Staff dishonesty and incompetence
2019 Honda CRV wouldn’t start. Staff accused us of putting low quality gas diluted with water in the car causing damages to the car including spark plugs, engine oil, fuel injectors and other parts. They claimed damages that had not happened and recommended unnecessary repairs all at our cost. After communicating this to Honda Canada, explaining that we’ve driven the car for more than 80 kms after putting that gas in and showing proof on quality of gas from gas station head office, staff fixed the car without our permission at their own cost. Per their work order, spark plugs were changed and engine oil was flushed out 3 times, but nothing was mentioned about fuel injectors or other parts they had claimed to have been damaged neither had they been opened for further investigation on their initial claims. They had also shown us a sample of the liquid claimed to have been pumped out of our gas tank looking like water and a sample of good gas to compare. However when we asked for sample of that liquid, they gave us one that looked just like the good gas.
I’m hoping that Maple HONDA dealership improves their customer relationship and diagnostic skills so that clients don’t face such experience.

I have now bought my third car from Zak Dubey at Maple Honda and have all intentions to continue doing so. Zak takes away anxiety many of us have when buying a car. On the contrary, you leave the dealership feeling content that your needs were satisfied in all aspects. Zak is most pleasant, patient, accommodating and friendly to deal with and provides you with an expert advice. You have a feeling all he does is just be there for you 24/7. I recommend Zak most enthusiastically to anyone buying a car.
Mr. Ray Mehta words are not enough to describe him as he is the best person to go with if you are planning for a car.
He is more like a family to us rather than just a salesperson as they make their customer feel comfortable with what they are buying instead of just giving them a car.

He is there for us from beginning till end including all paper work or any kind of arduous efforts in satisfaction of my needs and comfort for my vehicle.

I just bought a 2018 Honda Civic touring car, I am thrilled with it! I must say on the day I went in to Maple Honda I was not looking forward to making my deal and purchasing a car. I was previously going to my nearest Honda dealership for my maintenance (would rather not say which one) and the service was horrible and I decided to give Maple Honda a try. I was greeted by Simon who was very helpful when I came in without an appointment for an oil change. He ensured that my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I was directed to Sarah to book an appointment to put my winter tires on, who was very polite and accommodating in finding an appointment that would work for me and my very busy schedule. He helped me and as their was a long wait time because of a lot of appointments that day, he provided me with a shuttle to drop and pick me up when my car was good to go. Maple Honda is known for quality service for your car needs including maintenance and sales. After noticing several issues while driving my 09 Civic, I took the car in for service and inspection. They were able to help me go through numerous options spanning multiple days and were extremely thorough and clear regarding the necessary repairs. I dealt with Sal at service, who was kind enough to spend a lot of time with me discussing all my options going forward. Highly recommend Sal if you are taking your car over to service!
Maple Honda has always provided me with great service. I brought in my CR-V for an oil change and to switch over summer to winter tires. I was particularly impressed with the overall service provided by service consultant Rachel. She took in my car, gave me an accurate estimate of time when it would be completed so I opted to wait at the dealership instead of going home. This saved me a lot of time. When everything was done, she came to find me. This, of course, was very helpful to me as I am profoundly deaf. Thanks Rachel!

Great experience getting my first leased vehicle!
My father and I met Faze shortly after entering the dealership last week. After he reviewed the numbers and options with us (and took the time to explain the pros and cons of what we’re looking at) we realized that leasing a vehicle, instead of purchasing used, would both be more economical and the better deal. He was very patient and thorough and we couldn’t have asked for better support during this process.

I just bought a new car and I found a lot of enticing ones. After meeting so many different sales reps, none of them really stood out to me as much as Kevin Ly did. What a great customer service from Kevin Ly, sale representative at Maple Honda dealership. I am living in Peterborough, Ontario, but I have gone to Maple Honda dealership to purchase my first vehicle ever. I was searching for a car that I liked for months in my home city but had no luck. Decided to make the trip up to Vaughan to visit this location and was not disappointed. Raff was an amazing person to work with. He found me the car that I wanted (a 2016 Honda Civic specifically in white) promptly. Fast forward to 2019, I was thinking to renew my old Honda Pilot which I bought 15 years ago. Still going very strong but I want to update to a new SUV. Went to Maple Honda again and was getting good advice from the sales executive Steven again. He introduced and recommended me to replace with the new 2019 Passport since I have a small family. Steven was very good to walk me around the Passport and a very good test drive so I walked out with a new 2019 Passport. Very good advice and I like the Passport very much. Steven even gave me a few calls after to make sure everything works fine.

Got my 2015 Honda Accord Touring V6 serviced. Andrew was my service advisor and he explained all the services that were due/recommended. Andrew acknowledged that I live far from the dealership and he arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I have always serviced my vehicle with Maple Honda and will continue to do so as I get good timely/quality service. Andrew kept me posted regarding the status of the service and if anything that was emergent over the phone. Furthermore, he gave me a fair price on the entire service bill. I'm not a fan of shopping for a new car: the haggling, the dealing, the feeling like you're being ripped off... just not a comfortable nor enjoyable experience. That's why I was most pleasantly surprised when I walked into Maple Honda and was greeted by Paul Ficarella, Sales and Leasing Executive. He listened to what I wanted and told me flat out - I'm here to get the best price for the vehicle that you want to purchase. He wrote all the things down that I said and didn't play the 'game' or try to convince me of 'extras' I hadn't mentioned nor wanted. He cut through the chase as that is what I expressed I wanted and made me an extremely good offer. Trust me, I'd done my homework and knew that he was giving me a good price for the car I wanted. He was extremely professional, up front and in my opinion honest when he said "this is the best I can do". I believed him because I had been to seven other dealership who were up to $2000 above his price. If you are in the market for a new Honda, I would definitely encourage you to visit Maple Honda as you make your rounds. I know I will be taking my friend to Paul in the near future as she is in the market for a new Honda. I feel confident recommending Paul to her as I know he will treat her the way he treated me: with respect and no games.

Maple Honda is a great dealership. I got a 2014 CR-V touring and it is also a great car. The main and most satisfying part of my experience was Paul's customer service. He gave me no pressure and let me take my time. He made it very easy for me, and I had the feeling that he truly tried to help me as much as possible.
