dealership.

My service experience was excellent. Every single person from the people who greeted in the service bay and helped me find my buried cell phone to the service tech Will and service manager George were very helpful and reassuring and efficient. They answered my questions and got the job done quickly.
Experience was really bad as there was no mechanic working for any car I asked for walk-in oil change but the guy on front desk refused but mechanic told me they can do in an hour. I was so disappointed that mechanic willing to do work but that guy not even tried to help me. I described him I work Monday to Friday If he can do for me and he right away refused. I just moved I was in Brampton before they always take walk-in if you can wait for a bit

My daughter came in from out of town to have her winter tires put on. We had an appt for Tues morning and decided to bring the car in end of day Monday, so the car would be ready first thing in the morning to work on. The service advisor said they were able to get the tires changed out then and there, if we wanted to wait and my daughter would then be able to head home same day. We were thrilled. She was on her way in less than an hour.

Always good to double check exactly what product you are getting and firmly establish who is calling whom and when. Nevertheless, I purchased a used vehicle and am looking forward to driving it to ski ⛷️ this winter. Would not recommend going here. I showed a record of my invoiced work for 2018 from Newmarket to another Honda Dealership in the area and they pointed out how much I was consistently overcharged, and how the Newmarket dealership did not perform work that is recommended according to the mileage chart. Only partial recommended service was done.
I will not name the competing dealership, but they also point out how the Newmarket invoices are very nondescript. When I received my invoice from competing dealership, I saw exactly how much more detailed their work description was, work descriptions that are lacking from Newmarket.
Bought a 2017 civic ex turbo from them. Julian Kercz helped me tremendously. He was very patient and explained all the features of the vehicle. I thought I received a fair price for my trade in. It was a very good experience.

I visited Newmarket Honda to look at a couple of vehicles of interest. Had some questions regarding a 2017 Honda Accord and was assisted By Alfredo. Was very pleased because of his no pressure approach and he took his time to answer the questions I had. I really liked the place and especially Alfredo for his time and effort. Thank you.
I drove into the Express Lane at Newmarket Honda this morning with possible battery troubles. When I drove in there was nobody there to greet me. I then walked into the service area where after waiting some more a woman said she would be with me in a moment. She walked away and never came back. Another woman assisted me. I asked her if I could have my battery tested. She said that would be $35 and could be done at 3pm. I was confused considering the fact that battery tests at the dealerships I have managed did them for free. I explained that I do not require the full test including the alternator and so fourth because if it is the battery, then why spend the money. She told me that is how they do it and no other way. Lets not forget I went into the Express Lane for a check that takes less then 1 minute, and told to come back at 3pm. Here I am worried that my car will die while driving in traffic. I then asked how much their batteries are for a Honda Civic. She said $150. I couldn't believe it. That is the same price for a battery in a larger luxury vehicle. I said not to worry and left. I went to Jackson's Toyota where they tested my battery for FREE and installed a new one for me. The battery there only cost me $95. My wife and I are both Honda drivers and you lost our business over a FREE batter test. Do you know how much that cost you? It is no wonder why this stores Google rating is less than 4 Stars. If I could give no stars, I would. The automotive dealerships I manage have 4.4 and above. This is unacceptable. This store needs to review their service process. Perhaps they should hire me. I assure you I will improve their procedures on customer satisfaction.
Was here for a service for the Takata Air Bag recall. Had called about a month prior to order the parts, as they were not readily available (which is a known issue for this recall).
Arrived, checked in at the service desk & was told that they'd call when the car was ready to pick up.
As the 2016 Civic just became available that weekend prior, decided to check one out. They only had the Premium Turbo sedan at the time & had not had the documentation ready to test drive it at that point. The sales representative knew very little about the car; had more knowledge about the new Civic personally then he did. Tried to get Android Auto to function, since there was no option to test drive, but could not seem to enter into it, on the new head unit.
Left the dealership to attend to other things. Was called back within 2 hours to pick up personal vehicle as the recall procedure was successful.
I recently bought my 2nd Honda Civic from Newmarket Honda and I am absolutely thrilled with the service and attention I received. Peter was a knowledgeable and super helpful sales person. He spent a great deal of time test driving various vehicles to ensure that I had enough information to choose the vehicle that best suited my needs.
