It was a bad experience at Team Honda!

My car is fairly new and has never given me any problems so far. I just went to get my regular maintenance done. But after the maintenance was completed, there started a clicking noise coming when I start to apply the brake - when I inquired with the service manager/engineer, they didn't even bother to hear me out, but went onto say that it was all normal, as per the Honda design.

When I questioned as to why wasn't it the case before I dropped the vehicle off for Maintenance, they seemed to have got annoyed and didn't want to explain it to me. As a car owner, I felt really bad to have to come back with a problem that wasn't existed earlier.

Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the customer service and the way I was treated. I wouldn't want to go back to this service center again and wouldn't recommend anyone either

Note: Since I was told that it was Honda design issue, I am going to write to Honda directly and seek their advice too.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH EMMANUEL

I came to this location couple of weeks ago to purchase a new Honda CRV. I booked an appointment in advance with Emmanuel. When i got there, i received the best customer service i had ever received at a dealership by a sales man. Emmanuel took his time and explained in detail all the options available to me. He answered every single one of my questions without hesitation as well. I didn't feel rushed and in the end i was very happy and confident in my decision. Upon pick the car up, Emmanuel also took time to explain to me how the car features worked and all the important details i needed to know. I am a happy customer!

I've recently bought a Civic Coupe Touring model from Team Honda. I must say, Team Honda definitely needs to give Nick Hatton a salary increase. No matter what time of the day I send him a message inquiring about the car, I'd get an answer back right away. Seems like, he is working 24hrs & 7 days a week. Give the man a raise Team Honda. He deserves it! Some of the dealerships lost the sale just because Nick was very productive and efficient at addressing all my questions and concerns. I ended up driving 2 hrs to Milton to buy the car, even though there are many many Honda dealership around me. I was able to purchase the car quickly, thanks to Nick and Grant's excellent team work.

Icing on the cake, Nick is still helping me out. I scratched my car and reached out to Nick, Nick has consulted with Grant, and found a faster solution, they'll be sending paint stick, how great are they!

Future buyers, give Team Honda a chance, ask for Nick, you will get the best service! If you are like me and live in downtown Toronto, drive few extra miles to Milton b/c they definitely will go extra miles to help. I am giving them 5 out of 5 stars!

Worst place to go for sales and service. First experience was when i took my car in for first oil change the service manger said " would you like front end alignment it is recommended by manufacture " .... WHAT? !!! less than 10 k you want me to get what? nice try you just lost my business. i ended up buying additional vehicle from else where these guys have lost my business for both the vehicles.
Employees here are rude stay away.

I left few voice mails for the GM of the dealership i am yet to hear from him, i will not hold my breath.

STAY AWAY , go to OLYMPIC HONDA for better deal. Its worth the drive.

Very unprofessional and not friendly staff working in this service station , I went for oil change for the first and last time to the drive thru One Lady and two men were standing and chatting and laughing with each other . I waited in my car for two minutes no one approached me so I got off of my vehicle and went to the counter . No Hello No can I help you so I asked them I am here to do oil change
One of the guy told me he will check the mileage the other one told me it will be one hour and 30 minutes ,
I said that’s too long ,the service guy just looking at me with out offering me next appointment or just saying sorry, leaning on the counter looking at me stone cold .
I told the other service guy never mind the kilometres I will go somewhere else .
Never had this kind of treatment anywhere in service business . Stay away take your business where they appreciate

Leased a 2018 Honda Civic last year and my sales guy, Grant, was incredible! I have never been treated with such respect purchasing a vehicle!! There was an issue with the locking system in the vehicle that was difficult and annoying to diagnose but the service team was great! Provided me with a brand new rental vehicle while they fixed my car!! They followed up on every service and even helped me out in the winter when I ran into some troubles with the snow!!

Terrible service. I dropped it off for a scheduled oil change and diagnostic at 11:30, went back at 2:30 and they hadn't even looked at it! I spoke with the manager and he said they wanted the car there all day, but they didn't tell me this when I booked it a week in advance! And they need my car all day for such a simple check up? The guy didn't seem to care, they wasted my time and I will not be back again.

I had an issue with my CR-V for months that I had purchased at a different dealership. My infortainment system and cluster had pretty much stopped working. I went to 4 different dealerships before Milton Honda, and they all just told me to "moniter" the situation, or they reset the car temporarily to get rid of the warning lights but never actually located the source of the problem. Then it was broken again the next day. This went on for more than 6 months.

Honda Milton took the time to figure out what was actually wrong and fixed the problem. They also provided a rental vehicle at no cost. The expected time for my car to be fixed was 1 week. They completed everything and I had my car back in less than 2 days! My car has been working perfectly since it was serviced. I will provide an update in 6 months.

As always...the worst service. No communication within the employees to myself. The only brown guy who I assume is a manager, has zero customer service skills. As always my oil change (which should take about 30 minutes) turns out to 2 hours. Strongly recommend that this Honda location should replace some of their employees. Only reason I still visit this location for my oil changes is because it's close to my work. Although the other Honda locations aren't any better.

extremely irresponsible!!!!
Today I found my car’s running board part badly scratched. This is when I went to pick up my car from this dealerships parking lot after an oil change. I notified my service consultant. He informed the manager. The manager, without investigating, tells me that is not done in their dealership.
I always check around my car before I get into it. There was no scratch when I left from home. Team Honda Milton was my first stop of the day.
And I am not making this up. I am not that cheap. If I was cheap I would have gone to a regular garage (non dealership) to get an oil change done for only $24 not $78.4.
I am extremely disappointed from this place and would never return there.
Whoever reviews this. Please watch you cars when you get a service from this dealership.

Dealt with Thomas at Honda again and like always had a great experience. He took the time to help over the phone and when I dropped by, assured me the bike would be fixed in no time.

At the showroom, I dealt with Danny who walked me through a few bikes on the floor.

Overall a great team, definitely the best I have met in Milton. Highly recommend.

I have been here several times always for service on my vehicle and am always grateful for the kind customer service I get from the employees and the friendly faces, and absolutely stellar service on my vehicle.

I apologize for having accidentally left a 2* review earlier on Google reviews, but it has since been corrected to reflect the professional services offered at Honda Milton.

I highly recommend this location, for simple jobs such as oil changes to regular vehicle servicing, Honda is the place to go to. In a world where we cannot easily find great service, Honda continues time and time again whenever I do bring in my vehicle, they never cease to amaze me with their competitive prices, outstanding quality service and ease of making appointments.

If I was writing this review the day of my purchase/lease, I would give 5 stars. But now that it is almost a week later and I still don't have my new car nor do they know where it is or when it will arrive, I am a little bit upset. The sales guy said a couple days. A couple days passed. The finance guy who finalized the paperwork a few days later said, "today or tomorrow." Today and tomorrow came and went and still no car and still no status update on when I will be receiving my car. I called today and they still don't know. It has now been almost one week. I understand the car was not on the lot and they had to find it and get it delivered, but I'd rather have updates and honest answers than a few days or today or tomorrow - unless you know that for sure, please don't say that. I am now driving around in my trade-in and each day is another opportunity something could happen to it and then the great deal I got will not be so great anymore. I had to call them today for some sort of an update as opposed to them being proactive and calling me to provide a status. They said they will reach out to me later today to provide a status. I will wait and see.

I Purchased my 2013 Honda Civic EX from this dealership. From start to beginning, they were courteous, professional and honest. The General manager himself ( I can't recall his name - Rob I think) came out and thanked me for buying from his dealership. The sales person Ayaz, was great! He made everything fun and easy.
